Adelaide born and bred and damn proud to be South Australian. Just spent the last 2 years travelling around Canada and a bit of Europe so I'm ready to settle in for a while. I'll most likely be returning to my old job as a bartender in the East end which I thoroughly enjoy. Definitely a laid back sort of roommate, down for a beer and a bit of banter but also respectful of peoples privacy and downtime. After travelling for so long I can appreciate the importance of good communication to keep things running smoothly. I'm not at work you'll most likely find me at a mate's place, planning the next big adventure, or exploring everything that makes Adelaide heaps good.
Hi, I'm kind of looking for someone to team up with and build a household. A little about me, I have two small dogs who are pretty cool and are with me part time but would prefer someone who doesn't have other pets. Other than that, I think I’m pretty laid back and normal. Love music, beach, indoor plants and loads of other things. I’m just looking for chilled people/person who likes a bit of a laugh when we feel like it and can respect each other’s space and privacy when required. I have no time constraints on when I can move If this sounds of any interest to you send me a message
Hi all, I'm Michael, 36, and looking for a new place to live towards the end of September. I work full time in the CBD, am clean & tidy, and noise considerate (not looking for a party house). No issues paying rent on time, and can contribute to bills. Most week nights are spent at the gym, or out running. I'm a non-drinker and non-smoker. Generally keep to myself, but always up for a chat or a meal out. Am a born-and-bred Englishman - moved to Australia in 2001, and moved from Brisbane to Adelaide earlier in the year (January).
I am studying Hospitality at UniSA City West campus. I really like meeting new people and having a chat. I also give enough space when required. I work as a food tour guide which is my part-time job. I have been in Australia for 3 years now so know pretty much how everything functions. I'm very academic oriented so during study periods and busy periods at uni I would usually not be at home or would be locked up in my room studying for hours. However, I also like unwinding with a couple of drinks or just a good dinner with friends. I am clean, quiet and enjoy my own space and respect others' privacy.
I’m a 25 year old admin assistant/receptionist working full time in town. I also am volunteering as a communications assistant for a not for profit charity. I’m looking at living no longer than a 15 min travel time from the CBD - please no messages if you live further away than a 15 minute commute! I’ve grown up my entire life in the sticks, half spent in the country (Mid North) and in a rural coastal suburb of Adelaide bordering on the edge of the Fleurieu Peninsula, so I’m definitely over lengthy commute times for basic things like work, so this is non negotiable. I am looking to live somewhere furnished but the bedroom to remain unfurnished. I have everything that’s needed for a bedroom. I have a toilet trained, very cute black fluffy rag doll cat called Pepper that loves everyone, especially if you give him lots of pats and scratches 😻😻 Im his mum so he would need to come live with me so im really praying my ideal housemate/s cool with a slinky, fluffy cute toilet trained cat around! My poor baby is currently living with myself and my parents. As he’s currently sharing the house with my parents hyperactive dog that chases anything fluffy, I just wanna get him away from that scene where he’s the only pet in the property so he doesn’t have that stress anymore and can actually walk around freely so ideally I’d like to move him into a pet friendly home that doesn’t already have pets and/or aren’t considering getting pets in the future while I’m a housemate, but would happily accept living with my fur baby. I hope you understand. He’s friendly, low maintenance, indoor and outdoor cat (but prefers to be outside most of the time) and toilet trained - he doesn’t use a kitty little box! He’s extremely cute and loves basically just laying in the sun! I’m happy to do a team up and find somewhere as long as you are pet free yourself but willing to share my Moomoo (Pepper’s nickname...dunno how his name developed into that but he now responds to Moomoo 😂) I’d be the type of house mate that you could sit down with a nice cuppa and a bickie, a quiet beer after a long day or a gin (or three) on perhaps, a more festive night! I’m easy going! ✌️ I don’t mean to gloat, but I also know my way around a kitchen, so if you want to try food that will blow your mind with flavour, I’m your housemate!!! I’d be happy to sit down for a feed here and there when the occasion calls for it. If that floats your boat, I’d love to arrange an inspection.
Hi! I’m a visual artist/painter working in a gallery when I’m not in the studio. Looking for a new place to settle after 4.5 months in Scandinavia. I Love a good gig, nature walk, sushi night, and friendly hangs (and travel as much as I can). Can do dogs but allergic to cats.
Hi hello ideally looking to move into a chill, tidy, vibey, close-knit sharehouse. Currently working 9-5 at an engineering consultancy. I like house plants, outdoor activities, sports, op shopping and playing the guitar. I own a coffee machine (like a proper one). I don't own a car. I'm vego and like sharing meals with other people. I like keeping things aesthetic and clean and do not get rowdy at all.
*I put three months as 'length of stay' but am flexible! I am also happy with a furnished or unfurnished room. Hi there, I'm Claire, 36, and recently returned from seven years in Melbourne. I grew up in the Barossa Valley, so love the outdoors and good wine! While I am not working at present, I am financially secure, and looking to get into some volunteering and work in health/education policy and project management. I was a Project Manager in Melbourne. I've share housed for many years, respect other's need for space, appreciate a clean and tidy home (your bedroom is up to you! :) and also love coming together with housemates to hang, relax, cook together etc. I am still adjusting to being back in Adelaide, hoping you may be able to help with that! I had an apartment for my last few years in Melbourne, so I have everything to fill one, but it's all happily stored at my parents - but if the house needs anything, please let me know. If anyone is keen to play table tennis, I would also gladly purchase one for the house! I love the beach and will walk any dogs you have! Definitely only looking at houses with space (I have three surfboards), and the possibility to maybe grow some veggies! Cheers, Claire
