I work in Fremantle and need long-term accommodation with a maximum budget of $250 per week (I currently pay $200 + shared utility costs). My current landlord is unable to renew my lease but is happy to provide references regarding my reliability, cleanliness, and respect for the house. I am a massage therapist and beauty therapist, working in a chiropractic clinic. I am a clean, responsible, and quiet person who enjoys sports, walking, and the beach. I am looking for a peaceful place to live while I complete my studies, which will last at least two more years. Silvia ABOUT ME I am a 46-year-old female student who enjoys cycling, walking, swimming, sports, and listening to music and enjoy every natural park. I am hard worker and I have Skill in skin and masso therapist, reflexology food,certified for application of kinesiotape, pedicure curative more and more diplomas agreed in Italy. Actually I have a work in skin therapist premises and I'm starting to make myself known at a clinic with the chiropractor. I prefer living in a studio or having a homestay experience, so people that know how is to staying in a good habit together or with the others. I am a smoker just 3/4 cigarettes in the evening, not very smoker, and I use to smoke outside always, I dislike the smell of cigarettes in the house. I like dogs than cats, but I can't afford an animal here.. I like peace and community chats, and I enjoy attending events when possible. My house vibes are clean and introverted :-) , no parties, just a quiet space for relaxation.
