Hey! Looking for a housemate /room/team up. Clichè check: tidy, clean, relaxed and friendly. Full time Mon-Fri professional, like my space but enjoy sharing a meal or a drink now and then, as we would be sharing a home. Out and about for the most part but I do like the occasional weekend in. Considerate of personal space. No mad parties but I'll come to yours. Like/love: design, architecture, dance, whisky, martinis, tennis... & more. I don't usually cook, I 'assemble' or grill but love cooking a nice meal every now and then to share. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm a 26yo working professional. I like keeping fit, playing basketball, travelling and love music. I also love to cook for myself and people and make some pretty good feasts :) I would consider myself very clean and like to keep everything tidy. I unfortunately have to adult and go to work 9-6, Mon - Fri. Most weekdays after work i'd go to the gym though so I wouldn't be back home till like 7. I'm social and easy to get along with. Love meeting new people and also respect personal space.
I'm chilled out, social, clean, lots of experience sharing homes, fit, healthy and understand the term personal space. I'm also a wicked cook and love a good yarn over a drink every now and then.
Hello, We are a couple looking for a place to call home. We will be studying there for the period of 6 months and also hope to get a part-time job. We are very easy going, clean and tidy. Looking for flatmates who are willing to share good moments. We are sociable but also respect personal space and we are happy to share a drink or two. We hope to meet you soon! =) Carol and Yuri
Hi all! My name is Pete. My girlfriend Bec and I are soon to be moving down to the inner west of Sydney. A bit about me - I am 29 and my girlfriend is 25. I am soon to be working for a federal politician and Bec is awaiting to hear back from a position at the Balmain hospital. We are both very friendly and social, but would also be flexible and respectful to your living arrangements.
Hi guys, my name is Ash and Im looking for a home! Im a full time physio, and like to relax when I get home. Im clean, easy going and always up for a chat/dinner with my housemates. I'd love to find a place that is tidy and friendly.
I’m a 36yo professional, working as an L&D Manager, which keeps my weeknights low key. I like to make up for the time that I spend at a desk by going for a swim or getting out for a walk/run and catching up with friends on the weekend. I’m looking to rent a room in an apartment/house with one or two other people and, while independent and considerate of people’s need for space, I’m genuinely interested in getting to know the people that I live with; whether through having a chat after work or a meal/drink when our schedules line up. Like most people, I want to feel like I’m part of a home and not staying in a hotel. I'm looking for somewhere not too far from the CBD, with great transport links, as I think that we spend enough time at work and don't want to add to that with a crazy commute. I’m down to earth, respectful and appreciate living in a clean home, so I’m happy to do my share of the housework. Please get in touch if you have any questions or think I’d be a good fit for your home.
Hi all! I'm Daniel, and I'm 41 (that went quick) and originally from New Zealand. I'm a creative, and work as a freelance photographer/photography educator with weddings, events, corporate and teaching. Being Freelance means my work hours are varied, and this allows me to do additional finance work for a broker. I'm a people person and am domestically sound and able. I'm relaxed and respectful, clean and tidy, and can pay my bills on time. I do enjoy good convo, but also space to unwind after photographing long weddings. I like to keep fit and spend time in the outdoors. Music is important, as I love noodling around on the guitar and going to gigs. Like all Kiwis I am well travelled and spent a number of years in the UK, and have taken in the sights of Europe, Asia and South America. I can relate to people from all walks of life. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to drop me a line! I Look forward to hearing from you! Dan
I am a super nice person, reliable, respectful, love to travel, speak spanish as well, open minded . I have got 2 beautiful children, We live in Adelaide but moving to Sydney on my own because of a job in casino.
I have a lovely, bright and sunny bedroom to rent in my quaint Balmain cottage. The room is a good size with plenty of cupboard space. It has floorboards and blinds and can be furnished or unfurnished. The house has been renovated and had a great little bathroom and kitchen and a sunny courtyard with drying line. It also has attic storage. The house has all you could need except a TV but you're welcome to bring your own or I can get one. It is located a 1 min walk from Darling Street and 2 mins from the bus to the city. It's also around a 10 min walk to the ferry to Circular Quay.
Great cottage, excellent outdoor relaxing yard. So close to darling street cafes, restaurants and pubs. Public transport ideal to city. Bedroom is large, high ceiling, light and bright, 2 windows. Can be furnished or not, up to you
The apartment is located in a great part of Balmain, really close to restaurants, shops, pubs and bars as well as public transport to the city. The room is perfect for a couple as it is very large with great storage. The apartment was renovated around 6 years ago and is beautifully light with lovely wooden floors throughout. It is equiped with laundry facilities, bath and dishwasher and an amazing stove/ kitchen. The house also has a small study/ spare room. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is completely furnished.
I have a two bedroom workman's cottage close to supermarket, buses and ferry. About 15 minutes from city. Have a small dog, adorable. Fully furnished but happy to remove furniture if you have your own. Street parking available. House is light and comfortable. Balmain is a gorgeous area, lots of life with shops, cafes, pubs, but where I live, surprisingly very quiet. I follow vegan diet but happy for someone to cook meat if that is their preference. Neighbours are friendly and approachable. For right person, I am can reduce rent if necessary.
Fully furnished queen size room located in the heart of Balmain. City bus just around the corner, 10 min. to/from Town Hall/QVB. 3 min. easy walk to Woolworths/Darling St shops. Circular quay ferry and Victoria rd buses all within walking distance. The light filled room is very spacious and quite. It has high ceiling and timber floor. It comes with freedom queen bed/mattress, desk/chsir and watdrobe. Fully renovated kitchen with caesarstone benchtop and European appliances. Rinnai INFINITY instant HWS installed for 24/7 hot water whenever you need it. We looking for a clean/tidy full time working non-smoker housrmate. The Rent is 260 a week (plus 20 to cover all bills). Unlimited wireless broadband internet included in the bills.
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.

We are a young couple from Tasmania, looking to move to Sydney for work. We are both very clean and always clean up after ourselves. We are very easy going people and like meeting new people but we are also very quiet too. We enjoy travelling and spending our weekends out exploring. You won't have any trouble or problems with us. We would prefer to move in with another couple and would like a more modern unit or apartment, however we are open to look at anything. We would like to get a place somewhat close to the train station as we would only be bringing one car over. Maddison works in Tasmania as a payroll officer and Tom works as a teachers aide and child educator. These are the professions we would most likely continue in Sydney. Maddison and I enjoy travelling spending our weekends out in the city; shopping and eating out but we also enjoy going to the beach and going on bush walks. If you have any questions or would like to talk to us more please feel free to message us. Thanks Tom and Maddison.

I am a young professional who works in finance/accounting. I moved out of home with my similarly aged sister 5 years ago and generally prefer to be out during the day and in during the night. I like to keep my spaces clean and organised, and don't mind trying something new in the kitchen from time to time! I also like to read when I have the time. I am looking for a private room in a house rather than an apartment and it must have it's own bathroom or ensuite. I like to have my personal space but I am looking forward to meeting some interesting people and sharing time with them!

I'm working full time, like to relax or sometimes go away on weekends. Love the outdoors and other adventures, Like the home as a bit of a haven, not keen on TV on all day.
Hi there! My name is Elise and I am a recent arrival from the United States on a Working Holiday visa. I fell in love with Sydney and the inner west and am looking to continue living here through February. Before arriving in Australia, I worked as a paralegal and saved up to afford accommodation during my stay--however, I find the best way to meet new people and make friends is to work, so I've been keeping busy with acting and modeling jobs! Please feel free to contact me with any questions, and I look forward to meeting with you!
I'm Ben a 32 yo Australian tradesman travelling and working all over Australia, this year Ive decided to try out Sydney for size with my adorable staffy mate ROCCO who is really well trained and behaved I guarantee you will fall in love with him quickly. I really need a place with a bit of a yard for him to be happy. I have great rental and work references and can offer my trade/ maintenance skills if necessary for general upkeep etc. I have my bond, my dog and a great attitude towards creating or sharing a clean, friendly and mutually comfortable living space. I'm always in front and prompt with rent so why not give us a chance. Available to move in asap and open to various living situations and locations.
My name is Kirsty, 26, very bubbly and friendly. I'm quite a social person, love going out for dinner and a few wines. I will be moving to Sydney for 6 months for work with the possibility of staying longer. Ideally I am looking for a furnished private room. I don't know too many people so ideally I'd like housemates who want to hang out occasionally. I love a good bit of banter and I like to think I'm a pretty easy going girl. Very clean and tidy person.. I try and stay relatively active, and am looking forward to exploring Sydney! If you think I'd be a great fit in your household then feel free to hit me up!
