I’m looking for a place where: • Full furnished (having AC would be great, but a fan would work too if not). • Public transport is essential for me since I won’t be buying a car. • Grocery store within walking distance is a must, and having an Asian/Korean market nearby would be a huge plus! • Non-smoking environment. • Pet-free (I have allergies). • Bathroom: I prefer a private bathroom, but I’m okay with sharing with up to two people. • Ideally, I would prefer a female-only house, but I’m open to mixed houses as well.
