Hey there, I'm a very tidy, reliable and outgoing person who loves to socialise over a drink or two. I love to meet new people, cook and relax in my downtime when i'm not working. I am working full-time as a LED Screen Technician and have my own transport.
Hi guys, my name is Ash and Im looking for a home! Im a full time physio, and like to relax when I get home. Im clean, easy going and always up for a chat/dinner with my housemates. I'd love to find a place that is tidy and friendly.
Hi! Relaxed, friendly and I've been told...easy to live with. Full time professional. Like my space but enjoy sharing a meal or a drink now and then as we would be sharing a home. Out with friends a lot but do like the occasional weekend in.Considerate of personal space. No mad parties but I'll consider coming to yours. Love tennis and the outdoors. A nice pub, a bar and a good scotch and music. I don't usually cook. I 'assemble' or grill but love cooking a nice meal every now and then to share. Accepting of people with the exception of someone lacking bathroom hygiene. If you are not one of them, I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi all! I'm Daniel, and I'm 41 (that went quick) and originally from New Zealand. I'm a creative, and work as a freelance photographer/photography educator with weddings, events, corporate and teaching. Being Freelance means my work hours are varied, and this allows me to do additional finance work for a broker. I'm a people person and am domestically sound and able. I'm relaxed and respectful, clean and tidy, and can pay my bills on time. I do enjoy good convo, but also space to unwind after photographing long weddings. I like to keep fit and spend time in the outdoors. Music is important, as I love noodling around on the guitar and going to gigs. Like all Kiwis I am well travelled and spent a number of years in the UK, and have taken in the sights of Europe, Asia and South America. I can relate to people from all walks of life. If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to drop me a line! I Look forward to hearing from you! Dan
American in Sydney for work starting in January - I'm in advertising. I'm 33, non-smoker, clean/neat and pretty easy to live with but would prefer older (late 20's-30's) roommates since we're more likely to have schedules and personalities that mesh. - I love pets so roommates who have dogs/cats are a plus in my book - as long as they're well behaved :) - A partly or totally furnished flat/room would be nice but a deal breaker. - Must love dogs. I have a small dog (Sheltie) that will be joining me in April - she's in the states finishing up her shot regimen for importation - but until then I'm pet free. I will have a dog walker for her during the day. - Like going out maybe one weekend a month, nothing too crazy. Mostly quiet. - Would love to have friendly roommates as I'm new to the country and therefore will only know work folks.
I work nights in bars and study during the day. I'm living too far out of Sydney at the moment, so I'm looking for a new place to call home.
Hi I'm Shwu, I'm a full time professional working in the health care industry, whilst studying as well. I'm looking to set up a home with 1 or 2 other persons. I've been in Sydney for a year now and would love to put some roots down. I do pilates/yoga 4x a night and I also windsurf and I'm on and off indoor rockclimber and I love hiking. Generally, I try to be as active as I can and also quite a homebody as well, I'm creative, enjoy baking, knitting and making things, reading and eating lots of cheese. I also love history, arts and the ballet. I like for a home to be a haven to relax in and not a party house or have guests over every single night of the week. I'm less into partying these days but enjoy midweek dinners, gigs out etc. I have my own bedroom furniture, so ideally I would like an unfurnished room- if I am joining an established home already. I would prefer to live with people who are non-smokers. My budget is flexible between $230 - $330.
I've just moved to Sydney from Melbourne with my work, and i'm very much looking forward to settling back into the city. I'm very easy-going and fun to live with ( I realize most people probably start this section off with the same exact sentence, but I really am). I'm social and make friends easily, but I'm also a workaholic, so I work long hours Mon-Fri and most Saturdays as well. When I'm off, I enjoy meeting up with friends at local bars and restaurants and being out enjoying the beautiful city. When I'm home I enjoy cooking and lounging in the comfiest clothes I can find. I would love to have some outdoor space, as I start to feel a bit claustrophobic stuck indoors all the time, and there's nothing better than a cold beer outside in the sunshine in the comfort of your own home! I do have a very friendly cat named Rex. Rex is very well-behaved, loves everyone, and will probably wake you up some mornings by snuggling into your pillow. My old housemate used to refer to him as "the best hangover cure" because he is so snuggly and comforting!
Large furnished room with spacious built-in wardrobe in classic Balmain house. Close to everything! Relaxed environment. Share with two friendly, independent women. Just metres from Darling St and everything you could possibly need. Supermarket, boutiques, beauty salons, restaurants, pubs and bars, gym, parks and harbour foreshore, library, medical centre. One block from public transport to the City, Glebe, and Leichhardt. A short stroll to the ferry. Convenient on-street parking. Amazingly quiet despite the central location. A sanctuary after a busy day, with leafy garden courtyard and BBQ area. Will suit mature, responsible, female non-smoker (40+ preferred). No couples or pets please.
Situated right in the heart of Balmain, this is a lovely, light, airy and spacious three bedroom apartment with a beautiful large balcony. We're just off Darling St, Balmain's bustling main street, but the apartment remains peaceful with minimal street noise. We have air-con in the main living area. The common areas are fully furnished but any personal additions are welcome! We have plenty of kitchen space, with a two shelved cupboard each, plus shared storage in the fridge, and a standalone pantry. The room for rent has room for a double bed and standard bedroom furnishings (no built-ins, sorry!) It also has its own air-con unit, but the room is light and spacious in its own right. Bus stops for city services are literally across the road, and for a more scenic route, Balmain ferry wharf is less than 10 minutes' walk. Proximity to local attractions such as the Bay Run and Mort Bay Park, as well as the numerous pubs, bars and cafes, makes Balmain living, in our unbiased opinion, the only way to live.
Awesome 3 bedroom to share with 2 other people. Apartment is in Birchgrove next to the Dawn Fraser pool. Great views of Sydney Harbour, Cockatoo Island, Drummoyne, Gladesville etc. from balcony and bedrooms. The apartment is well lit with natural sunlight morning and afternoon and has good airflow. There is a private disused wharf and picnic area which would easily be one of the better places in Sydney to kick back and drink beers. The apartment has a spacious lounge room. WiFi etc. There is private secure parking area, storage space for bicycles and good security. Close to Balmain shops, cafes, pubs & bars etc..
Fully furnished queen size room located in the heart of Balmain. City bus just around the corner, 10 min. to/from Town Hall/QVB. 3 min. easy walk to Woolworths/Darling St shops. Circular quay ferry and Victoria rd buses all within walking distance. The light filled room is very spacious and quite. It has high ceiling and timber floor. It comes with freedom queen bed/mattress, desk/chsir and watdrobe. Fully renovated kitchen with caesarstone benchtop and European appliances. Rinnai INFINITY instant HWS installed for 24/7 hot water whenever you need it. We looking for a clean/tidy full time working non-smoker housrmate. The Rent is 260 a week (plus 20 to cover all bills). Unlimited wireless broadband internet included in the bills.
I am 36 years old, I work full time and looking for a flatmate for Inner West or City areas. I'm a very low maintenance flatmate and social so if keen let me know.
I live a balanced life, love gym and tennis, good food, wine and coffee. I am neat, tidy and considerate and do not come with children or pets! Originally from Melbourne. Looking for a home with housemates I can share a vino with or a good laugh.
I am student and currently working in the hospitality area. I am looking forward finding my own room around the CBD to make it more convenient to go to school and work. I'll be in Sydney for at least 2 years so I'd like to live in a cozy place with good environment.
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv

Looking for a sweet house to move into. Filled with good vibes lots of sunlight and fun times but I also really enjoy my own privacy. I'm originally from Melbourne so my wishlist is a house by the beach or has beach views. I can compromise on this if my house mates are hilarious and overall 10/10 good humans. My personality is like a dog. I love food, going for walks/exploring, I get way too exited over little things, I'm a happy chappy and always friendly.
I am in my final semester of a Pharmacy degree, study hard, at uni often. I work in a pharmacy on the north shore a few days a week. I am a registered nurse as well - so aim to pick up a shift here and there for the extra money. Very clean and tidy. Love to do the bay run, weird obsession for cats. I watch copious amounts of tv and movies to chill out. Recently single. Enjoy time to myself, but also enjoy coming home to have a chat and a bottle of wine too!

Prefer to live in an area that is within walking distance to bus, ferry or train line.

Hi Everyone, I'm very easy going, neat, organised, down to earth and respectful of people's lives and others personal space. I'd like to find a room mate with the same mindset who can also enjoy a nice chat or a glass of wine. I like to work on my fitness, I'm a foodie therefore I'm fond of cooking as well as a good cup of coffee. When I'm not working, I spend most of my time with my friends and family, love the outdoors, traveling and listening to good music by the ocean shore as well as dancing to Latin music. We're also tidy and organized, and love cooking and going out to dance and meet new and different places and food. We're moving to Australia to study and also work in the Marketing and Advertising industry. We intend to make friends and to live in a space with enough room for everyone to live with no personal hindrances.
Hi all! I'm Rachael, I currently live and work in Perth but I'm making the transfer over to Sydney permanent in November 2016. I will be in an advisory/ strategy role at one of the big 4. I can't wait to explore Sydney and all it has to offer. I expect to be working a lot but in my spare time I love drinking coffee and brunch, exploring, playing squash, yoga and shopping sales. I'm LGBTQIA and looking to live with people who are LGBTQIA friendly/ identify that way themselves. Hoping to tee-up some meetings before I move over! Feel free to contact me here.
What makes me great? besides the cliches of being "easy going", "tidy", "respectful of others space", "like the odd dinner or drink" I feel like i'm trying to impress someone on a cheesy dating site... Hi, I'm 32 and love long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners... hahaha I'm not so great a selling myself. Prostitution isn't the answer kids. I love to laugh, I've been occasionally labelled as a person with dirty sense of humour... Obviously in the nicest way possible, I do love a good "your mum" joke. On the less fun side of things, I work full time and and also study so I'm pretty quiet during the week but love to get out and socialise on the weekends. Most of my socialising is done out of the house though. *cliches ahead*... I'm respectful of my housemates, I'm clean and tidy, laid back and easy to get along with. There you have it.
My wife and I are looking for a place to stay so we can start our lives together. I'm Australian and my wife is Italian, we've been married for a year. We are both working full time. We're looking for a place that offers a bit of privacy but at the same time we are looking forward to meeting new people and forming friendships along the way.
I am a professional makeup artist looking to move back to Sydney. Around the house I am quiet and like my own personal space but down for a chat over dinner and drinks. I am clean and can cook.
I am a 25 year old ICU nurse, moving from Brisbane to Sydney for a medical rep job :) I'd like to think I'm quite a relaxed, fun person with a good sense of humour. I am clean and tidy, and enjoy cooking when I get the time. I enjoy a glass of wine and cheese afternoons on the weekends and infinite coffee dates. I am always looking for somewhere yummy and new to eat. I am social and enjoy meeting new people. I'm not a massive party animal but have my nights every now and then where I could be persuaded! haha I don't have many friends in Sydney yet so I would love to live with people around the same age with similar interests. I will have a company car so I really need a car space or abundant street parking! :)
