I do not drink unless for special occasions and I do not smoke or vape. I prefer to spend whatever time I have available after work and on the weekends picking up new hobbies, visiting family, going to the gym, travelling, and spending quality time watching whatever latest binge-worthy show is on Netflix. I am currently in my last year studying a full-time degree in law and business at Griffith in Southport whilst also working full-time as a paralegal at a law firm in the CBD. I have an 14yr old tuxedo cat named Sox and an 8yr old tortishell/tabby cat named Zoey who I have had since I was a little girl and love dearly. They have never been a problem in rentals. My max budget would be $300 as that is what I currently pay. I do also have house furniture from my current property if needed such as a couch, tv, table etc for the space.
