$350/week•37 year old non-binary
hi all. I'm Riley, I'm non binary, poly and pansexual and have one partner I would have over a few nights a week. I am laid back and social and can usually get along with anyone.
I am willing to pay up to $350 depending on if bills are included or not (about $250 Without bills). I would prefer to have my own bathroom but it isn't necessary. A granny flat or studio would suit me best but I don't mind sharing with others. I need somewhere unfurnished and big enough to fit a queen bed and a desk (built in cupboards are needed). Im downsizing from living in my own place so have a fair bit of stuff that needs storing (mostly camping equipment).
I am artsy and love to cook. I am a part time twitch steamer and online content creator and currently not working while I figure out some stuff.
I have a cat and she can be an indoor/outdoor cat depending on the situation.
