Hi I'm Alex and I'm 21 and have just moved down working as an apprentice diesel mechanic in Hobart. On weekends I like to spend time outdoors, playing footy or going mountain bike riding, and dont mind a quiet social drink on the weekends. I'm a clean and respectful person, who pitches in and helps out with all the domestic duties around the house. I'm looking for somewhere to stay in and around the Greater Hobart area, with like minded people.
This room is unique as it is separate from the main house, and you have your own living space and kitchen. Bathroom, toilet and laundry are shared with the main house. Great for someone who appreciates their own space. Rent includes all bills and also a cleaner for the shared areas.
i’m 21 and am looking for a room mate or to move into a share house. I am quiet and tidy, I have a part time job and spend a lot of time working or I will be relaxing at home or out with friends. I can afford around $175 per week rent or possibly up to $200 if needed plus money towards bills. 😊
I am an easy-going but busy individual. I spend most of my time studying, working, and reading so while I am a social person, I spend most of my time with my face in a book! I am looking for cat friendly accommodation with friendly people.
Since moving back to the lovely Apple Isle from the sunny Far North Queensland coast, Lexi (beagle x lab) and I are looking for a place to call home. We both come house trained and since i work mostly night youll hardly know we are there. We sleep throughout the day. Lexi has been brought up inside and so she has propper house ettiqute but she is ok in a secure backyard if needed. We hope we can tick all of your boxes and can find somewhere to call home.
Hi Potential House Mate(s), I am seeking a room either immediately or as soon as June to move into, as my current lease has come to an End. Please send me a message with your Mobile # or Email So I can respond swiftly. I am currently working full time as the Assistant Manager of Liveat Moonah, as well as coaching Volleyball and playing volleyball during the week. I tend to be out until late evening on Sunday and Monday nights due to my coaching commitments. However during the week, I tend to be at home to relax, meal prepping for the week, watching movies/tv shows on my laptop, occasionally ready or sleeping/napping after night shift or early morning starts. Non Smoker / Non Party Animal I do enjoy some wine here and there. I do my best to tidy up wherever I've been in common areas, but I can often leave crumbs of a morning after breakfast. Otherwise my room can be a it messy in a busy week with clothes scattered. I'm 28 end of this year, mature and conscious and respectful of other peoples things and privacy. Please let me know if you have any further questions Thank You Alex

We have a dog named Zeus who is 16 months old and a staffy x whippet. We are a quiet couple, we float about a lot, meaning we’re not always home between us both working and me at University. Zeus is toilet trained and is mostly an inside dog, but only really inside of a night unless it’s raining as he’s a sook and doesn’t like rain.

It's 20 to 30 mins drive from Hobart Cbd depending on traffic. beautiful views and setting. It's quiet and on the edge of bushland. It's a hippy alternative house with a lot of art. I am currently working on building a garden up for some fresh veggies. The sunroom is my painting studio space which is big enough to share. Definitely welcome any artists musicians, people into the environment and growing food and being generally creative. The house is usually pretty chilled but I like to play loud music and have people stay some times.
We are 3 uni students looking to fill a spare room. We own a small poodle who is very friendly. We also have plenty of storage space. The room is slightly separated from the rest of the house as it is the only one downstairs. It has its own toilet and separate lock and key. It can easily fit a double bed and has plenty of spare room for a medium sized couch, a big desk, etc. The house is medium sized with a large deck and big lounge. There's a backyard and also off street parking for 4 cars. We have several small couches and storage cubes to furnish the room somewhat if required. Please text for enquiries.
I am a very professional and friendly person and I want to stay in clean, neat and quiet place. I am easy to live with and very organised. I am nurse from the Philippines, will be working at the Royal Hobart Hospital so it’s also better if the place is near CBD.
