Happy to whip up some recipes for the household and bonding activities when I'm not too busy. Working full-time in the health sector. Feel free to contact me!
Hey, myself and Amy are looking for a house and looking for someone to join us. Preferably similar age and female. Amy is a full time nurse, and I'm a full time student who also works part- time. We are very social but respect privacy, love a Netflix night, enjoy a couple drinks but not party animals. I am currently studying Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University, Burwood. I work part-time at Chadstone Shopping Centre, so I am always quite busy. I'm a very sociable person and will happily have a conversation with anyone about anything. In regards to my living behaviours, I am extremely clean and do not like leaving any mess. I am a capable cook, and can live independently or happily share cooking/cleaning duties amongst roommates
I'm 28, single and working full time, based in the city, but I work from home a bit. I'm fairly laid back, like to spend time with friends and go to gym /yoga/pilates. I also go out on the weekends from time to time. I’m currently looking for a place in the Mitcham area and will hopefully have one locked down shortly. Then it’s just about finding the right person to share with! If I find someone sooner - even better ! My ideal housemate would be of similar age, also working full time. Someone who is laid back and easy to live with, tidy and respectful, and with a good (dry) sense of humour. Someone to have a drink and a meal with from time to time but is also happy doing their own thing. My No's are No pets (I love them but too hard to get on a lease). No kids. No couples. Soz fam.
Pretty ace housemate if I don't say so myself. I like to keep things clean and tidy, but am not a cleaning nazi. I'm very respectful, courteous and most importantly fun. I'm not moody, have no allergies, or things I can or cannot eat. I love to share the cooking, and the couch. I play lots of sport, including baseball on a regular basis (also a big NHL and AFL fan). In my spare time I like to catch up with mates, watch tv n movies, play games, and go on adventures. I work regular 9-5 hours in the city. Looking for long term place, with someone who is fun, friendly and respectful. Would like to be walking distance to train station (less than 20 min walk). 2-3 bedroom places preferred. I've got mostly bedroom stuff, but also a few kitchen things. Looking for a big bedroom.
Hoping to move any time between December - February. About us: - students (age 23-24) - gamers - book worms - LGBT+ - comes with cat - language nerds - non-smokers - drug free - friends (not a couple!) We're looking to team up with another person (ideally a young professional) to find a long-term rental in a 3BR place. We come with everything that a house requires as far as communal furnishings go so aren't looking for a pre-established sharehouse. Relatively flexible as far as location goes, but would prefer to be decently close to a train station. We'd like the house to have decent temperature control (evaporative cooling or air conditioning) and a dishwasher but are otherwise open. Both of us also have positive rental history (3 years each). Keen to meet up for coffee any time from November onwards with the aim of starting house inspections in December. Feel free to send us a message if you'd like to know more!
I'm quiet, intellectual (if that's your thing- we don't have to talk), and financially stable so I can get rent in on time. I am willing to do more than my share of the chores because I could use the experience.
I'm an Anthropology student at Deakin also studying Korean at Monash and I'll be graduating in May next year. I also work part-time at a supermarket (That means free out-of-date food, yay!). I like to be social and have a drink or two, but I'm also happy to have alone time. I study a lot and I work a lot, but I also like to go out drinking and would like to be able to have a friend over on the odd occasion (by no means a party animal, though). I'm respectful and tidy and I can get along with anyone. If there's anything more you'd like to know just send me a message!
Hi there, My name is Nana. I'm from China, have been studying and working in Melbourne for 2 years. Currently at the last trimester of my master degree for accounting, will graduate in late October this year. I work as a part time accountant and got another part time job in the city as well. I will stay in Melbourne after graduation. Looking for a place that close to the train station so I have easy access to city. A room in a two bedrooms house/apartment will be ideal, 3 is OK but not looking big houses, thanks. Prefer a furnished room as I don't have furniture at the moment, but if the room is unfurnished is OK too. My moving date is around the end of October when I finish uni. I'm easy going, friendly, generally pretty quiet at home as I'm busy with work and study, but also enjoy being social. I like Yoga, swimming, running and enjoy cooking, dumplings, noodles etc. All happy to share a meal or drink from time to time. I’m used to share houses, lived in current place for 2ys and my flatmate/landlord and I became very good friends. Now she's about to start a new chapter of her life with boyfriend and I have to move out our lovely home. I have good understanding of different culture, respect to your privacy and responsible for bills and chores. Love dogs but I don't have one; don't smoke, love to keep the place tidy and clean. Looking after the property, treat it not just as a room but also nice and cosy like home. That's pretty much all I can think of for now. If you have a place to similar to what I'm looking for or have any questions, please feel free to contact me, let's have a chat. Looking forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, Nana
Hi, I am Robert, I'm Hungarian and 37 years old, I came to Australia to study, work and to experience this wonderful country. I've just got my Diploma of business and looking forward to do my Bachelor of Business. I'm looking for a clean place with a private room and some fun and social people. I'm a friendly and sociable guy, who respect the house rules and have no problem sharing common spaces. I've been working as a chef (full time) at an Aged Care Facility in Wantirna. When I'm not working: I love fishing, getting a workout, going out with friends, reading or just play master chef in the kitchen (One of my professions is a pastry chef). I also enjoy games, listening to music, do some activity or simply watch a movie. I'm a non-smoker, organized, tidy guy. If it sounds interesting then shoot me a message or an email and I'll get back to you asap!:D Cheers, Robert
Commuting between Melbourne and Sydney. Doing post grad. Friendly, tidy. Along the way I acquired a small amount of expensive gorgeous furniture , it's currently being used to sell houses but it would be nice to be able to use it but not essential
I'm friendly, funny and relaxed. I get along with open minded, honest people. I'm used to taking care of myself, and I'm mostly pretty quiet and introverted, but enjoy a friendly, chill vibe at home. I'm on disability benefits, so I spend a lot of time at home with my cats and watching Netflix. I have 2 indoor-only cats that are friendly and playful. They are desexed, litter trained, and have previously lived with a dog. Feel free to message me if you would like to ask anything.
We live in a three story flat, and the room that is available is on the bottom floor. The place is quite new, with a lovely kitchen, ducted vacumm and lots of light. There is a toilet on the bottom floor, and the bathroom (shared between two) is on the top floor. We are 3 mins walk from the train station, and there are a fair number of bus routes that also go through the area. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and a library within walking distance, as well as a number of gyms. Internet is $20 each per month, while gas, electricity and water bills are split three ways when they come in. We also have Stan, which is already paid for. :P Although we do have a garage, there is only one spot, and we are only given one 'guest' parking permit. The use of the car spots can, of course be negotiated, depending on individual schedules.
My brother and i are 21 year old males currently working full time, i work at Telstra and my brother in sales. We are simple and respectful people and can get along with anyone! Currently looking for a place to rest our heads at night and to have a little fun.
