Hi, we're moving to Sydney from London and looking to find a great place to live in the inner west suburbs-Balmain/Rozelle area. Keen to live with easy-going people who're keen for a laugh but also reliable and considerate other other housemates etc. About us: Mark (English) is a 28yo professional who loves his sport, likes a beer and loves to cook! Jen (Scottish) also 28, works in banking, likes going to the gym, chilling out watching tv and enjoys a cheeky gin from time to time! We're both pretty chilled out, easy to get on with and respectful of other housemates etc. Looking to find somewhere to move in from end of April. Cheers, Mark & Jen
Hi guys! I am moving to Sydney permanently around the end of February and looking for a place, preferably close to a beach! I currently live and work on the Sunshine Coast and am moving for a career opportunity in the Balmain area, however am wanting to live close to the beach. I am a kiwi and have lived in Australia for just over 4 years, love it.
Spanish guy who will arrive to Sydney on 15feb to feel the experience of working and studying 17000km abroad. I've lived in a share flat since 2012, so I perfectly know the guidelines about sharing and living side to side with other people. I'm tidy, friendly, clean and easy going :)
This is a stunning waterfront home with fabulous harbour views across a marina to Cockatoo Island. The room is unfurnished but has built-ins and an ensuite. If you want to use it you have your own entrance from a lovely garden with steps directly onto a marina. Perfect for relaxing with a glass or two and watching the sails drift by. You have your own lounge area but share a fully equipped kitchen a with a fit, professional couple who also have their own living room and have a boat moored at the Marina. The house is air-conditioned with Wi Fi, plenty of bathrooms, separate laundry, new carpets, decorative wood floors and balconies with light, space and awesome views from floor to ceiling windows in every room. The property is a short walk from quirky Balmain, famous for its dog friendly pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. It lies in a low-rise waterfront complex with a 25-metre lap pool and a gym. Good on-street parking and nearby buses take 10 minutes into the heart of the City or you can take a ferry ride for a more spectacular ride to work. The rooms would suit a professional person who's social, curious and who's looking for a lovely space that reflects Sydney at its best. We have had interest from couples but we prefer a more spacious feel. Available late October.
Easy to get along with, love cats but don't own one. Casual smoker on rare occasions but never at home. I'm looking for a place close to my workplace on Darling Street where I work part time in a cafe, the rest of my work is online as I run my own business in online marketing and have a few clients. On my downtime I work on my web directory that has mapped out all restaurants and cafes on Darling Street. I'm pretty chilled kinda person, house work can be therapeutic for me but I don't like messy house mates. Looking to live with like minded people that don't mind a conversation or coffee in the park. Perks would be that my main clients is a wine reviewer, so I'm often bringing home bottles of wine to try so if you're into wine, maybe we can do that together. If you want to have a chat, I work at Ciao Thyme near the London Hotel. Come in and say hello.
Just moved to Sydney from England, looking for a flat share in the city

Hi there, My name is Natalie. I am looking to start fresh in a new part of Sydney after growing up initially in Mascot then moved to acres on the outskirts of Western Sydney. I have a 9.5 yr old daughter who stays with me every second weekend but isn't much trouble at all as she is extremely independent, social and kind. I am extremely career focused and I work long hours as a Facilities and Maintenance Mgr for a large company and would love to come home to a place that is inviting. I love cooking and a bit of a clean freak. I am a independent, witty and love a little banter when the time calls for it. I respect those around me and value personal space. I love entertaining but don't find I do it much at all these days as my weekends are usually kept busy out and about.
Hey future flatmates! I'm moving up from Melbourne for a new position in banking/IT in the city early February. I can stay with family while I search so am semi-flexible with dates. I'll be moving up with just my personal things so happy to have a furnished house but furnish my own room. I'm originally from Canada (near Vancouver). I'm laid back, enjoy a clean home (and of course help with all the chores, no roster necessary!), and cook a few times a week when I'm not out. Would like to live in a non-smoking home, not a party home, but am happy to have a wine (or two!). Also love going to the gym/running, brunch, and any random fun activities I can get my hands on. Pretty new to all the different suburbs so not sure exactly what I'm looking for, so feel free to message me if you think I'd be a good fit! Something close to the city (I'll be working in Barangaroo) or near a beach would be ideal, so I can remind myself why I left Melbourne. I'm in Sydney until Jan 14th (going on a cruise 4th to 12th) and then back to Melbourne until I move the weekend before Feb. 6th. Happy to meet up while I'm here! I also have a car that I would super love to be able to park off the street but either way, if there's street parking then I'll take that too.
Modern self contained 1 bedroom/lounge apartment with own bathroom, kitchen, air conditioned and separate entrance. Ferry terminal 5 minutes away at Thames st wharf and 12 minutes to Circular Quay. Buses are 5 minutes from my house. A spacious and light-filled townhouse in Balmain. The house has two enormous bedrooms on the top floor and two good size on the ground floor. Each floor has its own bathroom so there shouldn’t be any rush in the morning! House features an internal laundry, as well as full gourmet kitchen with a bad ass stainless steel fridge – with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher who cleans dishes and a gas cook top. It also has private courtyard with a BBQ and hardwood floor in the kitchen and living area. Positioned on a quiet street in the heart of Balmain, steps away from the Woolies shopping centre, numerous cafes, restaurants, bakeries and of course bottle o’s. Bedroom comes unfurnished, well partially furnished. I would like to leave an antique desk in the room with a chair. If not your style I can remove it. Other goodies include ultrafast internet connection (for techie guys I’m talking about fibre connection speeding at 100/40 Mbps oh yea!) which will be connected in a week or two. Cool entertainment system with a surround sound, turntable, huge 3D TV and comfy sofa (bummer it doesn’t have massaging capabilities). If you have a gaming console let’s plug this stuff as well! Rent is $320 per week. Bills and internet are included in rent. Couple of ground rules by agency: house is smoke and pet free and I personally prefer non-smokers. I’ll update photos as we go with furnishing!

Hi, I'm Tyler - relatively fresh to Sydney. I'm a pre-service Physics and Maths teacher (still studying) and am working in gym management up here while I finish off studying. It's a busy lifestyle, but I look forward to discovering more of Sydney! Very clean, typically out of the home for long hours throughout the day, love to socialise but also enjoy quiet time and respect that need in others.
Friendly couple that has moved to Sydney from Queensland, we are both Civil Engineers working full time in the Sydney CBD area. We enjoy exploring Sydney and the surrounding coastal and hinterland area on weekends and going out for dinner and drinks. we're passed our partying days, so we're looking for a professional household where we can share a glass of wine and conversation in the evenings but we also like our own space and respect other people's. Hello there! I am looking to rent a room OR find 1-2 flatmates to share accommodation in one of the following areas from May/June 2017: - Glebe - Camperdown - Surry Hills - Newtown - Rozelle - Balmain/Balmain East A little about me: I'm an upbeat, positive and friendly individual. I am working full-time in a financial services related company as a Digital Marketing Manager. My interests and passions include rowing/paddling, basketball, listening to jazz and hip hop music, learning how to cook exciting new cuisines, watching movies, and travel. I am also a MAJOR foodie. I am planning to move to a new place in May/June 2017. Would greatly appreciate if from a timing perspective, we are compatible. I am very clean, I always tidy up/wash up afterwards and I always remember to close the fridge and lock the front door upon exiting the property. Please contact me if you wish to flatshare/property-share together or have a room available. My budget is flexible but I would prefer to keep it $300 - $350 with bills and internet included. Thanks!

I am 37 years old, I work full time and looking for a flatmate for Inner West or City areas. I'm a very low maintenance flatmate and social so if keen let me know.
I'm looking for a relaxed but clean and tidy house share, with someone friendly and considerate, who likes a chat and also values privacy. I'm working full time, like to relax or sometimes go away on weekends. Love the outdoors and other adventures, Like the home as a bit of a haven, not keen on TV on all day.
Hi I'm Louise, I'm 28 and work full time in Pyrmont as an event manager, with some some long hours and weekends away. I'm easy going, tidy and clean, love to have a laugh, chat, drink and socialise. I've been living in Sydney for the past two years on the north side so I want to have a change and get to know different parts of Sydney. I currently don't have any living furniture so a place with furnished common areas would be preferred, however I have everything for my bedroom.
Hi!I'm Sand.I'm 23 years old.I'm Thai.Next month i will go to Sydney for studying at Greenwich english college at Pitt street.I'll go there to improve my english skills.I'm looking for a place that near my college or convenient to travel.I'm friendly, easygoing, clean. :)
My Name is Julia, I am 20 years old and from Germany. I am searching for a room in a flat not too far from Sydney CBD (max. 30 min drive) with young people. I think I am a nice person to live with because I am not loud, tidy, helpful and friendly. I like to be by myself sometimes to relax, but I would be more than happy to have some friendly, open minded flatmates to hang out with sometimes. When it comes to leisure time, I am really open to many things: I like to go shopping in the city; chill at Darling Harbour, Hyde Park or the beaches; go to bars to have a drink, play games, sing Karaoke; eat Asian food; enjoy the city at night and generally get to know all of Sydney with all its beaches and suburbs. Generally I love to spend a lot of time outside, but I love a stay-at-home-night-watching-movies too.
I am relocating to Sydney from Scotland and looking for a room in a house share where I can settle in and make some good friends! I enjoy socialising, meeting new people and really looking forward to all the activities that Australia can offer. I have a full time job in the city centre, so I can imagine ill be pretty busy during the week and wanting to have some fun / relax at the weekend. If you have any questions please get in touch! :)
I am 37 years old, I work full time Monday - Friday in Sydney and looking for a place to live with quick and easy access to the CBD. I am an easy going, friendly and fun but respectful and considerate person. I am fairly social and do a lot of things outside of work so not always home, particularly on weekends, always out and about. I have lived in Balmain previously and I loved it so ideally looking for somewhere around that area but open to other areas in the inner west. Ideally, I would like to share with only one other person and to have our own car space and bathroom. I am open to either a team up or moving into an already established unit or house. I am a smoker at the present time, however, will only ever smoke outside.
Rather than say how great I am to live with I'll share a bit of my flatmate history. On two occasions I have lived with people, who were strangers to begin with, in flatmate arrangements for 7 years each and they are both still friends. Hopefully this says I am somewhat tidy, responsible and a good person to be around. I currently live by myself and would love to share with people who are also tidy, responsible and enjoyable to be around. I am open to starting a new share house I lead a fairly busy life and am out several evenings a week at either yoga, running or an interesting talk or other event. I am not much of a TV watcher (though I have recently become addicted to Outlander and am devastated to discover that season 2 has not been released in Australia yet. This addiction is likely to be a short lived Christmas break indulgence). Excluding the above bracketed comment, I am more likely to listen to one of the ABC radio stations in the mornings as I get ready for work. In early 2017 I'll be starting yoga teacher training in Rozelle so I am interested in a place within a 15-20 minute walk of the intersection of Victoria and Darling Streets. I currently live in the area. I don't have to move and am only looking to move as I prefer to share. I am interested in a long-term rental and can take my time finding the right person/people to share with. I work full-time in the city in a management position. Look forward to meeting some great flatmates. Martina
I am a single 33 year old female, who works full time as a vet. I am an animal lover and have a 5 year old male neutered Labrador, who is friendly both with dogs and people. I enjoy both my own time at home and having a chat with roommates, but am respectful of your own space and belongings.
Hi there! I’m a 34 years old Finnish girl taking a career break and doing some travelling. I am looking for a furnished room to rent in Sydney for 4-6 weeks from the beginning of January.
I am a Scottish fashion graduate who has been living in Australia for over a year and would love to stay in Sydney until I have to leave the country (heres hoping I get sponsored)! I love to keep busy seeing friends, going out for dinner and drinks and enjoying Sydney life - the beaches and all the touristy things. I am clean tidy and very respectful of other peoples space. I like to spend time with my flatmates by cooking for them and watching movies when we are not busy with life and work. I am looking for somewhere to stay for the next 6 months+ as i have just started a new job in Rosebery, so would like to live close enough to trains/buses. If anyone would like references from previous housemates about what I am like to live with then I would be more than happy to provide. I pay bills on time, do my share of duties and like to have a happy fun home. Please contact me if you have any spaces available for me and possibly a friend, we would consider 1 bedroom to share if it is big enough or a room each ideally in the same house. I would consider all options individually or for us both.
We're a young and super fun couple! We are always laughing and enjoying life. We both work hard and go to gym every day. When we're not being super active, we're napping, binge Netflix or eating...
I am a public relations professional who works full time. I am clean and considerate and would like a flat mate who is also fairly tidy. I have a small, very friendly Pomeranian who loves people, is potty trained and obedient.
I am moving to Sydney in March (from Brisbane) to start a new job. Searching for active and outgoing housemates that enjoy sport, travel, music and going out for all sorts of reasons. I play guitar, indoor soccer, cricket, squash, touch football etc. listen to a wide range of music, love travel, and like to maintain a high level of cleanliness and order.
hello, easy going South African coming over to try the working holiday thing in Sydney, looking for a place to call home. love a night out on the town as well as a night in with some TV and a glass or two of wine.
Hi guys ! I am working for French compagnies in Sydney and I am looking for a quiet place to stay and rest when I am not working. I'll be working a lot so it is important to me to be able to rest in my own room. I am very quiet and respectfull, I love to be outside for a walk, kitesurfing or biking. I used to live in Melbourne for 6 months and I've been many times to Sydney in the past few years.
