Hey everyone! I’m Youna, 28 yo, from France, currently in Australia with a Working Holiday Visa and planning to stay in the area for several months. I work full time at a coffee shop between Wilson and Riverton, usually from 6am to 4pm. I’m looking for a furnished room in a shared house. I’d like to be at the South Perth/Fremantle without a specific neighborhood, provided it is close to public transport. I have a SUV 4x4 but I prefer not to rely on it daily, so a parking spot is a must. 💰 Budget: up to $300 AUD/week all bills included 📅 Move-in: ASAP (the end of my current accommodation ends on Tuesday 14th) 📆 Lease: up to 3 months/6 months • I’m very organised and clean. I really care about keeping common spaces tidy and pleasant for everyone. • I’m an early bird : I get up early, go to bed early, don’t drink alcohol, and don’t party. • I do a lot of sport : running, cycling, climbing, fitness and I’m learning to surf. • I speak English comfortably, even if I’m still improving every day.
