I am a positive, friendly, intelligent human who understands how to share a space so that it works well for all. That basically means that I clean as go......and.......even own a Dyson stick vacuum :)
My work is focussed around South Eastern Suburbs. I will often be away surfing on weekends and also travel on occasion. I work from home a little bit - so ideally looking for a room that can accommodate a small desk. I am looking for a space until I buy my own place - probably about 6-9 months away...
I enjoy a chat about something more than just the weather or footy - but - also pretty happy sneaking back to my room with a good book or Netflix binge. Enjoy a social drink - but don’t smoke or do drugs. Yes I am 56 years old - but - still have plenty of energy and new ideas and look after myself (gym etc) to enable my love of surfing. Have just launched a new business that keeps me very busy and focussed.
