Im from Sydney and have lived abroad in China. Work Full-time in Construction Management – 5 days a week. My boyfriend Joe is a steel fixer - he works 5.5 days a week. Home is a sanctuary, looking for like minded, respectful, clean & tidy as well Social Housemate/s who enjoy a good drink on occasion. I am a huge food snob and do rate myself as a fantastic chef - when I can be bothered to cook !! We typically lead a healthy lifestyle – but everything in moderation. Not much fun through the week due to work & on the weekend enjoy the beach / outdoors and anything good food related.
Airport Lodge is a very clean place rooms are fully furnished includes fridge and TV in room. has shared bathrooms and share kitchen. It is only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and transport. there is a laundry on site and an out door BBQ if you would like to use it.
I'm a responsible and tidy individual, taking a break from working full-time to further my education at uni. Looking to move up from Melbourne in February - trying out my luck!
- Work for the Airport full-time - Starting my studies early February - Organised, responsible and more mature than most 19 year-olds - Mostly keep to myself with my busy schedule - Laid back - Enjoy shooting hoops in my spare time
I'm looking to move from Melbourne to Sydney after landing my first full time job out of uni. I like my alone time, but I also see this as a great way to meet new people. I have a few friends who live in Sydney but I would love to make some more. Ideally I'm looking for something furnished near Banksmeadow. My ideal housemate would be another full time working girl in her 20's. On the weekends I usually try and see live music or explore local markets. I'll usually have cider/wine/ a cocktail in my hand. I'm also a big reader (just finished game of thrones) and I've just stared to get back into yoga. I clean up after myself and pay bills on time. I'm also happy to have you talk to my old housemates and have they say how awesome I am. I think I'm quite mature for my age. I've lived out of home since I was 18, spent 9 months studying and traveling in France and have explored a pretty big chunk of Asia and Europe. Ideally I'm looking to move into a place by early to mid Feb. But I'm flexible with dates if I find the right place for me. I'm in Sydney from 15/1 to the 19/1 doing inspections.

Hey there! I am 22 year old Chilean who is looking for a place to live long term. I am starting work with a non profit organization in Banksmeadow the first week of April. I am flying to Australia the 22nd of March 2017, I realize that is a bit far away in time but I am looking for a place I can stay for a while. If you can't hold the room I understand and I wish you the best of luck finding someone to fit your home! I have finished my political science degree and I am moving to Sydney for work and to be with my long-term long-distance australian boyfriend who lives in Luddenham. I love animals and would definitely find a plus having pets around. I was wondering if it would be possible, at some point in time for me to adopt a dog since I have been wanting to do for a while, I completely understand if it's not okay with you. I am laid back and love travelling, I enjoy learning new languajes, I currently speak fluent spanish, portuguese and English, I am in the process of learning french. I am clean and tidy, respect my flatmates' privacy but will always enjoy cooking and having a glass a wine. I am not too much into partying but i enjoy a nice barbecue or chilled drink up. I understand March is a bit far away but I am looking for a place to settle in at least six months to one year. I am willing to deposit the bond right away and interview with you via Skype. A bit more about me: I grew up in chile with a Chilean/German mum and and a Brazilian dad, I went to an American school where I learnt English and I spent summers in Brazil with my family where I learnt Portuguese. I play the guitar and love reading, I enjoy hiking and especcially in Sydney's Blue Mountans (bit out of the way I know but so beautiful haha). I enjoy afternoon drinks (I make great sangria) and I usually like to sleep in during the weekends and go to the beach in the afternoon. I love Sydney's historic buildings and with my boyfriend we enjoy taking photos and walking around The Rocks and other historic points of the city. Also enjoy trips to Royal National Park and discover hidden beaches or natural pools. I would spending some weekends at my boyfriends house which is in Sydney's West, in Luddenham, near Warragamba Dam. If you can't hold the room or don't think I'd be a good fit I appreciate you taking the time to read this and wish you good luck finding someone! Cheers

I am an outgoing, humorous character from Orange County, California. I work full time as a wholesale account manager in a job I've had for over two years now. I love a laugh as much as an adventure and some of my favorite things to do are downhill mountain biking, sailing, and scuba diving. I'm a very tidy person and very easy to get along with. I'm looking at a minimum six month lease for my own room in a house with either a private bathroom or an ensuite ideally. I also have a car, so a place with a parking spot or easy nearby parking is strongly preferable.

Live in a fantastic pet friendly complex, with amazing neighbors. 3 Bedroom unit with 2 and a half bathrooms. You would have sole use of the main bathroom 95% of the time, with a spare room that can be shared for overseas guests or non-frequent visitors etc. No parking allowed in the complex unfortunately but can park on the road. There is also a bus stop right outside that goes into the city or to Eastgardens the other way. Absolutely no smokers. Would be OK with someone who gets their kid a couple times a month, but not suitable for a 50/50 type arrangement sorry. You must LOVE cats. The room is a huge room with a large glass sliding door onto a balcony, has a queen or king bed in it and a dresser if required, or you can bring your own furniture (that won't change the price) as well as a BIC. Rest of the place is fully furnished. Have a cleaner fortnightly but will increase to weekly. No foxtel but do have Netflix & Stan & chrome-cast. Air-con downstairs but not in the rooms.

Hi, my name is Nikola, 22 years old. I'm relocating to Sydney from Melbourne mid-feb to start a graduate position located in Banksmeadow. I will be working Mon-Fri, 9-5. Originally a country girl, so I'm pretty laid back and super capable. I have a keen sense of humour and don't take myself that serious. I'm good for a laugh. I'm an extremely neat and tidy person, so home will be kept spotless. I'm a bit of a health nut, so I like cooking fresh food. Not a party animal, but I do enjoy a drink! I'm a non- smoker and not that keen on pets inside. As much as I enjoy being social, I also really like my own space, so I won't be in your face and I'm very respectful of privacy.
