$600/week•36 year old man
I’m currently looking for someone to team up with to lease an apartment or house. I’m happy to cover the majority of the bond and would ideally like to find someone interested in a 6–12 month arrangement. My budget is up to $550 per week (potentially more for the right property), so you would only need to contribute the remaining portion of the rent, depending on the property we secure.

What makes me a great housemate is that I’m clean, respectful, and considerate of others. I enjoy socialising with housemates but am equally comfortable giving them their own space. I’m easygoing, don’t smoke, and rarely drink, though I have no issue if others choose to do so. My only preference is that smoking be kept outdoors.
