Hi, I've relocated from Melbourne to Sydney as my work has offered me a position in Paddington. I'm an easy going relaxed male. I work in the women's footwear industry. I also do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong a G & T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle! Whilst looking to share with one or two others, I'm also looking to find a house and have one or two people come and join me in creating a relaxed, clean and peaceful home. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. Lots of parking down the side street and a bus stop located out the front. Personally I think this flat may be better to someone who owns a car as it is 1 km to a train station. I'm in post-grad nuclear medicine but might go full med school if I can get it together (unlikely but who knows). I finished my undergrad end of 2014 and have worked a fair bit since then, so I don't have to drink $2.99 wine anymore. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A beer and low quality chat sesh every now and then doesn't go amiss however. I guess my schedule is pretty irregular, but not like getting in at 3am irregular. In my spare time (hah) I'm busy with sporting commitments, work and doing things you can't do in Australia Lite.
