I need to share a 4 bedroom rental property with a big yard in a coastal county area. To share with myself and my 6 year old daughter who is in school 5 days a week. We would love a modern house that has a fence and a garden area in a private and safe environment. We have been staying in temporary flood accommodation in Byron Bay since the 2022 flood disaster and we were recently impacted by the cyclone. We really need a place to call home in the Gold Coast, south Brisbane area. We value kindness and respect and we are responsible, positive, healthy and clean. I’m into strength training, reformer Pilates, meditation, beach walks, music, art, going out for food and drinks with family and friends occasionally. I will be working part time and studying nail tech and naturopathy. We enjoy the beach gym and country lifestyle. Women only. No dogs and young children or people who are working from home. But a cat should be okay.
