Great location and a nice (modern) house. These are the best things about the house: - It is a block from Laburnum Station (which has a peak hour train to the city that takes around 25'). - It is in a very quiet neighbourhood. - There's plenty of parking on the street and a driveway that can be included in the rental terms (based on negotiation). - Housemates are friendly and clean. (There's a cleaning roster and people tidy up after themselves.)
Can cook, Can clean, relatively quiet, happy with high contact or little to no contact living (communication levels) PC gamer, easy going, I do have a cat, she is very friendly, has never scratched anyone outside of play where your hand is under a blanket. she is an eastern shorthair, has been spayed and all cat care items I am happy to keep and maintain in the bedroom or bathroom if prefered. the products I use are an extremely low odour form to the extent I do not notice it in my bedroom whatsoever. at the present time I am home 50% of the time due to work and relationship commitments in terms of overnight stays, am happy to live with a family

I'm a full time student at Swinburne studying Communication Design. Im currently on placement 4 days a week in Nunawading. On the days I'm not at placement I'm at uni, working at Chadstone or at photoshoots. Im quite busy but love having chats to housemates to catch up on each others lives. I'm clean, quiet and cook for myself. I'm respectful of others and their belongings. Looking for people with like-wise mannerisms. Thanks!

Hi, Im Rafaella, 25, from Brazil, currently living and working in Melbourne. Im a very friendly person who loves music, outdoors and meeting new people. We're a young couple in our mid twenties looking for a room to rent together. We communicate well and are lovely people to be with. We're not complicated and are happy with the simple things in life. We clean up after ourselves, and are a good team when it comes to the housework. We enjoy traveling, fitness (gym, yoga and running), having fun and laughing together. We like spending time with people but also respect personal space and time.
We are very friendly and two of us love to explore the city and surrounding areas. 1 of loves cooking. All three of us are Postgrad students at Deakin University and we have our classes starting pretty soon so we want to move in a location which is closer to Deakin. Don't be shy you can disturb us anytime, however alone time do matter to us.
We are a group of 3 students (Indians), studying masters in Deakin University. We are fun loving, happy go- lucky people, looking for accomodation preferably private rooms. If the entire house is available for lease, we would happy to take over the whole. Our budget is 160 max per week per person including bills P. S Lease transfers are also welcomed.
The room available is a medium/standard sized room (3mx3m). Mirrored built in wardrobe, wall to wall windows and plenty of morning light. One main living area, one recently renovated bathroom, european laundry (washer and dryer) and kitchen area with small back courtyard. I’m a 27 year old full time worker in Administration and study part time. Been living in share houses for 5 years. I’m not home a lot of the time, but when I am I’m usually in the small back garden, convincing Toby (cat) to go on walks with me, or just chilling on the couch with Netflix or a craft escapade. Would prefer a non smoker and must like cat (Toby). He's the coolest cat in town ;) Preference to those who have had previous experience with shared living. Close to public transport, train (Blackburn and Laburnum station) and bus (right on our door step) all within easy walking distance. Unit is situated close to Canterbury Road with off street parking for two (2) cars. Bills and utilities seperate to rent (Gas, water, electricity and internet). Air conditioning and heating recently installed. Lease will be renewed on the 30th April 2018, of which you would then be added to the lease with Barry Plant Real Estate Agency. Barry Plant asks for 1 months rent for the bond and 1 months rent in advance.
I'm looking for a quiet location, with public transport in walking distance, for 6-12 months, ideally near Box Hill or Blackburn. Must be LGBT friendly. Moving between now and March 11. I'm very clean, neat and quiet. I do not work or study due to diagnosed chronic pain, but my income is reliable. I have been sharehousing for 2 years so far and never had any trouble paying bills. I have a rental history, and some furniture/appliances (depending on where I end up, I'll keep what I need), including my own mattress. I don't drive. I am single and I'm a very quiet shy person, definitely not a partier. I don't drink or smoke or take drugs. Gluten free omnivore. Happy to share my cooking sometimes if you're up for that, I make great roast pork :) And of course I contribute to cleaning. I like to write and draw on my computer, I enjoy art and I love cats. Am I right for your house? Please send me a message if you have any questions! Thanks for reading!
Hello everyone, My name is Owen I'm originally from Mornington but I've been living around Elsternwick for the past while. I'm currently studying games development and computer science full time at Swinburne whilst working at the Garden Gallery in Kew. I enjoy having a chat and bev with house mates but I'm also happy to hang by myself or study. If you think I could be a good fit for your house please shoot me a message. Owen
Hey guys. My name is Angie and I am a 32 year old Dog Groomer looking for a house to share with preferably one other person. I do like my alone time but I do also love having a social life. I currently work three days a week in a dog grooming salon and I also house/pet sit from time to time in other people's homes. I am a non smoker but I do like a drink from time to time on the weekends. I do not want a party house and I would prefer a house mate whom is tidy and clean as I despise mess. I do have a Border Collie at my parent's home and it would be great if she could visit from time to time, as long as there are no other dogs within the home. Furthermore, if this is not possible it would be great if I could get a dog or a cat, so an animal lover would be beneficial. One good thing about me is that I love doing dishes and ironing (yes, I am a weird one haha). I would prefer a female flat mate but male is perfectly fine too. I would prefer to have access to my own bathroom/ensuite if possible. If interested please contact me!
Starting out my full time professional job currently. I was born in Melbourne but raised mostly in Malaysia so I am open to people of all diversities. I absolutely enjoy sports, going to the gym, church and social outings. I am quite a mature person in that I take care of myself as i have been living independently for 3 years now and am quite a happy-go-lucky person. I am somebody who is easy to live with. I keep the place clean and make sure I tidy up after myself (this is not a subjective matter, clean and tidy is not a dirty mess haha). I respect other people's privacy and space but am friendly and more than happy to hang out. I am responsible as well, so when it comes to administrative things you will not have to worry. I believe that living in a enjoyable environment makes for a better quality lifestyle. I'm really looking for a place to call home for a while since I just started full time and want to settle into things. Plus points for me are gyms and being close to the M3 highway or central eastern suburb.
I'm 27 M, professional starting my Masters at #Swinburne uni. I am considerate of others and totally familiar/comfortable with other cultures. I am clean freak and highly organized guy who don't drink or smoke. looking forward to hearing from you.
