it is a brand new apartment with high security. it just take 5 minutes for walk to Bentleight station. I'm living with my daughter, she is studying in high school. I'm about fifty year old , I'm working fulltime .we are friendly ,enjoy cooking , listening to music.
I'm a 26 year old working full time at Sport and Recreation Victoria. My work often spills over into weekends attending sporting events around the state, but when I've got free time I like to fill it with going to the gym, practicing jiu-jitsu and playing video games. Looking for an easy going housemate that likes to keep common areas relatively neat. I enjoy the odd night out but wouldn't describe myself as a party person. I'm excellent at trivia if you're ever in need of Dumbledore-ish levels of wisdom.
Friendly and reliable, I am thoughtful of others and enjoy doing my own thing independently or having a chat and coffee with housemates. Work in the healthcare field. Looking for a place that is relatively quiet, not a party house. I like the beach, movies, and spending time with friends and family. I like animals, but do not have any of my own.
Hi! We are Juan (J.D) & Avani, currently in our early 20's looking for a great, new household to move into as soon as possible! We both are extremely chilled, respectful, mindful, and easy going, down to earth, tidy people. We are both from Darwin, N.T and have been in Melbourne for about a year and a few months now! I am Australian - Guatemalan and Avani, Australian, with indigenous & french roots. Avani currently works as an executive assistant full-time at Parliament, and I work part time as an in-house designer (Monash University) and currently study at Monash University (Fine Arts). I speak fluent Spanish, so I wouldn't mind teaching you a few words here and there! While Avani is phenomenal with spoken word poetry! We are both very passionate about, art, music, film, poetry and food. Did I also say we are great cooks?! We are both Vegan & Veggie friendly of course! We'd love to and can play a great tune for you (Avani on the Uke, and I on the guitar) or have a great book/art talk over a wine and a nice dessert. We also love animals, so if you have any fur babies, we will love them and take great care of 'em as well! That being said, we too respect and value privacy! We aren't party people, but we love going to see a band or a play here and there! We also like to have mates over for an occasional dinner and/or lunch every now and then. Lastly, we just want to make new friends and are looking to have a rad set of housemates. So feel free to contact me, if you think we'd be a great match or have any questions!

I am very young for my age...fit and healthy...love travel and just returned from teaching and traveling in Asia for 17 years. I am open-minded and not bigoted. I'm a non-smoker, love pets (don't have them), easy-going, quiet, studious, clean and tidy, social but respectful of other's needs and privacy. In other words, I do my best to accommodate others.
Hi I'm B, almost 30 and working full time as a before and after school care co-ordinator. I have been around Melbourne housesittng for the past 2 years, but am now wanting somewhere with some space to call my own. I am an incredibly tidy and conscientious person who loves nothing more than a good book and lame dad jokes. I dont consider myself a party animal, but love a good chat and a drink with friends. I'm looking for a happy and positive person to move in with. Someone who doesn't mind being social - sharing a meal or drink and who will take pride in our home. I'm a great communicator (prefer to solve issues then and there rather than letting them stew) and am very respectful of others space. Ideally looking for a team-up as I have 90% of the things needed to furnish an apartment (couch, fridge, washing machine, all kitchen things etc)
48 year old gent , clean , neat and tidy , self employed . Have just come out of a relationship and looking to regroup my thoughts and directions in life . Workaholic so time spent will be minimal predominantly sleeping , not the party type person. Ideally looking for a minimum of 3 months. Happy to chat and meet in person Into most sports and am working on getting fitter and healthy . Thanks for reading Mark
Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
Hola future housemates! I'm looking for a rental in CBD and inner eastern/southern suburbs. The Snapshot: - Third Year: Law/Criminology Major at The University of Melbourne - I've been working abroad as a Research Assistant and looking to come back to Melbourne ASAP - Preferably something more long term, however short stay accomodations are greatly welcomed as well. - I'm clean, organised with bills & household maintenance, respectful of privacy, friendly, wouldn't mind a beverage and a lighthearted roasting every now and then! - A blend of extrovert and introvert - I read a lot as hobby and I have a healthy dosage of activities on my schedule that changes monthly (right now I'm super into pottery, kickboxing and bingeing TEDx videos) - I'm very upfront and likes to work on resolutions quickly. I would expect the same from my housemates to ensure that we don't have petty issues. Looking for: - I'd like to live in a homey and relaxed environment with people around my age demographics (20 - 30) - Mature, clean, pragmatic, organised with monthly bills & household maintenance, respectful and down to earth. - We don't have to have the same political views, or personalities or interests ect. but it's important that our house habits matches each other. If you're curious, these are my interests: Fashion, Art, Galleries, Travelling, Spirituality, Volleyball, Yoga, Philanthropy, Music, Clubbing, Social Activities/Events, Hiking and Global Advancements (Being a good global citizen!) I want to be able to laugh at each other's horrendous jokes and puns, and be great pals. If you are keen to welcome me as the newest member of the family, then please don't hesitate to message me. As I am still currently overseas, contacts on here would be best, but I've still included my overseas number for those who would like to speak to me directly over the phone. As for inspections ect, my lovely friend will be able to assist me. If you have any further queries just pop me a message and we'll go from there :) Chee
I'm coming over to Melbourne from Perth to start my masters mid-year at Monash. I work part-time as an environmental scientist. When I'm not working or studying I enjoy going rock climbing, reading books, or watching movies. I've lived in share houses for the last 4 years, and am very clean.
I am twenty two years old and I currently work fulltime for medibank PHI in the CBD. I am super fun and talkative and love to socialize. I respect others personal space and like to be out and about.
Hi my name is Maj. I am currently 18, but 19 at the time I move to Melbourne. I am from Denmark. My working holiday will be starting in mid August and I am looking for a place to stay, while I am working. I am currently a student, but I graduate in July 2018. I work as an office assistant for an entrepreneur company on a project. When not studying and working, I enjoy doing scouting and musical theater. I have friends in Melbourne from a previous exchange stay, but I would like to expand my social circle with other Aussies and international folks, even more. I am planning to stay in the Melbourne for the entire year of my working holiday, with only short trips to see the rest of Australia. Simply because I enjoy the city so much. I consider myself to be a well behaved and nice person. I like my stuff to be in order and wish to live healthy. I am in general a very talkative and smiling person, but I of course have an understanding of other peoples privacy.
