The place is not modern, but has everything you need in an amazing location which is central to many facilities such as a washing machine, kitchenette, heating facilities, TV-living room chill space and even a balcony that you can hang your clothes on. Best of all, it is very safe and secure and park your car right outside Outside of this, the bus stop is literally outside the front, an amazing coffee shop next door, gym and grocery store literally outside. Best of all, the M5 is easily accessible and so close to the airport.

Software engineer, currently starting up my own business. Pros living with me: 1. I'm clean. I wash my dishes straight away after cooking/eating, I clean my mess in common areas ASAP, etc. 2. I'm quiet. I don't watch TV. If I need to watch a movie, I watch it on my laptop with headphones on. In general, I try to keep the noise to minimum. 3. I'm considerable. If I think something is going to impact the quality of living of my flatmates, I'll think twice before doing it, and in general won't do it. 4. I'm friendly. I don't lock myself inside the room. I like to have a chat with my flatmates from time to time. 5. I don't cook very often. Usually just once a week for the whole week. 6. I'm IT savvy. I may be able to help you with your WiFi, laptop or even with your home assignments :D Potential cons of living with me: 1. I work from home. You'll have to be ok with me spending a lot of time inside. 2. I sometimes do odd hours. If I'm awake after midnight, I try to keep it quiet. But I'll make myself a cup of coffee/tea/sandwich. It should be ok with you. What I'm looking for is a quiet and clean home (preferably no shoes inside) with house trained flatmates.
We are moving to Sydney in October from Ireland. We have family over here and want to spend more time with them. We have visited Sydney before and loved it. We both will be working full time, Kate works in theatre and Dom works both in IT and the service industry. We are both really into eating good food and enjoying a cold beer in the sun, going for swims, spending time outdoors as well as sitting in sometimes to watch Netflix or play board games. We both enjoy museums, theatre and anything to do with the arts. We are looking for a spacious double room in a shared flat or else a 1 bed apartment. We require the room to be furnished as we will be moving from Ireland. We are looking to live with working professionals who are laid back and tidy. We would ideally love to live with someone who can strike the balance between the odd chat, a casual beer but also enjoys having their own space and doing their own thing.
I am a clean & tidy person. I like to live in a friendly environment. I choose to meet and greet people rather than texting over the phone or social media. Respect privacy . I am an analyst working in airport and looking for places around the airport.
I’m Friendly, tidy, quiet and easy going! :) Canadian girl Looking for a furnished room for 2 months. ready to move On the 1st of July! Cheerssss!
I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. I'll be new to Sydney so will aim to be social with flatmates and others that I hope to meet. I am a clean and respectful housemate, and extremely considerate. I love having a good time, watching movies, staying active and going out occasionally.
