I moved to Australia in January and have been in Sydney since August after travelling VIC, WA & NT, now looking for a place to call home, either a sublet or lease transfer, available to move in asap. Right now, I work full-time in construction and keep a pretty steady routine (usually up early and in bed by 9:30pm). I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, always mindful of other people’s space and schedules. Outside of work, I love cooking, going to the beach, watching sports and grabbing a beer (maybe with potential new housemates). I’ve lived in share houses for over five years, so I know the balance between hanging out and giving people their own space.
