Easy going and clean. Most of the time i'm at Uni or working. Not a party person and don't have friends over. I enjoy staying at home and relaxing while watching netflix. I can cook and do my own laundry and cleaning.
Me and my current roommate Floyd are easy going guys in our mid 20's. We love to watch movies so you'll never be bored at night. Don't really drink much but are fine with others drinking. We are both clean and tidy people. My dog Riley is a little pug and is house trained.
Hi I'm Emma a young 22 year old female who has recently moved here to the Central Coast from New Zealand. I live an active lifestyle, love the beach, spending time with friends, yoga and am a fitness lover. I am working part time (30 hours a week) and alongside this am involved in other businesses as an ambassador/influencer. I am a very clean person and in fact enjoy cleaning. Many of my friends say I'm a minimalist (which I don't think is a bad thing), and am looking for my new home and flatmates to share with. Either one other individual or more, I am looking for a nice, clean, fresh and modern place. Please feel free to contact me if interested in finding or sharing a place together :)
I'm Sara, quiet, reliable, friendly and bubbly. Definitely not a party animal ! Employed full time, I have a 10 year old boy who stays with me every second weekend , he's a friendly little character, well mannered and well behaved. Looking for short term for now with view to permanent. 😊 Prefer granny flat/ self contained accomodation ASAP

I am single, No pets,Dont smoke never taken drugs and rarely have a drink. I hope to find a place long term with some off street parking. Hi. I'm new to the central coast (I'm from the south coast) and looking for a new place/flat mate and to hopefully team something up. I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going but considerate and respectful. I work full-time as a nurse thus shift worker. Work and study does take up a bit of my time. I'm outside and/or in the water most of the time. I'm a very happy person if I get to surf, swim, drink good coffee, read and listen to music. Not a party person but it would be nice to have friends over occasionally. I'm very happy to share a red wine over dinner, beer in the (hopefully) back yard or casual coffee- but if your not into that, no worries.
Hi I've lived out of home for almost three years now, my landlord is selling so I'm looking for a new place to live. I'd like to move in for 6 months - 1 year (possibly longer but who knows!) I'm a Montessori school teacher, I work full time in Sydney, I try to live eco friendly and eat healthy food, I'm clean and tidy, I love socialising and seeing family, I love to cook, I enjoy hiking and being outdoors, I don't "party" but I do enjoy a drink or two. I hope to become good friends with the people I live with!
I am a quiet, non smoker without pets but would treat others like my own (miss my own fur-bubs) I am employed, based out of Sydney on a 24hr/ 7day flexible roster. Usually a nightworker leaving mid afternoon/ arriving early mornings so would suit an environment where I would not disturb others at the ungodly return hours. That said, by nature, times vary. My elderly parents reside here and I am commuting so I can stay close by when not at work. I prefer to be flexible with my length of stay. The dates on my listing are nominal. Usually too tired to do much outside of work/sleep/housework/family, but did enjoy travel, pub and pool, quiet socializing and binge series catch-ups when I can.
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including Opal card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. If this is something you would be interested in now or in the future, please feel free to contact me as we have around 20-30 chefs per month. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: Panania x 3 - Secured Plumpton x 1 Long Jetty x 1 Swansea x 1 Wilberforce x 1 - Secured Rose Bay x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Brisbane City x 1 - flex with commutable suburb Gold Coast (Hope Island) x 1 Updated 19/04/17
