Loads of space (the lounge space is two connected rooms with an open kitchen space in between), directly opposite a park yet on a quiet street, close to amenities, many public transport options (bus and Ovingham train stop 2 mins away and Bowden train stop and AEC tram <10 mins), only 10mins by bus (and less by train) to the city, multiple café’s nearby. Nice backyard, air conditioning throughout the house and two separate bathroom sinks. A very popular area for young renters, students & professionals.
I am makeup artist and kitchen hand in a very busy and popular cafe looking for new a home. Absolutely love basketball and always keen to get out and watch sports. I am about to start working nights and I work most Saturday mornings doing makeup so I am looking for a place where I can come home to relax from a hectic day but have a drink or two with my flatmates when I can and be in a space where I can have my friends over for a few every now and then and have them feel welcome. I have grown up in Adelaide and am a western suburbs girl who is familiar with all areas of Adelaide and am looking to stay in this area so please do not send through any thing further. Thank you in advance.

Hi I'm James. I'm searching for a suitable place to live whilst I write up my PhD thesis. Ideally looking for a short-term stay ~ 6 months in a furnished room. I'm easygoing, respectful and like to keep things clean and tidy. I'm fairly active and enjoy cycling into the city and taking longer rides on the weekend. I'm up for chats, sharing a meal and hanging out, but also enjoy keeping my own company.
Chill and Relaxed. Heading to Adelaide with a workmate (Jermaine) to start full-time work as engineers and looking to meet new people and get to know the city and surrounds better. Can get along with almost all types - though I like having a yarn and being able to banter. Also keen to try new activities (Open to checking out almost anything haha). Me and my mate are both straight from uni (I'm finishing study in Sydney and Jermaine's from Melbourne) and new to the place so if anyone fits the same boat come and join us in a sharehouse! This is what Jermaine's got to say: "I'm easy going asf Always up for a banter and a good laugh, I'll be at the gym most days before or after work but looking to meet new people and explore and get to know Adelaide. Oh yeah and also gonna be enlisting in reserves too just so ya know, so I'll honestly be easiest bloke to live with bc I won't be around much" Also that's $340 max total for the both of us - we ain't that rich hahaha
Hi. I'm a muscian and work p/t in Commercial Cleaning. Sociable, but also value my privacy. Cleaning, washing up etc. No probs. I clean up after myself as a matter of courtesy . Love classical music. Just want somewhere where I ve got privacy, so a Grannyflat would be ideal. ☺ ps. I 'm an outside smoker.
I’m incredibly tidy and I’m very much a bedroom-dweller. Currently I’m working on a cafe and when I can, I work as an actor too. I’m in a long-term relationship with another actor who is super chill and super cool. Ideally I’d love to live with one or two others in a little place we can fill with plants 🌻🌱
Hi Everyone!! My name is Arunima Kumar and I am from India. I am a very friendly person, who gives everyone their own personal space. I am very clean (you could say that I am obsessed with cleaning) and hygienic too. I have grown up in a very diverse environment (as my family was settled in Kenya and Ethiopia), hence I have never had issues getting along with anyone. I moved to Adelaide for my bachelors study and I am currently working in Adelaide and plan on settling here. I would like my own room and en-suite would be preferable, but I am not at all fussed. I do expect my family to visit once in two years, so I am hoping to find a place that would not have issues with visitors too. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I sound like a housemate that you would like :D
