Hey! I'm Shenae, I need to move to the GC for work, so I’m looking to team up with someone and get an apartment/townhouse somewhere on the southern Gold Coast (Burleigh/Palm beach ideally). I have a chihuahua and so we do come as a duo, hoping to find someone who wouldn't mind a living with a pet. He's 2 and such a good dog, you'll be besties in no time. I love a neat and clean space, so if you’re the same that’d be perfect! In my spare time usually I hit the beach, gym/walk/pilates, shops (way too much), try new foodie/drink spots or catch up with friends and family. I’ll be working from home 2 days a week, so I’m looking for a place with a seperate study/nook. I will also need off street parking. I have a decent amount of furniture so could fit out most of the kitchen/living, but totally flexible with this.
