I'm working part-time and looking for a short-term place to get a feel for the area — not settling down, just after a comfortable spot while I figure things out. I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I usually get along well with people around my age who are relaxed, social, and respectful. I’m pretty independent and don’t need a super involved house dynamic, just a place that feels normal and low-stress, but always open to making new friends! No pets, no kids, non-smoker (cigs). Just looking for a decent setup with decent people. Bonus points for help/suggestions with social activities and events to help me get a feel for the area. Budget and dates are flexible, anything cheaper than an airbnb is ideal. I'm in aus for 3 months sept-dec ish so not 100% set on the dates listed that's just my best guess.
