Hi there world!! 🤗 I'm Catherine 😁 I am currently a fulltime carer for my mother and am seeking a home to chill out and wind down. I am honest, respectful of others and their possessions. Also borderline ocd clean freak. Lol. I am sociable but will respect ones privacy. I am looking forward to hearing from future flatmates. 😊
Originally from FNQ and slowly aclimistising to Brisbane 😂. , I’m very clean and neat ( references to confirm ) and respectful that a house is a home/sanctuary for all and would like a similar outlook from others as I’ve been quite lucky with people I’ve shared with over the years , I’m a non smoker and drinker but having a beer, cocktail or wine to socialise and a chat isn’t going to hurt 😉 I like to keep active with gym , walks , team sports ect and try to cook healthy in the process Looking for airconditioned room , sounds picky but I struggle to sleep without it
I am a 33 year old female who works a few jobs (mostly hospitality and factory work). In my spare time I play volleyball, hang out with mates, and relax at home. I have an adorable cat so pet-lovers are preferred. The other housemate is a 35 year old female who works a full time job in a call centre plus some hospitality work on the side. The house is a large 3 bedroom lowset house in the College Green Estate in Boondall, which is between Nudgee College and the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. This is close to Sandgate Road, the Gateway Motorway and Boondall Train Station. Despite being close to major roads and trains, the area is really quiet. There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen with heaps of bench space and a large deck. The room has a queen bed, bedside table, small bookshelf and fan. The rest of the house is fully furnished. There is ample street parking available. Rent is $165/week for the room, with a bond of $660. Rent includes gas, electricity, internet, and basic supplies such as washing up liquid, washing powder, basic cleaning products, cling wrap, etc. I like a fairly quiet home and will occasionally entertain on the back deck. I would prefer a friendly, social flatmate who is open to getting a meal and watching a movie if we are all around, etc and occasionally going out and about together. I am not looking for a clean freak, but someone who has the initiative to regularly contribute to keeping the communal areas clean and tidy is ideal. Gay or straight flatmates are welcome but no couples or smokers sorry. My ideal flatmate is self sufficient and respectful, with a sense of humour. The room is available soon... so if this is of interest and you would like to come have a look, please let me know! Cheers, Lauren
Clean, tidy, quite and not scared to do the housework.respectful of others and there privacy. Looking for a non party place with the ability to cook dinner and relax after a day of work.I do smoke but always outside and don't drink enough alcohol to say I'm even a social drinker. Bills are always paid on time.direct debt works well.
We are an easygoing couple with a well-behaved, 1 year old child. We have lived and worked abroad (South Korea, Germany, Indonesia) for many years, recently returning home to Australia. We already have some interesting travelling experiences under our belt, but now are looking forward to a simple and stable lifestyle raising a child. Hobbies include reading, cooking, music and intelligent conversation.

I am friendly and relatable. I work full time in a retail job and like to have conversations and fun. I like to keep my space neat and tidy with a splash of colour to keep it light. For fun i like to listen to music (the level always at a respectable volume), read my online books and go out dancing. I love animals and food and going out with my friends. The beach is a great place too!
We’re fun and chatty but very independent at the same time. We love to have a drink and listen to some music on the weekends but work during the week. Kiara is a chef so the place will always smell good. We either keep to ourselves or make friends, that depends on you :)

Hi my names Caitlin! I’m 21, I’m looking at moving up here by the start of November from a small town by the coast I grew up in. In my place now I share with two others, we enjoy occasional drinks on the weekend and hanging out but also spending time alone too. I like keeping my place tidy. I’d need to live close to transport as I don’t have a car. Feel free to message me if you wanna look at a place together or have something you think I might be interested in :)
Clean, tidy and quiet person. Generally keep to myself, but enjoy the odd chat at night. Currently living 2 1/2 hours north in a town called Maryborough. Recently lost my job so am looking to move to Brisbane for a minimum of 3 months to try to find work.
I’m an admin worker, full time! 8am-5pm mon-fri. I am very clean and organised. Enjoy a wine and dinner when I get home. Keep to myself but also enjoy a chat. I’m an ex-flight attendant so just moved back to Australia (which is home) which means I haven’t invested in a car yet so house MUST be close to train station
I am an international student at QUT, studying Construction Management. I am a clean and organized person, love to meet and get along with people. Would love to meet with the housemates whenever possible, go out with them for dinner/lunch. But also know how to keep things to myself and not disturbing others and respecting their privacy. I have a part-time job as well as a cadetship so would be busy with my stuff, but would love to hang out and have a chat every now and then. Also, I am interested in starting a new sharehouse together and ready to meet new and fun people in the way for creating a share house.
caring, non-confrontational, industrious and insightful :) i work in disabilities and have been commuting too far for too long, keen to move closer to work for quality of life! music lover, smoker, not a drinker. can cook and clean. like to share the occasional meal. anti social in some ways - i spend a lot of time working with ppl and tend to prefer my own space a lot these days, big pc gamer i dedicate a lot of my free time to this. i have an 11 year old shar pei x, would require housemates to help mind her when i’m at work overnight ( maybe 3 or 4 nights in a fortnight)
I have been living in Brisbane for about 6 months now but looking for somewhere a cheaper to what I already have. I work full time for the V8 Supercars so I am away a lot. I am a mechanic by trade, 23 years old and very easy to get along with. I love cooking in my spare time
Moving back to Brisbane with my dog (very friendly and quiet) 31 years old working full time, keep to myself but am happy to cook for the house and have a chat. Don't drink, basically just play games or watch Netflix when im home. I do have all furniture that a house needs but can store what isn't needed and just take what i need in my room
I’m looking for a well presented place in Melbourne must be clean and clutter free, I have a bit of a crazy OCD thing going on. I’m layered back down to earth guy, listening to music, socialise and going on adventures. I enjoy the odd drink, being fit ( gone a bit chubby). I’m moving down from Cairns FNQ so potential housemates be appreciated if you could show me the ropes around Melbourne. I’ll be honest there’s never a dull moment around me, a very random outgoing guy.... PRIVATE ROOM IS A MUST
Been living in the city hostels for a few months now and desperate to move out and settle for the next year! I'm pretty occupied by sport most of the time but always up for doing something together as a group in our spare time. Already done the student living so not interested in going out 6 nights a week, but still want fun house mates to be around!

Very new apartment - photos are from the website when I rented it a few months ago... First floor apartment with a nice balcony. Room for rent is the master bedroom which has its own ensuite, is separate from the other two rooms, and has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, and built in wardrobe. The garage is a decent-sized double lock up garage with remote - so space for one car in there for you. Internet and water included, but electricity bills to be split between us.
