I'm a 34 year old Aussie guy. I am a security guard. I do prefer living with Asians as I'm also looking to study mandarin Thai & Korean language. Gender doesn't matter. I am a smoker. I'm am generally a quick guy but do enjoy drink every now & again.
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 2weeks - 1 month time...
I am a medical receptionist from Sydney that is currently studying teaching at uni. I am very easy going and enjoy watching movies, writing, painting, drawing and going out. I do not have house parties, however do not mind other people having them. I am also happy for people to have pets. Tea enthusiast.

Hi, this is a great house 5 minutes walking to the train station (Bexley North or Bardwell park), and 20 minutes to central with a very chilled house mate. 1 room is close to the bathroom and away from the rest of the house and offers great privacy. It is a single room The other room faces the sunny backyard and it's also really nice. It is close to Earlwood, Bexley north and also to a small reserve. Unlike other places in the inner west, it does not have airplanes noise on top of you, so it is very quiet. Because I like cooking I have a lot appliances in the kitchen that can be helpful if you like cooking too. The room is in Bardwell Park which is only 10 minutes from Marrickville. The place is also really close to the airport line train station, which translates in 20 minutes train to the city, or 10 to the airport I am clean and friendly and respectful of others space. The days of partying are gone for me although I love a nice gathering of people for dinner once in a while. There are fairy lights and a disco ball in the back yard. About me: In a past life I was a musician full time but now I am a professional working in digital in the city I lived in share houses forever and I really like it. In my free time I play or listen to music, cook or go to some live gig, netflix or some Fifa on my xbox the odd red wine or scotch. On weekends I have my two children who are 6 and 8. mainly we watch a movie together in the evening and then on saturdays we have lots of sport and activities planned. They too lived in sharehouses forever and are very respectuful and polite, but if they like you they will let you know that :) We are looking forward to have the right person moving in with us. If I get in touch and you are not interested, please let me know so :) Looking forward to meet you, Erik

It's a big house with lots of space. It's in a quiet and calm neighborhood. Ideal for people who love a peaceful surrounding. It's not a party house, but we have nice barbecues over Sunday afternoon's with friends. You are welcome to bring your friends and hang out. It's 10 mins(750 m) walk to Bardwell Park Station[Airport Line] and 15 mins walk to the Bexley station. The bus stop is just out side the house. Both my housemates are moving to pursue their dream of travel, hence the listing. Both are Private rooms with wardrobe, fully furnished. Room One is $240 inclusive of all bills. Room Two is $280 inclusive of all bills We do basic tidying up of the house ourselves. We usually get a cleaner to clean the common areas once a month, the cost would be shared among the housemates. Looking for friendly housemates, who respects each other's privacy as well as enjoys hanging out time to time over coffee/beer/movie. We have a huge projector screen for movie time.
I am very quiet and mindful. Will take care of room/property well. Quite self-sufficient - don't require any assistance and have a car. Preferable to have a parking spot.
Very clean couple and kind
I'm a 23 year old international student studying Accounting. I've been living in Australia for more than a year now. I lived and studied in Brisbane for 6 months before I moved here to Sydney this past July. I'm currently living with relatives but their family is getting bigger which is why I'm looking for a new place to live. I'm a very organised and tidy person. I always keep my things in place and avoid being unorganised. I work part-time as an assistant in a small accounting firm and during my free time I normally use it to study or sometimes hang out with friends when I have nothing to do. I’m always keen in helping out do house chores and cleaning. I’m very kind and easy to get along with.
Kind and Caring person, Likes to keep the home clean and I am fairly quiet. Part of the LGBT+ community and would like to live with other people who have equality values. I work 3 days a week as an in home aged care person working with older people stay in their own homes and be independent. Fairley quiet person, and I keep to myself. When I am not having a catch up chat with my housemates I am in my room occupying my own time with pc games, youtube or I am out with my friends.
Charlie: A 20yr old, full time student at USYD, studying animal and veterinary bioscience. She also works a part-time job in retail. Ben: a 26yr old, full time worker, part time student. Studying for his commercial pilot license. We respect your personal space, but also enjoy hanging out! We have two small, quiet dogs: Chelsea: an elderly cavalier king charles. She's getting quite old, so she mostly sleeps all day. But she loves to wake up for a cuddle or two! Harley: an 8yr cavoodle. Harley has a bit more energy than Chel, so we like to take him for evening walks or play fetch with him. But he loves to settle down on our bed and follows Charlie everywhere.

I always do my share of chores and don't mind helping with extra when I have time • Spend my spare time: reading/sketching/running/sleeping • Will always pay rent 2 weeks in advance • Planning to stay long term • LGBT+ Friendly • I appreciate my privacy so I always respect the boundaries of others around me too • Not a house party girl or late night hang over, usually in bed by 10 because of work or a morning workout :) Don't hesitate to message or call if you have any questions :D If I don't respond quickly enough I'm probably working and will definitely get back to you when I'm done :) Thank you!!

Hey I'm a laid back almost 20-year-old, studying forensic science at UTS, I'm looking to join up with-in a team up arrangement, however I would be ok with joining an established household, I'd like to join a larger place where I can form some new friendships. I'm a big gamer, but also anything from going out to staying at home and watching movies. I also would be able to bring in some decent quality furniture.
Hi! I'm Ryan. I will be moving to Sydney with Skilled-nominated 190 Permanent Resident Visa around May of this year. I am currently based in Singapore. Able to live and work in Australia permanently. Looking for initial accommodation while looking for work and permanent accommodation. I am a quiet person, nice, most often organised, and tidy when it comes to maintenance.
Hey Sydney, I've Just accepted a Graduate position in the city so looking to move to the biggest smoke for the foreseeable future. Originally from Melbourne, I've most recently been living in Canada but am now returning to Aus to get my career started (RIP/Pour one out). I've lived in most kinds of shared accom you can imagine - sharehouses, college at uni, staff accom for work (So well versed in passive aggressive cleanups). I'm pretty reserved and easy going (actually though). Also an eldest sibling so I have all the tidy/neatness genes I'm hoping to find something relatively close to a train line, have somewhere to park my car and definitely my own room. Ideally under $300/week, but no real specific areas. Definitely looking to make some new house friends to do stuff with as I only know a couple of people up this way, Cheers!
I have a 4 bedroom house (1 bathroom and 2 toilets) in a quiet street in Kingsgrove, with a big backyard, freshly painted and is only a 2 minute walk to Kingsgrove train station (direct line to the city) and buses for easy transport access. Off street parking also available. Less than 2 minute walk to the local shops (Woolworths, cafes, restaurants, bakery and dry cleaner) and the local Anytime Fitness gym being only a 5 minute walk away. M5 is only a 2 minute drive from the property if you are driving towards the city or otherwise 5-7 minutes if taking the M5 to travel west. Looking for either a working person or student that is respectful, reliable and trustworthy and would keep the property very clean and tidy and respect the privacy of the other flatmates.
