The house is in Millswood (next suburb to Goodwood) on a quiet and leafy street, usually we rent our rooms to female overseas students and employees. One single bed fully furnished room is available now. The room is cozy and comfortable for a single person. The room is at the front and faces north so the light is good. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, and a washing machine is provided. Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. There are 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all shared. House is 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, close to the G10 bus route that goes to Flinders Uni and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg. The house has nice gardens, back and front. My 7 year old, indoor only cat, Jackson, is exceptionally well behaved and loveable. I am 100% responsible for him. I'm very respectful, responsible and I clean up after myself. I work in North Adelaide, My work hours are a minimum 21hrs weekly, likely to increase to full time. I like to cook, garden, enjoy health & fitness and the outdoors. Love great coffee. Old fashioned and I just need a place to accept myself and my cat. I love live music and getting out now and then. I rarely drink alcohol I'm very friendly, helpful, motivated and have a positive attitude. Always up for a laugh and conversation, also value quiet times. The two greatest things about living in this sharehouse are chickens and location! Goodwood road main strip is a mere five minutes walk. Cafes, supermarkets, farmers markets and public transport (tram, bus, train) are all easily accessible, allowing for an easy lifestyle commuting to the city and surrounding suburbs. The house itself is deceptively large, making for a comfortable five person share. Outside we have a reasonable veggie patch, a large shed and the chickens, who supply a constant stream of fresh eggs. The kitchen is really easy to use and clean ,with plenty of bench space for everyone. We also have a massive fridge! There are two drive ways that provide off street parking for at least four cars at a time. I can't particularly think of anything else, but feel free to message me with questions :)
