I'm Jamie. I'm originally from Taiwan but I've been living in Australia for more than a year. My friends would describe me as easy-going, bubbly, kind, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. You could always find me surfing or close to the ocean! I'm on a working holiday visa and I work in hospitality. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 7. On the weekends, I'm usually asleep by 12 and up around 8. ‍I'm a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. Also love cooking, reading, and doing yoga… :) I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes after I cook and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. My weekly budget is $150 - $170 max bills excluded, and I'm looking to move in sometime around the 3rd of April. I'm hoping to find a house near Armstrong or Torquay. I would like my bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-2 other people. Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. Here are some quirks and relevant information: I'm sometimes overwhelmed by loud noises. Also, I’m not a smoker and I don't want to live with smokers. I love it, it's so rewarding to help people stay out of nursing homes. I am currently learning French on an app called Duolingo. It's great and challenging.
