I'm making the move from Tas to Sydney, and looking for somewhere close by Gladesville, but open to inner west, and everything in between!
non smoker + no pets + quiet + mature + employed + references.

I'm neat and tidy, especially in the kitchen as I love to cook, so I understand how important is to have a tidy workspace. If you'd like a shared meal just let me know your favorite dish!

I'd treat the shared spaces with respect and would help out with any cleaning required. I don't have any parties, and usually stick to my room in the afternoon to do my hobbies. My friends have given me the nickname "Grandma" for going to bed early.

I'd be looking for a 6 month contract, and would be open to extending after that.

I'll share a few hobbies of mine:
gym, running, cooking, mountain biking, travel, outdoors.

I'd be available to move in 27th March -> late April, as I can move in with family. I would love to talk more about your place, to see if it's the I'm the right fit, so please ask any questions you'd like to know.
