This is a great, sunny open-plan house with a huge kitchen. It's on a quiet street backing onto a nature reserve that features a new pool and gym complex 300 metres from the back gate. Heating and aircon, BBQ, laundry - everything you need. Pet-friendly, but as the floors have all been done, approval for your pet from the owner will need to be obtained for anything big. (No horses. :-) ) As I'm moving to Darwin, I'm renting it out for less rent than I pay and including all furnishing - you can literally move in with a suitcase. The place is available immediately and would be perfect for someone renovating - it's a really easy option. I may be negotiable on the cost, but not likely to drop it drastically.
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 2weeks - 1 month time.
I'm considerate of those I share a space with, and expect the same in return. My bills are paid on time as well as doing my share to keep the place clean and tidy. My thoughts are that communication is the key to shared living. I have an active life outside the house however there is nothing better than to have quiet times at home.

Our cats love aren't destructive but they LOVE to play. They're indoor and outdoor (depending on the property they're in). Hi there, we are still sourcing homestay hosts for our large group of students who will come on 13 August and depart on 22 August. They are junior high school students from China aged 12 -14 and they will go into different schools for short term study. They need 9 nights of homestay. Preferably, homestay families can provide two or three meals a day and can assist with drop off and pick up each day at the school (not a must). We also need adults in homestay family have a cleared Working with Children check (can be done online free of charge) We pay up to $50 a night per student.
