I am Martin, a Geographer and postdoctoral scholar from the University of Bremen in Germany. I do research on natural resources management and resource conflicts, with a focus on land use and informal mining. Presently, I'm conducting a research stay at the University of Melbourne from the beginning of September until the end of December. My research career connects with my passion of travelling. I have travelled a lot and have many stories to share. I also like hiking, biking, photography, healthy food, mediation, and regular physical exercise (gym, running, yoga) and am interested in many things, from politics, economics, and environmental issues to nature, culture, health, and nutrition. Open-minded. I like to live in a quiet environment, am not a friend of party flats, but enjoy good conversations and an occasional joint meal or wine. I’m considerate and tidy and have extensive experience of living in shared flats. I have lived in 7 shared flats in Germany and New Zealand. I have found a nice place, where I can stay until the end of November / beginning of December. I'm now looking for another quiet place near the coast, where I can stay from the end of November / early December (flexible move-in date between 23 November and 10 December) until the end of December (or perhaps a few weeks into January).

Hey there! We are Bryce (Aussie), and Rikke (Danish). An international couple looking to move closer to the city. We've been living together for 5 months and is now in the search for a place to call home while Rikke is doing her diploma in the city. We both work at an office in South Melbourne, so preferably somewhere close to a train line, as we use PT every day. We are very social people, but also enjoy our own space as we have much going on, on a daily basis. The ideal housemate/s would be someone like minded who respect other people, keeps things tidy, and also like to do an occasionally BBQ/Beer after work etc. :-) We are ambitious business people, but both have a background in hospo, so we absolutely love everything Melbs has to offer!

Seeking a clean neat and tidy dwelling - room with ensuite or private bathroom, with parking A bit about me..Im in my early thirties, professional friendly female, non smoker, respectful of others belongings, house proud and personal space. Hi there, I’m a 31 professional female and have moved from Adelaide to Melbourne for work- originally from NZ. I work full time in the sports/events industry. I like to keep fit and healthy. Pretty social, outgoing and enjoy meeting new people. Im low key during the week with work and the gym most nights. Like to see friends and be social in the weekends and happy to sit down with house mates over a wine and a chat :) Easy going, clean, tidy and respectful of others. I like to live in a clean and tidy house and also pull my own weight around the house. Looking at finding a house share or starting up a new place (lease takeover) as I have some furniture, so looking for an unfurnished room. Would prefer a car parking space off the road. Would love to hear from you :) Cheers,
Hello, I am 28 and work full time in admin/customer service in Richmond. I have a degree in Media and like doing little creative projects in my spare time. Looking for a private, unfurnished room to move in to. Would like a place with a good vibe where we can hang out occasionally and chill and be friends, but also happy to keep to myself and respect everyone's space.
Hi, I moved from New Zealand in March to be near family. I work full time in the travel industry. I live quietly, socialise a little bit during the week and spend time with my family in the weekends. I do not have any of my own furniture but happy to purchase anything needed. I do not smoke, and my favourite drink is a good cup of tea. I do not like dogs and enjoy cats.
Social laid-back girl year looking for a sharehouse with some likeminded people, ideally near the beach! Currently working in education. I love sports, outdoor activities, relaxing with a bit of netflix, and socialising with friends. I'm pretty quiet during the week but definitely always up for a pint on the weekends. I'm clean and tidy, always pay bills on time, and know how to live/get along well with others. I'm very flexible on my move-in timeline, and willing to wait a bit to find the right place, so let me know if you think I'd be a good fit for your flat (or if you want to team up and find a new place) :)
