I’m a happy drama free person and I love to cook and clean. I’m a 43yo single guy. I recently moved from Melbourne. Currently working as a Formwork Carpenter. I also recently finished working FIFO on Hamilton Island, share housing with co-workers at an Airbnb, so I understand the importance of living respectfully and being considerate. I rented a one bedroom unit in Thornbury Victoria for 13years and got along well with my landlord maintaining his property as he required. (managed by Love&Co Realestate Thornbury) I rarely drink. I’m very domesticated and love keeping tidy, so I’m usually pottering around cleaning if not out at the beach or enjoying the outdoors. I’m outgoing, but happy to be mellow after work during the week. Otherwise, I’m catching up with family and friends in Noosa. Love pets, but have none of my own. I look forward to hearing from you for a time that best suits an inspection. Weekdays after 4pm, anytime on weekends. Furthermore, I have a current national police check, working with children clearance, current landlord and local Noosa police reference. I love it here and hoping to find a new place in the same area - ideally walking or biking distance to SCUH. Move-in dates are super flexible - I need a place by January 5, but I’m happy to start a lease anytime from 9 November and hoping for until at least October 2026. I've lived in share houses for the last 3 years - I am tidy, considerate of others spaces and always happy to share tasks around the house. I love being social and am always up for a chat, or to do something fun, but also as a student spend a lot of time studying and appreciate my own time and respect giving others space as well. I am usually at placement Monday-Friday and outside of that love being busy so am often out of the house. I'm a very early riser and often stay active with pilates, sports or heading down the beach. My budget is flexible, and I’m open to joining an existing house or teaming up to apply for a new lease. Ideally looking for an unfurnished bedroom, but can likely part with some stuff otherwise.
