Our house was recently sold so we are needing a place to stay for 1 to 3 months whilst we find a new place. I work full time as a labourer and have an 8 year old daughter. On weekends I stay at my partners in essendon . My daughter goes to Deepdene Primary, gymnastics 3 nights a week and is at her dad's from Friday until Sunday evening every week. My daughter and I will share a room. We are used to sharing with sensitive people so we know how to live without annoying the rest of the house....and we are nice, honest, hard working, we pay on time and won't steal anything.

Hi, I'm Aaron, 28 years old and I’ve just arrived in Melbourne from New Zealand and am looking to stay for at least a year! I work as a software developer, almost fully remote. In my spare time I’m usually out in nature hiking, doing adventure sports or reading. I have also been learning Spanish for the past year and recently became obsessed with the NYT puzzles. Part of the reason I am coming to Australia is to get surgery for my knee, so I’ll be switching up a few of my hobbies for a little bit but am looking forward to exploring the city in the meantime! I’ve been living in a flat in Auckland with 7 other people for the last 6 years and managing the flat for 4 of those so I’m well accustomed to flatting life. I don’t drink much and am more of a board game/potluck/movie night person. Looking for a homely vibe with friendly people. I’m pretty flexible with a start date. I am a relatively quiet person, semi retired but active with a couple of charities. Im extremely young at heart, most people can’t believe my age. I love current music, podcasts, photography and just being a home body rather than an active social life although I’m out a lot. Prefer a quiet lifestyle, cooking (am happy to cook for you too) a glass of red wine, and just chilling with interesting conversation. I am happy with simple things in life. Enjoy music, nature, netflix, animals, art, reading, walking, going out for dinner, wineries, adore the beach especially during storms. Currently live on the Mornington Peninsula but looking for a move to be near my daughter in Camberwell. I am very considerate about my impact on those I live with, such as banging doors, volume on devices etc,. I also like to be conservative in my use of electricity/gas when possible and respect similar minded attitude of others (such as using a clothes dryer on a warm day or leaving aircon on when going out). I’m also very clean & tidy and dislike clutter and mess. Although this sounds a bit uptight, I am a very easy going fun girl!
