I've just moved down from Cairns for a new job in wholesale travel. Looking for a place that feels like home and to meet some friendly new faces. I love food and wine, adore animals and having a good laugh. Need to get something sorted by 3 June at the latest as I’m going interstate for training on the 4th.
Hi I'm B, almost 30 and working full time as a before and after school care co-ordinator. I have been around Melbourne housesittng for the past 2 years, but am now wanting somewhere with some space to call my own. I am an incredibly tidy and conscientious person who loves nothing more than a good book and lame dad jokes. I dont consider myself a party animal, but love a good chat and a drink with friends. I'm looking for a happy and positive person to move in with. Someone who doesn't mind being social - sharing a meal or drink and who will take pride in our home. I'm a great communicator (prefer to solve issues then and there rather than letting them stew) and am very respectful of others space. Ideally looking for a team-up as I have 90% of the things needed to furnish an apartment (couch, fridge, washing machine, all kitchen things etc)
I'm looking for a whole property to rent. I rented out my own apartment and would like to rent a property with 2 bathrooms (or 2 toilets and 1 shower), and at least 1 parking spot. I'm a happy, reliable and tidy person. I don't have children and pets. Looking for a whole property for myself, also don't mind to share a property which I will be getting with other females or males. Please send me a message or SMS if you would like to team-up/share a property I will be getting, or if you would like to share my own apartment which is located on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne (2 bedroom apartmetn, 1 furnished room is available). I'm friendly and get along well with everyone. Australia has been home for me for the last 20 years. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and I don't host parties. Move-in date: Any day between now and late August 2018 is fine. I will provide the relevant ownership documents/Body Corporate bills of my own property and driver licence/passport if requested.
My name is Kristy, I'm 38 and a designer, moving to Melbourne for a fantastic new job. I'm a quiet, considerate and tidy person, who has TWO PETS. a super affectionate 9yo Alaskan Malamute, named Kaiser and a 13yo cat called Toby. Kaiser needs a grassed secure backyard, but other than that I'm pretty flexible with a shared bathroom, and suburb as long as it's close to a train that leads to Southern Cross Train Station, and a decent area. I like to take my dog out on weekends and I study part time so I tend to keep busy. I just want to live with an animal lover foremost and a easy going friendly person. I would be happy living with a female or a couple.
Available room is an inside main room. Large wardrobe full width of room. Room measures 4.5m x 3.6m. Carpeted. We have a second inside room available, smaller and cheaper by $100 per month. Furnished. A nice homely vibe in this Brighton house. Well connected with public transport. Elsternwick train station, trams, busses, Glen Huntly rd cafes, Elsternwick park and pub all within 5min walk. A quiet street, stand alone house with grass and gardens. Two sleepouts, one which is yours, one which is taken. Who you will be joining- 1 x kiwi guy, an english guy and an australian. Our age range is late 20s to mid 30s. All quite focused on work. Most have travelled, and spent time living abroad. We try to keep things quiet around the house, having a good balance, but do like to have a sneaky drink and bbq on occasions. The Elsternwick hotel is a stonesthrow away and a nice place for sport or a pub meal. I love this area, it has everything. An abundance of coffee shops up Glen Huntly. An easy 5min walk to the beach, a walk to Elwood and Saint Kilda, or catch buses from the corner. An easy train ride into cbd, a great park on our door step. I am looking for someone who has done this housesharing stuff before. Who understands that many hands make light work, who contributes, who is concious, who takes charge of resposibilities for the greater good of the house. You would have to love dogs. If you dont like animals or just tolerate dogs - this place wont be for you. My 12yr old dog will have you onside within an hour. But I have had flatemates in the past who havent been brought up with animals, and take frustrations out on her. She is an inside dog, has her own bed in the lounge and my room. She spends her day time outside with the job chief of security, which makes for a safe house. We have a good thing going here, so welcome. Please send a message through flatmates my phone number will not be available for now. Netflix Stan Internet

I’m looking to move to melbourne from Brisbane a little later this year and I’m after a fun roomie to show me around and go on adventures with! I am after an existing room to rent, or someone to find a new place to lease. Females only preferred. I am not a party person, I’m pretty clean, reliable and can definitely fend for myself. I come with 2 Ragdoll cats (strictly indoor only) who are pretty chilled out most of the time, they just wanna hang out with humans most of the time and love cuddles and scratches! I have put that I am only looking for 6 months at this stage but if I find the right job down there and am happy I am definitely open to staying much longer!
Adele, Roselia, and Lily are quirky, talkative, friendly and fun to be around (not to boost our ego or anything :D). We're super neat and tidy, very much live by "mi casa es su casa", but are also very respective of others belongings if they feel differently. We will always contribute to grocery shopping and to any repairs that need to be done around the house. We can also contribute the following to any household we join: - a brand new washing machine - a fairly new vacuum cleaner - a large dining table - a family sized christmas tree - a medium sized silver shag rug - a pink sofa bed - a small red coffee table - a medium size mirror - large vintage chair (idk how to describe it) - toaster & kettle - cutleries and crockeries - pans and pots - L shape couch Off-street parking or a garage space for Rosie and Lily is a must but other than that, being near a tram/train stop is vital for our work commitments. We love having friends over and doing some occasional gathering or small drink-up at home. However, we respect your alone time and your own space as well as tidying up after ourselves, and generally expect the same from our housemate(s). We would love an extra housemate or two to converse with and hang out with us when we make plans - you'll definitely be treated as a friend rather than a housemate!! About Us: Adele: Outgoing, bubbly, and always down for a dance. For now i work part-time in the city (in retail). Between my social life, my gym commitments and work i keep fairly busy, but we're always down for a drink and some banter. Originally from regional/coastal NSW. I am in love with melbourne and always take up an opportunity to explore. Roselia: Organised, laid back, and tidy. Home cooked meals and regular exercise are important to me. I currently work part-time and own a little chihuahua/ jack russell (boy). Lily: Always up for a chat and a glass of wine and beer (or two), working as a bartender in the cbd on weekends so I’m generally around during the week but tend to keep myself busy. I’m either binging Netflix or hanging out with friends generally. I have a 2 1/2 year old cat named Sydley (girl), she is an in and outdoor kitty. Love going out to a good brunch or lunch! Us: We may seem different on paper but value the same qualities of life and the same qualities in people, we're excited for a new chapter, and would love to meet you!! Rent budget: Max $215 p/w each from the two of us Preferred: Age 20 - 26, NO COUPLES pls

Aside from that I'm quite into exercise such as jogging, and mostly vegetarian these days. I don't currently have a pet, but have lived with cats. As far as music is concerned, my favourite band is Muse. I look forward to meeting you and hopefully renting your room.

I’m from Brisbane and have just relocated to Melbourne for work. I’m in a senior-level professional role, situated in the eastern suburbs. I’m easygoing, friendly and respectful. I spend most of my spare time outdoors - cycling, hiking, climbing - and am rarely at home. I also enjoy wine, coffee and food! I get along with almost anyone, and enjoy good conversation! I’m looking for a flatmate in a similar position and with a similar outlook!
Hi, my name is Julian. I work full time with Olinda Springs in Rowville (mon-fri) and on weekends I work from home with the hotels I have in Florence Italy. I moved from florence 5 years ago and live here for good now. Looks like all I do is work but in fact it's not, I play soccer every week, go to the gym at least 3 times a week, like to explore the city, new places, cafe, reastaurants, wineries, hotsprings etc.. I like to do some trips during the year like Byron Bay especially, and overseas for a month, mainly Florence every year as my whole Family lives there. I am a very entreprenour minded person and obsessed with trying to improve all the time, I have finished two Universities of Architecture, one in Izmir Turkey and one in Florence Italy and recently finished a Real Estate Course here in Melbourne. Super easy to get along with, experienced in living with others and I believe theres something to learn from everyone so definitely enjoy interesting coversations over a glass of wine, coffee, lunch, dinner whatever and wherever. I am a father of two beautiful girls 4.5 and 2.5 yo, they mean the world to me but at the moment they live with their mother in Byron Bay (if you think I hate my ex-wife, you're wrong) and the reason I travel there often is to see and spend some time with my beautiful daughters. Looking forward to meet and team up with like-minded people and hope that a healthy togetherness will bring some power. Cheers, Julian
