I worked in aged care for over ten years and I loved my job so much and have a passion for caring for others but unfortunately wasn't able to expand my career in nursing any further and continue working in this field. I am looking into doing a course within AOD counseling or LGBTQIA+ areas. I'm currently doing some online research to do with ADHD, the ASD spectrum, and some comorbid traits and behaviors that go along with these. I'm a very spiritual minded person and love different types of meditation and relaxation techniques, I like doing exercises and other activities that are beneficial for me, reading a good book here and there, and enjoy a good movie. Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere to call home, with the hope of being able to extend my stay if required. I'm a very neat and tidy person and always keep my surroundings clutter free and clean. I'm sociable and very easy to get along with, but I also like my own privacy and quiet time too. I'm very respectful of other's routines, whether you're working, studying, unemployed or retired or whatever it may be, and I've never had any issues living with others. I'm very easy to get along with, polite, respectful of other's, easy going and happy go lucky. I don't have pets but I do love animals. I do have my own furniture, but can be flexible with what is suitable. I have my own transport, but do use public transport too sometimes. I have a 21 year old daughter, whom I catch up with regularly for lunch or dinner(when she's not busy) which is pretty much all the time lately!!!!!
