About to start studies at Design Centre Enmore end of January so therefore looking for a private room in a shared house or whatever. I'm pretty easy to live with, I basically eat everything I clean up after myself, I enjoy company but as well need my own space. Would like to live together with a relaxed person who doesn't take everything too seriously and is cool with having friends over every now and then. Not planning on throwing big parties, just want to hang out so no worries. About me, I'm a creative, open-minded person who likes to have good conversations and laughs.
I moved to Sydney from Germany a few weeks ago. And now I´m looking for a place to stay without moving every week to another place. I would like to have my own room where I can put my staff in. And I´m looking for a place to stay for 1-2 months, firstly. And internet access/WIFI would be also great ´cos I´ll need it for work. About myself: I can cook :D but just vegetarian meals. I am a very clean person and I don´t smoke. I love animals - especially dogs. And I can tell a lot of stories about my journeys I made up to now (`cos I love travelling). Therefore I did that also as my job for the last couple of months before I moved to Australia. Now I will find a job here in Sydney to start all over again.
I am FT professional, non smoking male and I work in the construction industry. I work in Sydney on an infrastructure project but I am not relocating my wife and kids (and dog). So I need a place to stay for the duration of the project. I am up and out the door by 6am and my hours of work are long. And, I will return home to Brisbane every/most weekends. So looking for an easy, low maintenance option. Move in date is very flexible. Close to train station and a short journey to airport is a big plus. Either furnished or unfurnished is fine. I like dogs and any pets are fine.
Hey there! I am a relaxed and easy going person seeking a friendly sharehouse. I am independent but would like to have housies that we can share some wine together or occasionally have dinner with one another. I am a tidy non smoker, and come with a free 7 year old black labrador who thinks everything is the absolute best (except birds... they are clearly the scum of the earth!) If you would consider a chill older dog as well as a human, please contact me! X
Hi, I am a 30 year old, female, independent, professional, who is seeking accommodation for the next 6-9months. Lease is ending in January so happy to move from late Dec. I have a large black mastiff dog, desexed, obedient, who is super friendly and loves to be around people. Strictly outside. So I need a place that will cater for him which has a secure backyard. About me - I'm a shift work who respects ones need for privacy and peace. Equally, friendly and enjoys the company of others, as well as a drink. Clean and tidy is a must! I have plenty of furniture, so I'm seeking an unfurnished bedroom. Look forward to hearing from like minded people🙂 Thanks.

A lovely twin share room available at only 3 minutes walk from Kingsgrove train station (Sydney airport line / 20 mins to city). Very close to shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks and post office. The house is friendly and has a generous size: with huge back and front yard to enjoy outdoors on sunny days and weekends. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and wifi internet readily available. The price is $150 PER PERSON (IN CASE OF TWIN SHARE) or $260 FOR ONE PERSON ONLY.
4 bedrooms house for rent, new paint, new floorboard, 300metres from Kingsgrove train station (4 mins walk), Woolworths supermarket, bus stop, cafe. 20 mins by train to Central, 9 mins by train to International airport. All new funitures will be provided
We have a large family style home located near buses and 5 mins from 2 train stations. It's also a 5 min walk down the road to the local shops like Woolworths, cafes, takeaway food and the pub. Surrounding areas also include access to the M5 and an abundance of parks surrounding us. *House is set high, lots of natural light flows in through the house *Polished floorboards throughout *Balcony off the living room *Large lockup garage for all your storage needs *Lots of parking out the front *Covered entertaining area in the backyard The room is decently sized and also has an in-built wardrobe. You would also share a renovated bathroom with Alice. About us: Alice, Sal and Linda are 28-30 year old professionals who work Monday to Fridays, one of us studies. We're very chilled, responsible, respectful, clean and like to keep the house maintained. We are sociable and are usually out on most weekends which means that due to commitments outside of business hours, the chances are you will not see one or the other for days at a time. We also have a young kelpie in the household but she usually keeps to herself outside or is inside snuggling with Sal at bedtime. Our house is a sanctuary so we don't have parties or music blaring very loud and are mindful of our neighbours. Sleep is also important to us so we're mindful not to create a lot of noise for others. This is a mentality that all within the household should undertake. We'd rather be clear and communicative with our preferences below and find the right person who we will enjoy living with. We're all pretty easy going and pull our weight around the house. About you: We prefer someone who has a "clean as you go" mentality but takes initiative in contributing to the household. Your room is your domain but picks up after themselves around the rest of the house and pulls their weight with cleaning when they are able to. We're not interested in someone who only cares about washing their own plates around a dirty plate and fork...there's no room of individuals in their bubbles! We're looking for someone who works similar hours to us (mon - fri 9 to 5) and similar to our traits/personalities (courteous, respectful*, responsible) but most importantly gels well with us both and the dog :-) Is quiet and considerate of others around them, for example: not slamming doors early in the morning and late in the evening when people may be asleep or relaxing. Water, electricity, gas is paid quarterly. Internet is paid monthly ($15) All bills above are paid in addition to rent. When you contact us, please ensure you have done the following: - You have checked the location on a map of Slade Rd, Bardwell Park to important locations such as your work. The last thing we want is for you to fall in love with us and the place but then find that the location is not suitable for you. We won't waste your time so please don't waste ours. - Make sure you leave us your phone number so we can give you a call to chat! Cheers!
I'm looking for a share house with a mix of males and females. I have just returned from a 9 month trip around the world. I will be working and looking to study in the near future. I'm easygoing, like to party when it's called for but also love to spend nights in watching a movie. I have one cat who is very well behaved and quiet.
I'm a female travelling from the U.K. to work as a midwife at St George hospital. I'm friendly, easy going and very clean and tidy. I like to be social and have fun outside of work. This is a new chapter in my life so I'm looking for a place to live for a minimum of six months and can't wait to see what Australia has to offer in the hope of making this a permanent plan. I'm looking for a nice place to live and hoping to meet new people in this process.
Hey I'm Shane. I am a recently graduated civil engineer and I'm due to start working on a project early next year in Sydney. I am a punctual, tidy 23 year old and I'm very easy to get along with. I was born in Darwin and have lived there my whole life so it will be an experience moving to a big city like Sydney. I play a few sports, enjoy a bit of games/Netflix here and there and like to have a social drink every now and then and would like to move in with a flatmate/flatmates who shares the same interests.
I work nights over the weekend, so you will mostly have the place to yourself. I keep to myself although enjoy chilling and hanging out from time to time. I like things to be clean and tidy, I don't like mess. I've got a small well trained dog who will stay mostly in my room. On occasion I will have visitors although will not be excessively loud and always respectful. I was born and raised in the Shire and would like to continue living close by. I don't drive and so I am ideally looking for a home with easy access to public transport.
Im a quite and tidy guy, recently seperated so I know how to cook and be clean. I work days from 8am -5pm. Im not a party boy and like to watch a movie or have a nice dinner at home. Happy to interact with flat mate and handy with tools and repairs if necessary. Ive not done this before so trust for me is important with people. I prefer people under 30 not contact me nor if you are not working full time.
