Hi there, I'm Edward! My landlord is selling the flat that I'm currently living in, and I have to move. I enjoy reading about electronics, programming, and 1980s Role Playing Games (the ones with the dice, maps and little figures, like Dungeons and Dragons). We have a regular game over at a friend's place in Carlton. I spend 3 or 4 days a week at my partner's place, and a few days a week at my own place, wherever that ends up being. She works from home, and has some cats to love - it's unlikely she'll be over much, if at all. I'm looking for somewhere close to a train station, or a tram/bus stop that is maybe 10-15 minutes to a train station. Am looking somewhere roughly in Ringwood or Box Hill or in between. Due to work requirements, anything much further out than Ringwood station is probably too far out, as I commute to Carlton a few days a week. I like keeping things harmonious in a household; particularly adhering to cleaning rosters and looking after my own dishes. I love books, and keep then organised. I have no trouble keeping up with bills, and payments to a house kitty for communal cleaning supplies. I have my own bed, bookshelves, microwave. washer, fridge, etc. I enjoy listening to music, and I sometimes play synths/keyboards, but keep it pretty quiet - I value my hearing, and really don't like to disturb others. I don't mind when housemates have their friends over for a few drinks or a movie. Once in a while I might have 2 or 3 friends over for some board games (Scrabble is my favourite!) I don't have any pets, and I am a non smoker, and cannot live with anyone who smokes inside due to asthma. I don't mind living with parrots, or cats, but can't live with dogs, sorry.
Originally from NSW I've been living in Melbourne for over 10 years. I'm a fun-loving awesome guy who's trustworthy kind, reliable and easygoing. I love dinners with housemates, chilling over a few drinks at home or watching sport or Netflix. When not at home I'm into photography, 4WDing and bushwalking. I have a good tenancy record, always pay rent and bills on time and have references. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi !! My name is Lahiru, I work full time as an Engineer at Yarra Trams based in CBD. I am originally from Sri Lanka and been living in Australia for 10 years now. My lease with my current place is coming to an end and the landlord is moving in afterwards so I am in the look for a suitable place. During the week I am fairly busy at work and I go to gym afterwards. I do a bit of boxing at the gym during the week and on weekends. I love hiking/camping which I try to incorporate into my weekends (if the weather is good) and also take my motorbike or mt bike out for a ride if I have the time and energy. Other than that I like catching up with friends outside during the weekend or just relaxing at home watching a movie or reading a book. I appreciate the value of being considerate towards others and mostly do my own thing during the week. Having said that, I am pretty relaxed and don’t mind having a chat with housemates over a drink or give you your privacy when you need it too. I like to keep things simple, clean and organised but I am not anal about it.
The house is an old 3 bedroom brick house located in a quiet court, house is fully furnished and operational (except for the in question bedroom....but i can supply some furniture if needed) The room for lease is a large room- easily can accommadate a queen sized bed, desk, drawers etc, but has no built in cupboard. We would share the toilet (off main bathroom) but you would have exclusive use of your own shower/bath. The house has a decent sized yard and huge garage and separate work-shed. Would suit a tradie , someone who works on cars , a guy with lots of tools or someone who has a lot of belongings they need to store....as there is a lot of storage space available. Could easily be adapted into a man-cave/ gym etc. Alternatively a student would find this a good fit with easy access to freeway, buses and close to Box Hill. Close Freeway access also means it is only a 20 min commute into the city for professionals Would prefer someone with fulltime job and able to committ to min 1 year
I'm a friendly, easy going professional who works full time as an ICT manager. I currently live in Tasmania and am moving to Melbourne on June 9th to work at a school in Kew. I enjoy spending times with friends, going to the gym, watching movies and just relaxing. I'm looking for a room close to Kew (30 min radius), decent internet would also be a plus as I watch a lot of TV shows in my spare time. I'm very reliable and clean up after myself. I will be visiting Melbourne on May 11th-12th to look at some places so please get in touch if you have something suitable for me to look at. Thanks Wayne
Hi, my name's Ing :). I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful. I work full-time and am looking to live in a female share-house from July 2018 and onwards. I value a clean and tidy environment. I enjoy spending my down time having brunch or drinks with friends, going to the gym, or chilling out reading, watching movies and TV shows.
Hi My name is Lisa. I'm 28 years old. I work full time in hospitality. I have been living in share accommodation for just over 5 years. I've lived with both males and females. I’m clean and tidy. I'm respectful of others and get along with everyone. I enjoy going out here and there and having a friend over sometimes, usually weekends after work with some weekdays so I need to feel free to come and go at all times of the day/night. I like to have a friendly relationship with the people I live with. However, I like my space and having alone time. I’m looking for something on the long term side if possible where I can settle in and feel at home in an easy going relaxed environment. To save time please do not contact me if your listing is not in one of my preferred or surrounding locations. I’m strictly looking for something in eastern suburbs. Please make sure you provide photos and a little about yourself/other housemates.

Between the 3 of us we will use 2 of the bedrooms, so an extra 2 are available. *** Please feel free to message for a link to the listing on the house, as we don't have photos yet ourselves :) *** As we have not yet moved into the property, some things we are looking forward to about making it our home include ducted heating, garage (intend to use as a bandroom), bathroom with seperate rooms for shower, bath, and toilet (great for sharing), firepalce, undercover outdoor area & spa. One bedroom on offer has a built in robe. The other has shelving. 5 minute drive/ 25 minute walk to Blackburn station. Range of buses also nearby. As we currently live together, we have furniture to fill most rooms of the house, including kitchenware, with the exception of the two bedrooms on offer. 420 friendly.

Hi I'm Brett, Welcome to my home. The home is in a great location, is large and has plenty of space. It is located in the leafy suburb of Blackburn in Melbourne's east and literally across the road from post office, great cafes, Laburnum rail station and bus routes. I have a great space to offer which includes bedroom, dedicated ensuite bathroom/toilet and your own living area. The space is mostly furnished. Rent is $260 per week for a single person or $310 per week for two people including bills and internet. Close to picturesque Blacks Walk and nearby parks which is brilliant for walking and running. Off street parking. Details of the home and room/space: - A double storey home, with a spacious, lockable self-contained downstairs section with its own bedroom, bathroom, open lounge area and bar. - Partially furnished with couch, bed (queen bedor 2 x singles), microwave, desks and desk chair, and a TV unit. - Dedicated split system air conditioner/heater. - Ducted heating. - Shared areas include large upstairs kitchen, large dining, lounge and laundry areas. - Parking off street. Nearby locations: - Laburnum Train Station 200 metre walk (Belgrave/Lilydale lines). Bus stops are also nearby. - Close to Swinburne, Monash, and Deakin University Campuses. - Close to several shopping centres incl. the Forest Hill Chase (Hoyts), Eastland, Doncaster, Chadstone and Burwood Kmart. - Walking/Running tracks nearby (Blacks Walk Reserve). - Popular cafes across the street, and grocery stores are a quick drive or one train stop away at Box Hill Central. Seeking respectful students or professionals, clean/tidy, non-smokers, no pets, not a party lifestyle home.
Old on the outside, new on the inside. Huge back yard, awesome housemates - studying and professionals. Huge room (actually massive...I have a couch, queen bed, study area, and a bathroom big enough for a dressing ottoman) and walk in robe/ensuite. The house is decked out for a dog in the yard, but I will remove if no dog owner moves in. It's a quiet street and there's a huge park just down the road. We have a drive way to park in, but me and my other housemate generally just alternated as to who would park in the drive. This is a relaxed and friendly house who is well intended and mostly successful with cleaning but will need someone who is okay with a toast plate left near the sink for a day. Don't take this as an indication of messiness, more that we're looking for someone who isn't OCD clean. There's stacks of kitchen stuff here so you won't need to bring a thing, however we need someone who could pay for a fridge (second hand), as that will be leaving us with our old housemate - it's her best ever purchase! So the room totals pretty much $200 per week including bills, but we're looking for someone to take over the bill paying duties...which doesn't mean much, except that the others pay to you, and then you pay the bills/rent. (The current bill payer is leaving!) If this might suit you, swing me a message, and we'll try find an time to meet :)
This is a beautiful house with a huge beautiful backyard to enjoy a cuppa as you wind down the day. There are also 2 parks right next to the house if you love the nature. The house is fully furnished with unlimited internet, air-conditioning and central heating. This is room comes with a built-in wardrobe and can be fully furnished. Room is now available. Please call or text to make an appointment to view the house. Do not call with private number!
This house is a short walk to bus stops, church, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Easy access to Eastern Freeway by car. The room has access to 2 shared bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. There is a big garden for growing vege if you so desire.

Homesharer must be comfortable with resident cat, and a visiting dog.
Hi all! 25 year old Deakin student looking for a nice place to call home for 12 months min! Looking around Blackburn, Box Hill, pretty much all along the Lilydale train line and near Deakins Burwood campus. Budget around $180 a week, somewhat flexible. Move in date also flexible, but I will need to have a place to move in by June 28. Currently studying but over the summer period I work in natural resource management. I'm friendly and fun, but also can appreciate peoples need for privacy etc, (been share-housing for 5 years now, so I know how it all works!) Quite clean and tidy, I'm not big on mess and clutter. I love a good beer (or a crap beer.... any beer really), a good chat and I pay my rent on time. Feel free to shoot my any questions, and I can provide references on request. Would love to start meeting potential new housemates!

I'm a graduate student from Nuremberg, Germany and I currently work for the Siemens AG in Nuremberg as a working student. I will be transferred to Siemens Australia in Melbourne in June where I'm going to work for five months. During that time I'm also planning to write my master thesis in order to finish my masters degree at my hometown university in Nuremberg. Besides Germany, I have also lived in South Africa and the U.S. for several years in the past. Why am I great to live with? I can adapt well to new circumstances, meaning that whatever type of person you are, I'm sure that we'll get along great! I'm not looking for a specific type of flatmate. If you are looking for someone considerate, clean, and quiet, then I'm absolutely your guy! If you are outgoing and appreciate having someone laid back living with you, then I'm also your guy! Some basics about my hobbies: In my spare time I love doing outdoor sports (running, rowing, mountainbiking, skiing), and I'm always open to join / create new groups to do these together! Besides that I love traveling and I'm excited about getting to know people from all over the world. So, if we get the chance to live together in the future, I'm sure that we will have a great time!
Hey guys! Currently putting the feelers out for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, having moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I currently work in the health industry and am thinking about going back to study, not entirely sure yet! I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or fourteen. My work schedule is Sunday to Thursday at this stage, just your standard 9 to 5 deal. Flick me a message if you would like to know more or to organise a catch up! Cheers! Ryan.
Hi, may you let me introduce myself. I am from Philippines, a professional working in a IT field. I would say a cool and nice in a way of having good relationship with different kind of people. Because I believed that people are great with their own special way and having our path crossed is a chance of a lifetime. Having great experiences gives pleasure to our lives.
I am a Deakin's student. -Peaceful -include all bill+internet -Living with Deakin uni student it would be great -Can come back to home late night
My name is Dee and I am 26 years young! I have recently returned from travelling overseas and landed myself a new job in Professional Services (HR) in the city! Currently living in Essendon but my lease is due to end mid July so I am looking for a private room for myself only. I'd say most of my time would be spent at work/out socialising with friends and my boyfriend but I am also a bit of a homebody. I do all the normal things twenty something year olds do - binge watch tv series on Netflix, drink wine on a Wednesday night and wear gym clothes to Sunday brunch with my girlfriends but never to actually work out. I love to cook so i'm happy to share a meal or grab dinner during the week. I'm very easy going and am housetrained (spent the past 5 years in share houses) So i'll always clean up after myself and always considerate of others space. I pay all bills on time and am very reliable as a tenant and a friend.
