Hello everyone! I'm looking for a house share in CBD or close to CBD or North Sydney. I am an accountant and work in finance in CBD. I'm an easy going person and enjoy hanging out with friends, love food, cooking and fond of pubs/bars. I enjoy cooking and like to stay fit and workout regularly. Like to spend time chilling out watching movies/netflix when free. I would be up for a good laugh and time with my housemates but I respect personal space and privacy too. I like my place to be clean and organised at an appropriate level. A Non smoker. I would prefer staying with working professionals. I'm a sociable guy and would be very keen to move in with housemates I can be friends with (essential). A dog in the house will be a bonus. I would love to hear from you if you feel I will be a good fit.
Dear, I am Carla Ansa from Barcelona. I am 30 years old and I get the W&H visa. I will arrive on March 28th. In Barcelona, I work in film business, mostly working in tv commercial & photo shootings as production coordinator. I would like to find my place in film industry in Sidney. I am a super tidy person, very clean and open-minded. I enjoy reading, sports and meeting new people. I really enjoy a quiet conversation. My main concern is to find a job and work hard in my new adventure abroad, but also know about the country and its people. When my W&H finishes, I would like to travel around a few months, and then come back to Barcelona. My plan is being 1 year with the W&H VISA, and see what will come next. Kind regards,
This 2 bedrooms’ security apartment is set within a boutique Art Deco block on the top floor. It is located just within short stroll of 20 mins walk to Bondi Beach. Shops, cafes are 5 mins away and buses are just at the door stop otherwise there 10 mins walk to/from Bondi Junction train station, Westfield shopping centre, Kmart, Coles/Woolworths and all other amenities. It is bright, well presented and non-smoking place that features open plan living with a modern kitchen, ceaserstone bench top, glass splash back, gas cooking, dishwasher, comfortable couches, hi speed wi-fi and all modern appliances. The apartment also has fully tiles bathroom and internal laundry with LG washing machine and LG Sensor condenser dryer, which is wonderful as it doesn’t spread any hot air around the laundry area. This is a large bright and spacious main bedroom which includes antique art deco wardrobe and would easily fit queen size bed, study desk or other. It is bright and sunny and unfurnished to make it your own :-) Please send email or text to arrange the viewing. No backpackers/travellers or students please. Thanks.
Hi. I'm a full time event manager moving back to Sydney. Originally from London but have lived in Australia for almost 8 years now. I'm a considerate and respectful flat mate, tidy, easy going, like to be sociable but not live in a party house ...if that makes sense! If I'm out of the house I'm usually at the beach, gym, yoga studio or eating something.....
Hey! I'm Kat and I come with English banter ;) Looking for my own room within a well presented home. I'd like something light and airy with friendly flatmates. I work in North Sydney as a suit in an Advertising agency Mon - Fri and love to unwind during weekday evenings. I'd like to live with people who enjoy a drink and the odd meal together and aren't afraid to have a chat or maybe watch some TV with me. I'm not a party animal though, I like to go out but I'm looking for a place where everyone values their sleep. I also need my own time, so be good to have like-minded flatmates who don't expect me to socialise all of the time. I love to travel and enjoy photography. During the evenings I might be at the gym, eating out, cooking in or watching trashy TV shows like Married at First Sight and the Bachelor. I'm also a bit of a Netflix whore. At weekends you'll find me at the beach or Sydney events and festivals. It would be great to have water views and a balcony/garden available (smoking permitted) as i'm currently an outdoor smoker but on the way to giving up. Maximum rent is $300 with all bills included (Electricity, Gas, cleaner and unlimited WIFI, no hidden costs to pay here and there). Look forward to hearing from you!

We're two friends from Germany who will be spending a semester at UNSW. We'd love to live together either in two separate rooms or in a shared ones. We both have flatshare experience and are social, fun, and reliable flatmates. Leonie is in the last semester of her Master in Business and Psychology and Sarah is currently doing her Master in Marketing. We love to hang out with friends, share a glass of wine with our flatmates but also respect everyone's privacy.
Hi I'm John, 32, currently working as a policy consultant working on urban sustainability policy. I also run a small tech startup working in a similar field. I'm at work most weekdays and typically out weeknights 2-3 times a week. My typical Saturday involves a run / swim / cycle followed by a meal / gig with friends and my typical Sunday usually involves rolling on some grass or sand with a book. I like to think I'm reasonably easy-going and considerate as a housemate and I'm neither a party animal or a lurker (I think).
Flat is lovely, bright, clean + spacious (recently renovated). 10mins walk to Bondi Beach or Bondi Junction. Very close to shops + public transport. Big shared backyard. Great neighbours. Laundry room and modern bathroom. Free on-street parking all day.
Hi guys, my name's Kingy and I'm looking for a room to rent in the eastern suburbs(preferably with ensuite). It's says to tell you what make's me great to live with but I that list is simply to long. I suggest just meeting me for a coffee and I can tell you how good I am in person:) I'm 32 born in Albury but grew up on the beach down the south coast. But have also lived in Brissy and Sydney for a few years each a few years ago. So I'd say I'm a combination of a country beach bum/surfie with a love of the city mayhem. I've spent most my life working in the building trade but am currently on the disability pension with Centrelink due to a injuries so have decided to take advantage of this and have enrolled in Cert 4 New Small Business Management online and plan to try get some part time work in a hardware or something once I get settled. But until then my income is guaranteed and you will never have to worry about rent not being paid or me being able to not feed myself. Speaking of food, it's one of my most favourite things:) I'm learning to eat healthier and am really enjoying the city and all the different natio's food. Also go to the gym as regularly as possible. The only thing that I'm struggling with is I do have a dog and cannot see me moving somewhere long term without him. But because I need to find some asap or before the 15th march I'm looking for something around the 3 month mark. If you can help me out please contact me here or on my Facebook, Aron Donnolley-King Cheers big ears Kingy

Hi there! :) I'm a recent graduate coming from the US on a Working Holiday Visa and I'll be staying in Sydney longterm; finding full time work as soon as I arrive. I'm tidy, very respectful of other peoples' space, and very used to living with a lot of people since I am one of seven kids and I've lived with ten friends before (though we were all strangers before we moved in together). I love traveling and meeting new people, which is why I'm coming to Australia but I definitely enjoy having a peaceful, stable place to call home. Can't wait to meet you!
I'm 22, single, like to go to the gym, enjoy a drink socially, love meeting new people. Just moved from New Zealand. Working full time 8:30-5 weekdays. I don't actually have a cat despite the picture, don't worry!
Hey I'm Jen (30, kiwi) I work Wednesday to Saturday and like to be active, outdoors and social. Also like being alone, running, yoga, reading and doing anything I can listen to music to. I try to live a Eco/sustainable life and eat mostly vegan/vegetarian but generally healthy. Like to indulge in wine and treats :) I'm domesticated and responsible (cooking, baking, cleaning etc) but very chill, enjoy watching docos, lots of Netflix and sometimes even sports! Animal and nature lover. I have a partner but he is going away for work for a while so would like to meet some awesome people.
