Hi! This year I am juggling two part time jobs in the media industry, along with studying externally - so will be super busy, and quiet when I'm at home! I work early mornings on the weekends & usually in bed pretty early so I unfortunately can't live in a "party house". I'm very clean and responsible. Would love to live with one other young professional or post-grad student (or a couple!). I have a pet rabbit who is very well behaved and toilet trained! I'm looking for a modern house, preferably with my own bathroom, a built in robe and somewhere for my desk to study. Happy to pay decent rent! That's the main stuff :) Otherwise I love watching movies, playing board games, gardening, cleaning (yeah, actually do love it!), and sometimes having friends over for dinner. I have a wonderful boyfriend who is equally as respectful as I am :)
Hi I am 32 years old PhD candidate. I will move from Italy to Adelaide to carry out an experiment in collaboration with the University of Adelaide for six months. My workplace will be the Waite campus in Glen Osmond. I don't know which is the suitable place where live in Adelaide and suburbs. I lived for twenty years on an island and I like to enjoy the beach. I am tidy and I like to live the house especially have chat with my future flatmates. I spend my free time making CrossFit. I am a very good cook.
Hey! I'm a student, working in retail and childcare, searching for a friendly and relaxed place to call home. I'm an easy-going person who enjoys the beach, hanging out with friends, getting stronger and a fair bit of Netflix. I'm a peaceful and cooperative housemate, happy to talk whenever and do my share of the housework. I can provide references if needed. I'd be interested in a 'team up' to get a new place too ☺
International PhD student moving to Adelaide from the UK. Looking for somewhere close to Waite Campus where I will be working full time. I'd like a short term contract initially whilst settling in - looking for sociable housemates who are familiar with the area that can help with that :)
Hi my name is Sam and I'm looking to move closer to Adelaide with hopefully some friendly roommates. My time is largely taken up by part-time work, going to the gym and occasional study. I am a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and currently work at a Big 4 bank. I've been living out of home since 2012 with friends and family. I believe I'm very easy to live with and always ensure I am pulling my weight in terms of cleaning and purchasing amenities. I've always received positive feedback in cleaning inspections, never had issues paying rent on time or had issues with former roommates. Ideally I would be looking to live with someone who is easy going and up for a laugh. I have no problem living with people of any gender or couples as I am respectful of all people. Feel free to contact me as I'd be happy to talk further :)
Hey Hey! I am looking to stay at a fairly stable place during my uni course at Flinders. I currently live in Darwin but I will be moving to Adelaide early February. I am outgoing and I like to consider myself as a joker however I will wholeheartedly respect the rules of the house. I currently own a car and I am happy to drive roomies around town if transport is unavailable or if they are wearing an outfit too sophisticated for the bus :P. I am currently working part time at target and plan to continue in Adelaide in order to keep up with weekly payments. I will probably need an internet connection due to my study but I am flexible with how I get it. If you need someone to cook elaborate breakfast meals, make consistent on time payments, democratically share the tv remote or hold back your hair while you hurl, then I'm your girl!
I lead a busy life with work in management 4 days per week and 1 day a week at uni. I am active and am at the gym 6-7 days a week and am big on the beach and hiking. I am looking for a place where I can come home and reset after busy weeks. I am very clean and am looking for housemates that are also happy to keep a clean home!! I am vegan but am open to living with people who are not, although do expect me to make us all dinner every now and then! I am LGBT friendly of course!
I'm 27 years old. I work full time in the aviation industry doing administration and I study part time at university doing urban planning. I've just started my own business too in social media photography, so I am an extremely busy person. I have a dog, Marley - a 4 year old Spoodle. Hobbies: Netflix, video games, AFL football, walking, photography, architecture, bar hopping. I am very neat, sociable, timely and am an equal contributor to a share house with chores, bills and assets. I've got 6 years of rental history.
Hi there, I am quiet, tidy and well mannered female from Pakistan, coming to Adelaide for postgraduate. I am looking for room near Flinders University. I would prefer to live with females.
A well mature guy who respect privacy of others. I am focused, yet friendly with an open mind. Could mesh very well with those who are respectable, and value the quality of life. Like to share and have sense of humour. Like to study and find ways to progress in life. I pay attention to detail particularly on things that matters to me, and would not mind going out for one or two drinks and fun.
I am quiet, a non-smoker, almost a non-drinker, environmentally aware, work Monday to Thursday. I am looking for a place for six months between July 2017 and Jan 2018, while my own home is rebuilt. I have a small 14 year old dog (terrier cross).
I am bubbly and fun, looking to live with someone who is respectful, clean and tidy as I am. I love to cook and experiment with food and flavours. I work full time in the Finance Industry and enjoy what I do. I enjoy keeping fit whether it's a work out at the gym or a run up Mt Lofty. I love the outdoors and heading to the beach!!! Family and friends are very important and I enjoy catch ups over brunch or dinner and a glass of wine. I love the Adelaide Hills and enjoy all the little wine bars Adelaide has to offer. Oh and I love to travel..........
I start at finders university in 2017. I'm currently living in Canada on a work visa until January 1st and I'm looking for housemate/s to live with when i get back. Im easy going and clean. Musician, Fitness, Social and always keen to meet new people. No couples
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide early next year 2017.
Hey everyone, I'm Chantal and am looking for a place. I've lived with my current house mates for almost two years and sadly we are parting due to the end of our lease. I'm very easy going, tidy and respectful of other people and their personal space. I'm a uni student who spends a lot of time in my room studying but I also appreciate vegging out and enjoying the company of friends.
Hi Ive been living in Adelaide since the past two years. Studied at the University of Adelaide and have been doing event management. Respect others privacy and would like mine to be respected. Chill person and mind my own business. Before moving to Adelaide I was based in Cambridge, UK.
Hi I'm Alice, I'm 17 years old (nearly 18). I'm looking to move back to Adelaide from Queensland to study a Bachelor of Visual Arts at UniSA. I am preferably looking for other girls around my age to share with. I'm fairly tidy and friendly. I love music, films, reading and baking. I have traveled around a bit and am excited to explore Adelaide. I'm hoping to move in before uni starts :)
Quite working guy looking for a furnished room. * Quite room especially at night; * Closed to public transport & supermarket will be nice; * Parking space is a plus;
Currently living in a share house but the lease is ending. I work full time and shift hours so I feel like I'm hardly home. I like to chat with housemates but still have my own space. Clean and easy to get along with
I am a 23 year old female looking for a place closer to work.. I'm working full time as an apprentice hairdresser. Would love to make new friends but also like my own space too. I clean up after myself, like to cook :), am sociable but also like my down time!
One single bed fully furnished room (now with 2 wardrobes) will be available soon at $175 per week. We generally rent rooms to foreign female students. The room has good privacy with no adjoining bedrooms. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. There are 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all shared. House is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping), parking is on street only. The house has nice gardens, back and front, with a spa and a sauna (for house residents only). Definitely no pets and no smoking, and we can't allow visitors to stay over night out of consideration for the other house mates. No lease, no bond. I'm happy to answer any questions and arrange for an inspection anytime. Cheers Stewart and Suzy.
I'm quite. I'm respectful. Easy to get along with. Very, very clean and tidy. I currently work Monday to Friday 9-530 in a pharmacy, and 7-130 at a nursing home on Sundays, I'm looking for something short term maybe 3-4 months? I just want to save then find my own place close to work. :) in my spare time I enjoy relaxing, going out with friends, watching movies, enjoying a wine or two while listening to music (not loud) only if we are going out on the town and you enjoy that sort of thing. Other than that I'm very down to earth, I like my privacy at times but enjoy company also.
I'm always glad to meet new people and have to train my English. I will teach French at the school start as part of my study in France. I'd like to live with Australian people to discover the city and to share two different ways of life. I love cooking and enjoying a good wine or beer, I really like to walk through the city or hike in the wild. Glad to meet you soon! Friendly, Aurélie

Might suit someone just wanting to make a dent in their mortgage payments without having to share full time?
