3 young girls all working professionally. Love to have a good time on the weekend. Seeking an easy going, clean and respectful housemate for a short time or a long time. The house is huge, study, 3 living areas, Foxtel, big backyard, light filled and sunny. 3 min from gardenvale station.
Hi I'm Rob, originally from NZ, been living in Melbourne almost 5 years now. I'm 28 and currently working in the events industry. Just finished up with the Melbourne Marathon and now moving on to the World Cup of Golf as the new Site manager. I like to keep healthy and try to get out mountain biking a few times a week. Grew up with 3 sisters so very much house trained, friendly and considerate of others. Have a fairly busy life from work, but always try to have a catch up when i have the time. Happy to live with quiet or sociable people, have lived with both before and get along great with either. Love animal's but don't have any myself. Non smokers preferred
**Looking for 2 rooms** Hi guys! My sister and I are looking for a place to move into at the start of November (can move sooner). Budget is up to 220/week each. Ideally the rooms will be furnished. Looking at east/inner east/bayside basically anywhere from Richmond through to Caulfield. Close to the Frankston train line would be ideal (Richmond, Armadale, Caulfield North, Prahran, South Yarra, Malvern, etc) We're easy-going, very clean, social and both enjoy a bit of adventure! Would love to move into a young professional and social household, respectful of others space but keen to hang out here and there. I'm 24, work full time in Sales and am starting a digital agency on the side so will be working long hours 5-6 days a week. I'm into the gym, eating healthy, reading and love to chat some shit over a few drinks on the weekends. My sister is 20, works as a hotel reception supervisor, she's super friendly and social and likes to cook. Also enjoys a wine and a laugh. A cheeky bonus to living with us is that we have a holiday home in Phillip Island we love to stay at, which is obviously awesome during Summer and you'll be more than welcome to join! Look forward to hearing from you!
I am a fun, motivated and positive individual works full-time at a dealership near Collingwood. ( mid 20s) Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything you would like to ask me. cheers. :)
The house is in the most amazing location. Literally "on the water", every room of the house has massive windows with seaview. Looking for a housemate short term, not longer than end of December Available is the front room with a queen size bed, ample cupboards and Wi-Fi. The room has view on the sea and the back garden. You can use all the amenities of the house, including the kitchen, the deck with the swimming pool, the table tennis room and the garden. The Neighbourhood Literally at the door of the house there is a beautiful waterfront promenade extending 15 kilometers and more in each direction. There are sea baths one kilometer away, a yacht club, two marinas and bustling St. Kilda is 3 kilometers away along this path. Brighton Train station is 1.8 km away, and a direct train to Flinders Station takes 19 minutes
I am a down to earth, friendly, reliable and clean guy (non-smoker) who has a full-time job in engineering, and enjoys doing various sports and activities at his spare time, crossfit, soccer, cycling. I'm looking for a room (preferably furnished) in St Kilda, South Yarra or surrounding areas.
Hey, mates, I am a clean and respectful housemate, rent is always paid on time :) I student at Monash University Caulfield campus. I keep myself engaged with work. And indulge in a healthy and active lifestyle. And I love to socialize and make new friends on weekends. I am great Study Partner and Gym Trainer, who Loves to Cook food possible. Enjoy traveling places on weekends. Hiking ,trekking , road trips etc. Adrenaline Junkie , foodie and early bird.
Im a full time carpenter so I'm up early and home early some days, bonus is i'm pretty handy and can fix just about anything. I'm easy going love a chat but also respect peoples space and want for alone times. A tidy home is a calm home, not a clean freak but will do dishes and vaccume. Never late with rent or bills.
I'm relatively new to Melbourne (from Brisbane), currently looking for a new home. I work full time, including some nights, in events/marketing in Brighton. I'm looking for somewhere furnished (bedroom can be unfurnished), although would love to add to the home as I go! My interests include socialising over delicious food & wine, music, fashion and Yoga. I tend to be relatively busy, so like to keep tidy and organised. Eager to meet more Melb friends and establish a beautiful, relaxed, fun place to live.
21, law and finance uni student, work a lot, clean and keeps to herself.
Hello! I'm usually a happy bubbly person and i think I'm easy to get along with. I'm always up for a chat and a Savvy B :) I'm considerate of other housemates regarding noise and sleeping. I'm clean in the areas that count. Not much of a cook but give it a go! I am pretty good at baking though :) Looking for a social house. I enjoy reading, drawing, sewing, sleeping, socialising with friends and family, i go away every couple of weeks to see family in the country, and i am trying to get back into fitness, so i gym buddy would be awesome! Off street parking would be a bonus but not essential!
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever your poison, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people.
Great area to live in. Safe, secure and clean living conditions. Close to beach, shops, cbd and public transport. I am active and social. During the week I am in and out, and on the weekend, tend to be busy with family and friends.
I am in my mid twenties from Ireland. Working full time as a Greenkeeper Monday to Friday in Cheltenham. Like to keep clean and tidy. I am easy going, laid back person, respect privacy of others and a non smoker. I like keeping busy and don't spend a lot of time home as I like being out and about. Have been living in Melbourne nearly a year. Have lived in shared houses in Ireland, America, New Zealand, Melbourne can provide references. Looking for a place preferably in Hampton, Elwood or surrounding suburbs. Looking for a clean place, dont mind sharing with a couple, would like a furnished room if possible. Available to move anytime, preferably as soon as possible.
Available room is a sleepout/bungalow. More photos of room in the coming days. Never been an issue to fill because it is private and cozie. A nice homely vibe in this Brighton house. Well connected with public transport. Elsternwick train station, trams, busses, Glen Huntly rd cafes, Elsternwick park and pub all within 5min walk. A quiet street, stand alone house with grass and gardens. Two sleepouts, which are already taken. The inside room available measures 3.4 x2.8m Not a huge room, but i feel the house as a package surely makes up for it. Who you will be joining- 2 x kiwi guys, an Irish lad and an english girl, our age range is late 20s to mid 30s. All quite focused on work. Most have travelled, and spent time living abroad. We try to keep things quiet around the house, having a good balance, but do like to have a sneaky drink and bbq on occasions. The Elsternwick hotel is a stonesthrow away and a nice place for sport or a pub meal. I love this area, it has everything. An abundance of coffee shops up Glen Huntly. An easy 5min walk to the beach, a walk to Elwood and Saint Kilda, or catch buses from the corner. An easy train ride into cbd, a great park on our door step. I am looking for someone who has done this housesharing stuff before. Who understands that many hands make light work, who contributes, who is concious, who takes charge of resposibilities for the greater good of the house. You would have to love dogs. If you dont like animals or just tolerate dogs - this place wont be for you. My 10yr old dog will have you onside within an hour. But I have had flatemates in the past who havent been brought up with animals, and take frustrations out on her. She is an inside dog, has her own bed in the lounge and my room. She spends her day time outside with the job chief of security, which makes for a safe house. Give me a call or a txt, we can arrange a meet a greet. Ryan Please send a message through flatmates.com.au, my phone number will not be available for now. Netflix Stan

Hi :) Thinking of moving to Melbourne from Sydney and am looking for somewhere to live! I'll be working in after schools clubs in the city between 3 and 4 days a week. I'm originally from Ireland, so I'm always up for the occasional beverage at any time of the week, but also love staying in and chilling out! I'm friendly and love having a laugh, but also understand and appreciate needing your own space Been living in hostels for too long, so I really just want to unpack somewhere and be able to make a cup of tea with minimal effort! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask! Hope to hear from you soon, Samantha

Come live on the beach! The Room: It's big. About 6x4m + a walk in robe that's around 3x4m. It has a really big walk in robe. You could probably put it to great use as a study. It's that big. It has an En-suite. A full En-suite with a huge spa bath, toilet, shower, huge mirrors and heaps of counter space. (spa bath!!!!!) It has heaps of natural light thanks to two massive windows (one west facing, one north facing). It has awesome blinds to block out said sunlight if you feel like sleeping in. It has an ocean view. The yachts and ships are really beautiful to watch and you can catch some pretty epic lightning shows too. It's right down the end of a long hallway so it's nice and private, away from the main bustle of the house. $260/single, $280/couple +bills The House: It's huge. Basically everyone has their own bathroom huge. It has a cosy lil lounge room set up with a TV connected to a vast network of shows and movies, a nice comfy couch, some art, a playstation 3, a huge dvd collection, a little dining table and some nice antique chairs, board games and chess sets. Everything you could ever need (We even have a carrot sharpener). We have a washing machine and a pretty good clothes line set up. Unlimited internet + Netflix for super cheap! It's got parking for 3, potentially four cars. lawn that we lovingly sowed from seed. that needs some water but is going ok. herb garden. There is a veggie garden that is under maintenance at the moment There's heaps of room to store bikes and other outside type things. It's got a couple of undercover areas for hanging out. The People Who Live Here: Choppy Crow. He's super chill.. just likes to hang out around the house or go swimming at the beach. He loves cuddles so if you ever need a hug he's got you covered. Also, he is a dog. Bruce Wayne. Puppy. Hilariously cute. Ian, 34. We're a passionate and curious bunch of people who love to learn, try new things and make new friends. You Are: Emotionally and financially stable and mature. Easy going, friendly and open minded. An active member of the household (you don't mind doing your part around the house, nay, you WILL do you part around the house). A dog lover. Into the idea of the occasional shared meal, game of monopoly or drink around the fire. Considerate and respectful of others and socially aware. The area: Brighton is one of the richest suburbs in Melbourne! Ooooh fancy! Heaps of great cafes, shops, bars and some pretty swish supermarkets. Only 20 minutes to flinders street on the train. The Sandringham line passes through Richmond, South yarra, Prahran and Balaklava (St. Kilda), So there's heaps of awesome stuff to do. There's busses that can get you all over the place. Brighton Beach Station is right by the house. The beach is 50 metres from the house.

I'm single and fairly independent so would keep to myself. During the week I mostly go to the gym or watch netflix, and on weekends I like to keep active.
Hello I have recently moved to Melbourne . I work in concrete construction in the CBD . I enjoy eating out , exploring new cafes . I like to keep fit by walking and circuit training . I'm very clean , easy going and enjoy a good laugh . I'm looking for a place that has a back yard , close to the shops , own bathroom and a clean environment . I'm looking either short or long term .
Male housemate wanted for short term room. Private room in a big sunny share VILLA with a lovely front yard in on the bright side of Melbourne ! -walking distance Elwood Beach and Elwood Park - public transportation (10 Min walking to Gardenvale Train Station/ Sandringham Line) - Plenty of on street parking available. - Bills not included in rent and come every few months . The room has a build in robe and a bed if needed! This is a short- term agreement due to renovation on the house but possible lease extension after.
I am ideally looking for a private room to rent (with a carpark) in & around Southbank / South Melbourne areas. I'm 25/M, work FT in the City and also Mt Waverley, and play sport on top of this. Have lived in share housing for over 10 years, and know the drill well. I don't have raging parties, don't stay up all hours of the night etc, pay all bills on time. I just recently adopted an 8-year-old cat, and she is incredibly friendly. Mostly just a lap-cat, so doesn't involve much maintenance at all (just a relaxing place to sleep her days away). Worse comes to worse, I have alternative arrangements in place for the cat should it be a no-go. Pretty easygoing guy, more than happy to sit down for a beer when I'm around, and won't make a mess etc. At this stage my move date is the 29th October, and the plan would be to stay for around 2 months - however, that could extend. Hit me up if you want to find out more or have a room/house that you think I could be interested in.
Hi guys ! My friend Lucile and I are looking for a place to live in together. We don't share rooms though so it is harder to find two private rooms in the same place ! We are both french but speak perfect English (minus the accent I'd say). I love coffee and chocolate and Lucile is a faithful vegetarian ! We also love cats (not food related). Sharing a place with other people would be an option for us since we come with no furniture (fridge and everything ahah) and mostly we love and hope to speak English on a daily basis. We are very social, fun and considerate. We like to cook and watch movies with or housemates. We are pretty busy with work during the week but Sunday is all about chilling ! We both love close to the beach and would like to stay in the same area. This will be a promise for the best summer - and more!
I'm an independent kiwi gal who's just moved back to Melbourne and keen to see more of it. I'm a video editor working part time at a wedding company in South Yarra and the rest of my time I'm freelancing. I love being creative. I'm clean and keep communal areas tidy, I'm social but do love having my time on my own. Would love to live with people I consider mates. I don't take life too seriously and want to live with people who have the same mentality.
