$300/week•29 year old woman
Hello ,
I will be looking at making an interstate move from Qld in September to move back down for family and my career and will mostly be working full time .
I am flexible with furnishings and would prefer ensuite or my own bathroom if possible but flexible.
I would also require room to run my own fridge and some storage space for a few storage tubs etc .
I am in my late 20s, no pets , quiet, pride myself on cleanliness and respectful of space and privacy and would want similar flatmates.
I rarely drink don't smoke or do recreational drugs . Not after a party house . I am just wanting a safe living environment to come home to .
Aside of this I'm also quite active and do enjoy getting out for walks and go to gym so would be meal prepping here and there also .
I can be social and do have some adhd (aspie household preferred or people who understand autism /adhd and supportive / understanding ) but mostly would be keeping to myself mostly . Am currently in the process of applying for NDIS for myself due to my autism and anxiety .
But depending again on how well we gel could be more social and movies nights and become good friends etc :)
I would be sorting work/study out when I'm back down but have a good savings, and can provide references ledgers etc .
Please no time wasters or unreliable people .
