Hey everyone, we’re Giorgia and Jean-Luc; we're a couple looking for flatmates to join us in renting a place! Hoping to find somewhere with two bedrooms for us, either teaming up with one to two others, or joining an existing share house. We’re both LGBTQI+ friendly, 420 friendly (all the friendlies), and we’re hoping to find a home that’s clean, respectful, and relaxed. Giorgia: I work in the mental health sector as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, and I’m heading back to uni soon to complete my Master of Professional Psychology. I’m friendly, easy-going, and I really value a relaxed and respectful environment at home. I used to be a horse rider, and outside of work I enjoy art, music, travel, spending time with friends, physical activity, beach days, and watching movies or TV shows. I like a good balance between socialising and having my own downtime, and I’m always up for a chat or a shared meal when the vibe’s right. Jean-Luc: I currently work in IT for primary schools; I'm onsite most days but generally WFH on Mondays. I occasionally spend my free time dabbling in music (guitar, bass, piano, vocals). I’m into video games and very much enjoy watching movies and TV shows. I also host a media server, so if there’s something you want to watch, I can get it for you. We're looking to find a place before Giorgia starts uni next year, so ideally we'll get a place sometime between January and March 2026. I've lived in both female-only and co-ed households, so I understand the importance of respecting personal spaces, keeping shared spaces clean, having cleaning routines and making sure each of us have time to use the kitchen for cooking etc. If this is a plus for you, I've personally managed household bills and am conscious about turning lights / appliances off whenever it's not being used. I also practice separating waste for recycling and composting. I work in tech and will have some WFH days. If you're early in your tech career we can even have Leetcode and system design study sessions.
