Hey, I'm currently studying Osteopathy at SCU & working part time. I'm just looking for a few easy going, tidy & respectful people to share a home with around the Coolangatta area. Hit me up if you're interested :)
We are very close to the beach (North Kirra), SCU uni, Coolangatta, local cafes and a beautiful beachside bike path that connects the southern Gold Coast. There is also easy access to the M1. The house is very spacious with plenty of different areas in which to relax, including an outdoor courtyard (great for summer BBQs).
Hi, we are a couple of two girls who are self-proclaimed charming, active and have their shit together... Maddie is an absolute hoot who will get along with just about anybody and have a beer with anyone who offers her a coldy. We come with only bedroom furniture and love to get out every morning as go getters. I study full-time at Griffith doing Exercise Science and Business whilst my lovely girlfriend is completeting her masters at Bond in Construction/Project Management. We are quiet but also love a good chat passing by, we are usually out of the house for most of the day as I love to get out and go to the gym and we both love a surf. We both work part-time and are looking for a place anywhere from Miami to Cooly so we can chase the waves. We're the easiest people to get along with and mostly love to netflix and chill after a long day, we both cook quite a bit and love cooking for other peoople too! We would love to hear from you and we may be the bestest ever couple you have ever met. Send us a message, we are always down for a bit of a chat if you'd like to get to know us better! Both lived out of home since the age of 18 so this aint our first rodeo, we do come with accessories such as a dartboard ;)

Hello there, I'm looking for a new home anytime from September 2019 onward and not in a rush, as I want to find the right home and flatmate/s. I’m looking for at least 6 months but preferably 12 months plus. Very easy to get along with, clean and tidy looking for a modern home, Don't take drugs or smoke, light social drinker (usually only social events, or occasionally with a nice home cooked meal) and respectful of others and their property. I'm hoping there are some single parents out there looking to consider creating a new and exciting home and friendship where we can help each other out, or some students that are great with children and are looking for a reliable, clean and stable flatmate. Pooling our resources can get us a much bigger and better home in a better location for less money. Regardless of who you are, if you are interested please get in touch and lets see how well we get along and take things from there. I'm a single parent and I have 2 very active and well behaved young girls (5 and 7yrs). Due to their mothers instability, I have decided to move out of the fantastic Penthouse in Miami where I have 2 rooms and a fantastic and very understanding flatmate. We pooled our resources finding this place and live in arguably the best penthouse apartment in the area, think of what we could find in a family home by pooling our resources. The secret is finding the right flatmate/s, then the right home. As I’m not in a huge rush there is time to find the right flatmate and home. My number one priority is to find a great flatmate to live with, in a clean and modern home. I have the contents of almost an entire house in storage if needed, also happy to just bring my bed, a combination of both, or go on a shopping spree to furnish our new home. I may be 45, however most people think I'm in my mid 30's, I exercise daily and am very fit with a biological age of 29, and I’m fun to be around :) I get along with everyone and just want a relaxed home for me and my girls (when they stay which is currently only 2 nights a week). Over recent months, as my ex-wife has been quite unwell, I have had my girls full time for a week or two at a time (which I have loved) and I am considering a dramatic increase in care, however this would be something I would discuss with my flatmate/s. I’m looking at a few housing options, a large modern 3-4 bedroom apartment by the beach; a modern house on a waterway that leads to the ocean, or a large home with 4 or more bedrooms in the suburbs somewhere. I’d prefer a new and modern home, however will settle for a modern kitchen as I love cooking… Primarily I want a home I can relax in with a great flatmate/s, where ideally my children have their own rooms (happy for these to be used by friends/guests etc when they are not in the house) and everyone has their own space to relax in. There are some great larger houses out there and I’d be more than happy to team up and find a new home together with my new flatmate/s. Not here to hide anything from you, just looking for a great flatmate/s and a great home, but also want to be honest about my situation. I love travelling, heading to the beach for a swim, kayaking, mountain bike riding, bush walking and keeping fit. I'm generally up at sunrise every morning I don't have my girls and down the beach for a walk or run to start my day. If you are after a genuine, clean and honest flatmate then get in touch. Have a great day and looking forward to hearing from you. If you are a student, please get in touch if you are interested as there would also be the added bonus of some paid babysitting if you were interested. Regards Neal

Current Landlords are putting my place on the market so on the search for a new place to live within the next couple months. - 26 yr old male - Structural Landscaper - Lover of sports and travel - Clean, tidy and friendly
I love making a space feel like home! I am a positive and creative person, who really values rest at the end of a long work day. I spent the last three years in a share house with housemates from all over the world and I made some incredible friends through the experience. It's important to know who you're living with, as well as living an independent life and valuing other people's space. I work at a cafe across two locations and have some early morning shifts. In my spare time I love to be at the beach, read a good book or hang out with friends and family.
Hi there I’m interested in having any room in nice unit with ocean or water views . I’m a single dad . Separated a few months ago. I only get my kids every second weekend . But when I get then I either take them away or take them to my families house so they have a big yard and their bikes to use etc. so they won’t come into play with the residence. I work away a lot . Clean and respectful and get along with everyone. Love the water and very active. If anything available for an inspection please let me know. Can move in immediately . I have a huge tv and lots of nice furniture in storage if anythin needed for the house. Large smoker bbq etc. look forward to hearing from you thanks . It would be ongoing but I’m flexible on duration. I’m also a very good cook .
I currently work full time in hospitality and also study biomedicine full time! I’m super independent and extremely conscious of other people and their personal space. I find myself easy to get along with and live with and enjoy a clean, comfortable and relaxing living environment. I’m super easy going and I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle and enjoy the beach, exercising, cooking and the occasional wine or beer here and there.
