Love a great chat and do enjoy a lot of fun. However, I can be a quiet guy depending on my housemates preferences of course! I'm always working or studying and find myself to be out and away from the house a lot. I do regularly travel for holidays too. I've been renting for the past 2 years and I'm generally neat and tidy and can be obsessively organized at times! I'm finishing off the rest of my studies whilst working as a personal trainer before joining the Australian Defence Force.

I am a 32 year old female who works a few jobs (mostly hospitality and factory work). In my spare time I play volleyball, hang out with mates, and relax at home. I have an adorable 10 month old kitten so pet-lovers are preferred. The other housemate is a 35 year old female who works a full time job in a call centre plus some hospitality work on the side. The house is a large 3 bedroom lowset house in the College Green Estate in Boondall, which is between Nudgee College and the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. This is close to Sandgate Road, the Gateway Motorway and Boondall Train Station. Despite being close to major roads and trains, the area is really quiet. There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen with heaps of bench space and a large deck. The room has a queen bed, bedside table, small bookshelf and fan. The rest of the house is fully furnished. There is ample street parking available. Rent is $165/week for the room, with a bond of $660. Rent includes gas, electricity, internet, and basic supplies such as washing up liquid, washing powder, basic cleaning products, cling wrap, etc. I like a fairly quiet home and will occasionally entertain on the back deck. I would like a friendly, social flatmate who is open to getting noodle box and watching a movie if we are all around, etc and occasionally going out and about together. I am not looking for a clean freak, but someone who has the initiative to regularly contribute to keeping the communal areas clean and tidy is ideal. Gay or straight flatmates are welcome but no couples or smokers sorry. My ideal flatmate is self sufficient and respectful, with a sense of humour. The room is available soon... so if this is of interest and you would like to come have a look, please let me know! Cheers, Lauren
I have been referred to a clean freak. All though I do appreciate good hygiene. I also believe in a good house cleaner once a fortnight that is easily affordable by splitting the total price. This doesn't mean cleaning complacency during the fortnight. All common areas should be left in a usable condition for the next person to use. I am a homebody when I am not at work or out with my dog. I clean up after myself and my dog. I am honest, thoughtful, caring and don't mind sharing. I respect other peoples property better than I would my own property. I am an open minded, non judgemental person who tells the truth and have little time or respect for people who lie, embellish, exaggerate or are dishonest in any way shape or form . I am very positive and driven to succeed and would like to surround myself with people who are the same so that positive energy can flow and encourage. I enjoy cooking, reading, outdoor activities and exercise. I do enjoy a glass of wine on the weekend but I do not want to live with a person who over indulges in too much alcohol. My dog is a Dachshund x Poodle (Doodle). He is an inside dog. He is 9 in November and he is deseexed. Very well trained and walked a minimum of 4 days per week. He is affectionate and loving and is not a yappy dog. He will bark though, when someone comes to the door or is around the property. When this happens he is easily controllable by specific commands. I am very strict with his eating habits, exercise regime, discipline, grooming and health. He is like my shadow and follows me every where. Ideally I would like to live in a fully furnished place with one or maybe two other people. Maybe someone needing help paying their mortgage, who works or is retired and has interests and hobbies of their own. I am not looking for a best friend but a house mate where mutual respect will lead to a long lasting agreement that satisfies everyone involved. I am not deterred by written agreements that state basic rules and responsibilities of housemates. If you have any other questions you would like specific answers for please contact me through this website.
Hey I'm Jaime. I am 21 years old and studying full time Nursing at ACU, working part time along side also. I have been living independently since 2015 so I have good experience in shared living and housing responsibilities. I am super clean and tidy and happy to contribute to house hold chores and tasks. I'm either at work or uni most days but otherwise I will be home or out and about. I'm looking to move out mid-late September as my current lease ends at that time :) If you have something available I would love to hear from you :)

Hi I'm Alexandra, I'm a 20 year old (21 in October) Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Apprentice (4th year). I work regular 9 hour days and am very quiet and extremely tidy, I think just about everything I own is labeled or colour coordinated. Not a big party animal but I do spend most of my weekends out and about doing various activities.
My name is Jon and I am currently at Canberra University which is located at Southbank. I am 24 and enjoy a few quiet drinks and some great company. I am respectful and easy going and enjoy making new friends and career driven and currently un-going an internship.
Hi guys, I'm a 31 year old female working a full time in Geebung at same job for 7 years. Rented place on my own before so I'm reliable with bills and house maintenance, but also lived in sharehouses too so know to be tidy, friendly and respectful. I've got no pets, though I'm a cat person and like dogs who are polite (ie don't jump up, lick, hump, bark, etc). Non-smoker, non-'partier', no drugs. Weeknights I'm usually cooking, watching Netflix and making use of the bathtub. On weekends, I'm usually out and about, going to church (Christian), avoiding the dreaded laundry and relaxing around the house. I'm after a place in a quiet area and a house with enough living spaces to number people. I like nature, so prefer a backyard or deck that has a bit of greenery, or close to a park. Bathtubs are a bonus. Just thought I'd put it out there (may as well be upfront, right?), I'm not on Tinder so I'll have no randoms staying over, but also prefer to live with others of the same mindset.
