I’m 33 years old and work in hospitality... I have my boy Yogi who is a must to stay with me. He’s very well behaved and loves making new friends. Would appreciate a pet friendly person to keep him company when I’m at work and he is an indoors dog. I’m clean and tidy and love watching TV with a glass of wine.
I'm a pretty funny and chilled out kind of person. I mainly mind my own business but I don't want to be a stranger! I'm currently studying film and also work in the film/broadcast industry. My main occupation other than studying is doing local sports coverage as a camera operator but am also in the works of starting a broadcasting business. My main hobbies include casual games, almost anything film related, and just generally hanging out with friends. (Don't worry, I'm not the party type, more of a chill out and watch a movie, maybe some card games here and there). I'm looking for a place where the people are the main selling point. Just some nice, fun people to get along with. Something near public transport is a must because I do go to the city a lot but otherwise pretty flexible as I have all my own bedroom furniture and even my own TV which we can share :)
Easy-going yet stable approach to life. I'm currently a law student working part-time in a few different fields.
Hi there! I'm a 28 years old female. Working fulltime as HR specialist. I am looking to team-up, or rent an unfurnished room in or around Forest Hill. I am tidy, moderately social, can share a meal or drinks occassionally, but definitely not a party person. In my free time, you'll often see me cooking, cleaning, or binge watching netflix. I have bedroom furnitures. If I'm teaming up, I'm happy to buy common area furnitures and appliances as well. Looking forward to meet you! Send me a message if you're keen.
Hi, I'm Jess. I'm 27. I work full time. I've lived out of home for the last 3 years. I'm pretty easy going I love to have a chat and joke around. I play netball socially during the week. As well as working full time I also go to TAFE at night. I also have a Teaching Degree (that's not being used). I love hanging out with friends and having a few drinks. But also like chilling on the couch watching a movie or telly. I listen to all kinds of music and am teaching myself to play guitar. I'm looking for a housemate that's easy to get along with, happy to have a chat or watch a movie with and hopefully become great friends. I also look for someone who is relatively clean, not a neat freak, but someone who picks up after themselves (putting dishes away etc). I also look for a housemate who is honest and respectful of myself and my things. I'm happy to share groceries and cook/eat dinners together. I'm a really animal lover so happy to share place with a beloved cat or dog (or any other miscellaneous pet)
Hi there! I'm locky, currently studying my 2nd year in Computer Science at Swinburne University in hawthorn. I'm huge into movies, anime and shows. love music (but am picky haha) and i'm a pretty social, very easy, nice going guy.
Laid back, easy going, clean/neat, works full time in cbd, pays rent/bills on time, relatively quiet and keep to myself but happy for the socialisation too. Have 2 dogs that I share “custody” with my mum so have them Weekends and holidays. Theyre largely indoor dogs who sleep in my room at night- they don’t shed hair either. The people I live with must be dog lovers. Prefer to live in the outer East region. Ideally wouldn’t want to pay more than 200-250 give or take per week for my share (excluding bills) so looking for houses that are 420-450 per week roughly (can flex up if needed). *looking for TEAM UPS ONLY as I have a A lot of my own furniture but happy to negotiate with someone who may also have a lot of their own stuff as I realise it feels more homely when you are surrounded by your own things!
Hey dudes, I'm Mark ✌🏼 I work full time and have lived around the eastern suburbs for most of my life (am 26), all except times when I've been travelling. When I'm not working, I try to fill the time with the stuff I love to do, which is martial arts, mixing music, climbing, hikes - and I like to go out! It's not my first share house, have been living with some friends up until right now, but another friend is coming back from overseas, which means he needs his room back, and hence my ad 🙂 Ideally would like to live with two other housemates, as really I like the company and like to hang out. Looking for a social house with others who enjoy having a drink and chill every now and then. If it sounds like we'd have a good time living together, would love to have a chat - so until we meet, peace 😁
Work in Kew,family in Ringwood so looking to move somewhere in between.. :) Work as a hairdresser in Salon and mobile.. I am happy and bubbly but not over the top.. I love my quiet space when I come home (after talking all day lol) Like to just chill watch TV,read cook and catch up with friends and family ...so not home all that much. Def not a party person :)
Hey, I’m a 22 year old full-time nurse working at Box Hill Hospital. I’m looking for a place not too far from the hospital with people who are tidy and respect that I need to sleep during the day sometimes (nightshifts). I’m friendly, enjoy a chat and love me some wine. I’m a pretty active person also, like to go hiking, running and currently do cheerleading.
I work 9-5 in an office up in Box Hill as well as studying fitness every second Saturday. I’m easy to get along with, tidy and respectful of other people’s space. I spend most of my time at work or at the gym and I also enjoy baking every now and then.
I'm a 26-year-old Turkish Materials Engineer who is clean, responsible, and experienced with living in shared accommodations. I’m very respectful of others' privacy but also friendly and fun to get along with. I love a quality beer/glass of wine, a good chat, listening to any kind of music, reading, learning new things and science.
Lauren and I are originally friends from back home (North UK). I have been living in Melbourne for 1 and a half years, Lauren has now been here for 4 weeks. We are currently looking for a room (or 2) to rent out for a few months. We are respectful and tidy housemates, we like a good chat and enjoy meeting new people! I currently work Monday - Friday within the interior design industry, and Lauren is currently looking for work, see as she hasn’t been here long! We will need a car parking space (street parking can work) and preferably a place without a bond (or at least cheap) as we currently don’t have much upfront cash. (I’ve just had 4 weeks off work for holidays) We hope to find somewhere great to stay with great people, don’t hesitate to message!
I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Business in Brisbane, QLD, and I'm moving to Melbourne (eee so exciting) to study at Deakin! I'd really like to find somewhere that has convenient access to public transport as I won't be driving. My preferred length of stay is 6 months or longer! :) I love coffee, movies, video games and hanging out with friends! I do enjoy the occasional night out but I'm generally a pretty big homebody! I'd consider myself a pretty social person but I do enjoy my alone time as well. I love my space to be tidy (I'm pretty chill when it comes to tidiness though) and I'm more than happy to pitch into things. I also love to bake (Snickerdoodles are my specialty) and I'm starting up yoga again! My plan is to make the move to Melbourne in early June so I'll be settled and ready to smash out Semester 2. I'm really looking for a place that can be a second home to me as I'll be having a completely fresh start in Melbourne. Although I will be busy doing my own things, I'd love to hang out with roommates over (insert bev of choice here) and maybe some board games every now and then!
* Strictly no animal products here so please discontinue reading if you are not vegan. Ducted heating (unit warms up almost instantly), evap cooling. Great natural light, floorboards, easy to maintain, leafy surrounds. House is well insulated. No traffic noise. 5 minute walk to the station. I don't have wifi set-up here at the moment (been using hotspot as I'm not a big downloader) but obviously happy to get that hooked up and split it. The spare room is spacious (happy to send measurements on request) and has a large BIR. Big windows. The owner cares about this property and it shows. Nothing is broken or sketchy. I lived in the inner-east for many years but absolutely love living here! Just over 20 mins to the city on the eastern. There is room in the lounge for an armchair but have everything else in terms of general appliances etc Room will be completely unfurnished. ** Bond is one calendar month rent $869 (not 4 weeks)
Granny flat, bungalow or master bedroom ideally... Just your standard hard working, adult male, born and raised in Melb who has travelled Aus the last ten years on a working holiday of sorts. I work with cranes and rigging, enjoy what i do and generally do big hours, some weekends as well. I enjoy the gym during the week and a beer watching sports and also meals with friends and family on weekends. Am open to sharing a place with suitable people but have done that for ten years travelling so ideally would like a healthy sized space to myself, bathroom or en-suite included and room for my own lounge set up complete with Foxtel connection. Kitchen and garage are of less importance to my comfort and privacy.
Hi Im looking for a drama free home where housemates respect privacy but also have the occasional banter. Im a very private ,fastidious, laid back person. Im looking for a place where i will have space to work on my paintings as i am an artist.I cannot live with untidy individuals who donot clean up after themselves or who donot respect the space they reside within.I tend to do alot of the cleaning as i enjoy it. I am looking for a furnished room, and i also have other furniture,i would love it if it could be utilised or if not ,then space to store it in.I also am a night owl ,so would like housemates who are similar or who atleast dont mind. I would like to learn more about sustainable living and perhaps one day be part of creating an old school community valued tiny house village.
