Hello, we a are a couple from Italy, and we will be arriving around September. We value privacy and quietness at home. I am a Manager in the Medical Device industry, and she is a lawyer. We look forward to having a great time with our future flatmates. We don't smoke, and we will prefer arrangements with non-smokers.
Hey! I'm a 22-year-old journalist who works in Pyrmont. I'm moving out of my place on September 1st, so I need to find a place by then. I'm tidy, easy-going and love a good laugh. I'm almost always keen for a cheeky drink or two, but love quiet nights at home as well. I love reading, binging bad TV, and sleep. Feel free to message me if you think I'm what you're after!

Clean & quiet tenant (with a smaller budget so I can maintain some kind of desirable standard of living in Sydney). Prefer an all inclusive price & own bathroom but aware I’m probably aiming way too high on that front & of course would be willing to share. Looking for a homeowner who would like a bit of extra income or a lovely flatmate on the older rental rates, willing to share the philanthropy of their fine landlords - good folk who are willing to forego a bit of money for a considerate tenant and peace of mind. Thanks everyone! :)
We recently got our Residence. We are both engineers working our own startup. We´ve lived sharing apartment with other people since 2014 for option, not finantial need. We are moving to Sydney and we love to be among interesting people. Initially, we gonna stay, at least, 2 months to check how to move the company to Sydney definetely. We are easy going, social drinkers and hard workers. :)
I’m flexible easygoing person. I’m Acupuncturist and Doula from Brazil studying childcare and working as a Nanny and Babysitter on Inner West and Lower North Shore Suburbs. Vegetarian friendly but not stricted on it ;)
There are a lot of things to love about the property. It is situated in a fantastic location. There is a lot to love about Balmain, with so many great restaurants, bars, shops that there is something for everyone. There is also fantastic public transport access with multiple buses a mere 15 minutes from the city (and train stations). There is also two ferry wharves in walking distance (10min/20min) with access to circular quay, North Sydney, Sydney East, etc. The property itself is great. Well sized bedrooms and even has a fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge from the living room! There is a large shared bathroom, with a shower and a separate large bathtub. There is also washing and drying available, which you are more than welcome to use. There is a medium sized brick backyard/terrace which is perfect for eating/drinking outside on nice days. The living room has a TV, equipped with Apple TV and Netflix which you are more than welcome to use! Wifi is also included at no extra cost, and it works very well! The kitchen is large, modern and well equipped. Plenty of prep space with large marble benches if you love to cook! Fully Functioning 4 top gas stop, and full sized oven. There is also a microwave, Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, slow cooker, dishwasher and other appliances! You are more than welcome to use all appliances and amenities during your stay. The room itself is quite large. It has a built in wardrobe, and a (non-functioning) fire place and mantle. I have furnished it with a bed, desk, bookshelf, bedside table (lamp and fan). I am flexible about leaving as much or as little in the room as you would prefer. So whether you're a student, working full time, or on holidays this is an amazing property for you! Note: Price would be slightly extra for couples. Price and everything is always negotiable. I am flexible, just message any concerns or inquiries you have and more than happy to help out.
The apartment features high ceilings with skylights, modern kitchen including new appliances and dishwasher, modern bathroom and two huge balconies. The front facing the city with space for outdoor seating and BBQ facilities and the back wrap-around terrace balcony perfect for catching the afternoon sun. Super convenient location in Balmain, walk to Darling St shops, bus, ferry, and parks.
FURNISHED: 10 minutes to the City CBD across the Anzac Bridge! A spacious and light-filled townhouse in Balmain with a sizeable room available for rent. Positioned on a quiet street in the heart of Balmain, steps away from Woolworths, quality cafes and restaurants, bakeries and parks. Rooms is located on the ground floor and comes furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe). Each floor has its own bathroom so there shouldn’t be any rush in the morning! The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cook-top, a lounge area with a surround sound entertainment system + console, ultrafast internet, huge TV, Netflix - you name it. We have a nice open courtyard area with a BBQ.
It is one minute walk to supermarket, 8 minutes walk to ferry, five minute walk to bus. There are three gyms within a five minute radius from house. House and surrounding area is quiet yet close to shops and transport. House is light and open plan. Workman's cottage usual size for the area, which means not huge. Bedroom for rent has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table.
I have a two bedroom workman's cottage close to supermarket, buses and ferry. About 15 minutes from city. Fully furnished. Street parking available. House is light and comfortable. Balmain is a gorgeous area, lots of life with shops, cafes, pubs, but where I live, surprisingly very quiet. I follow vegan diet but happy for someone to cook meat if that is their preference. Neighbours are friendly and approachable. I have NBN connected but not yet chosen internet carrier. If you have a preference, happy to join up and share cost. I sometimes look after friends pets so would want a flatmate who likes dogs. They are always the smaller size, such as a miniature schnauzer.
Im a respectful clean social flatmate ,i work 4 nights in traffic control. i love to cook and clean when i'm home so the house will always have a nice aroma of international sweets dishes and the occasional soy wood candles. now i have a two year old kitty called conor who is house trained only ever goes in his litter box or on the toilet like im currently training him to do, Ive introduces him to a back yard so that’s where you’ll find him most of the day or occasionally at night if he’s not in bed with me. all vaccinations up to date desexed and chipped honestly is a beautiful friendly soul who gets on well with other animals including dogs. we would be more than happy to call you're home ours and create
I am a husband and father who works long hours as a Global Sales Director for a Drummoyne based firm. My family and I live on the Central Coast, but because of my hours I need accomodation closer to work and the airport. I will probably only be in the place for 4 nights a week, and will spend weekends on the Central Coast with my family
I like to think I'm a Kiwi Jamie Oliver equivalent, except on a budget and with less great ideas when it comes to food. Love good coffee and sharing quality times with the flat fam while also having my own space to groove to tunes. Range of interests from live theatre to rugby, op shopping and sampling any cafe that's got a "vibe" to it. I also make a mean butter chicken.
Hey! I'm a nurse moving over from London in December and I'm looking for a nice bunch of people to live with :) I'm on the WHV (and will probs extend it) but will be working full time - more than likely shift work (some nights and weekends) but I'm definitely up for a laugh, I consider my house mates to be my friends so I'd like to be able to chill on an evening/go for drinks etc. I'm definitely the clean and organised type, so you won't have a problem with me cleaning up after myself and keeping the flat/house tidy! At least a few months tenancy, private room, double bed, preferably bills included, pool is a massive bonus! I'd like somewhere I can be friends with my housemates and call it a home, rather than just a room/somewhere to sleep.
Hi, I'm a 26 year old yoga instructor/aerialist from Viet Nam, I also write and sing. I'm a tidy, respectful person and I'm fun to be around with. I love training, going on adventures, every once in a while I party sunrise. I'm gonna spend some time in Sydney and I hope to find a good shelter, as well as good housemates to create some memorable memories during my stay in Australia.
I am a professional engineer during the week but also play music, surf and cycle. I keep to myself most of the time and go out rather than bring friends home.
Hi I'm Ruby! I'm 23 and in my final year of Law and Communications. I work 4 days a week as a research assistant and in university-community engagement. In my spare time I like to read, go to gigs, cook and go hiking! I'm a respectful and clean housemate who is always down to share a bottle of red over a house dinner. Looking for somewhere in the Inner West to call home. I have some furniture, appliances and kitchen stuff I can bring but I'm also happy to store it at my mums if the house is pretty set up!
Super positive, 27 years old. Travelled the world and Australia for the better part of 4 years, Electrician by trade working full time , Ive lived in many share houses all over Australia. I am a fond lover of a few drinks and a night out but I also love chilled nights in, watching a movie and chatting with friends over a nice dinner or takeaway!! I do love my own space aswell though! I am looking for other housemates who are out going, pretty chilled and clean!
I am taking a career break and moving to Sydney from London! I am ready to throw myself into the culture and travel around. I’m outdoorsy and can’t wait to explore but also love a chilled night in and would be keen to socialise with house mates and meet new people. I am super tidy and also love to cook.

Hi, I’ve just moved to Sydney from London and I’m looking to find a room with people that are fun, lively and energetic. I was in a 5 bed house share in London with 4 our girls so I’m good at respecting people’s space and privacy. I would like to meet new people who like to hang out, go for Sunday drinks and love a bit of Netflix or TV. A bit about me, I love to work out, socialise and generally go with the flow. I’m 28 and don’t want to be spending my time in Aus in a hostel.
