I work full time, 5 days a week and I study full time online before and after work. I value a quiet, peaceful home, and throughout the week, I'm looking for somewhere with people who have the same values. I'm very clean and tidy and really value a home with shared responsibility in keeping it clean and tidy. During the week, I am fairly busy between work and uni, I get up early, exercise, then off to work. On a weekend, I'm usually out somewhere on a bush walk or off on a drive getting coffee. I do not smoke at all, do not do drugs of any sort, and barely drink. I cook dinner reasonably early, as I am a grandpa who likes to relax and go to bed early. I'm not in a rush to move, I would prefer to find the perfect place and people, and moving date would depend on my ability to find someone to take over my current lease. Non smoker, non party animal, but enjoy being social and enjoying a few beverages with mates. I am trustworthy and have always been the main monetary contact for all previous renting situations, of which I have a clean record. I am respectful and reasonable of others and have respect for others values and property and expect the same in return. I am not a clean freak but like to keep my living area nice and tidy and ensure all dishes are washed and put away in a reasonable time and appreciate house mates that are the same as no one likes coming home to another's mess. I have all furnishings for an entire apartment however will be putting most in storage and just moving my bedroom + desk / work station - can discuss other furniture options if required. I am also very independent and handy around the house as I can cook, clean and fix things when needed. Will ensure my tools are not put away in storage just incase they are needed. I am fairly sporty in work and play, like to keep fit and active and get myself to the gym. I enjoy fishing and will be bringing my rods and tackle with me when I move. I also enjoy music and being social, but at the same time can easily enjoy some solo me time as well. My work is shift work hours, I am mindful and respectful of others and am hybrid 2 x WFH and 2 x WFO 10hr days. Do need Foxtel access, however can work around with everything being streamed online and on phones these days. A stable internet connection is also a requirement. Also really good with animals so won't mind if you have a dog, cat, bird etc - if snake(s) I may just have to avoid where the snake is kept lol.
