I am a positive, friendly, easy going guy who understands how to share a space so that it works well for all. I am quiet and clean..........and .......even own a "Dyson Stick" (pretty impressive for a bloke )
My work is focussed around South Eastern Suburbs. I work from home a tiny bit - so ideally looking for a room that can accommodate a small desk. I am looking for a space until I buy my own place - probably about 6-9 months away...
I enjoy a chat about something more than just the weather or footy - but - also pretty happy sneaking back to my room with a good book or Netflix binge. I have an existing long term business and am financially stable. I have just launched a new 'product and service' ....which I am loving.......and keeps me very very busy and focussed.
