Hey, I'm a respectful, clean and tidy guy with a 3-year old little doggo named Daisy. She's a happy gal that loves people. I generally tend to do my own thing but am happy to socialise and chat if you're up for it. I don’t smoke nor have house parties. I can supply my own furnitures and white goods so you’ll just need to furnish your own room. I like the common areas to be neat, tidy and free of clutter. I work in healthcare and doing part-time uni. Hopefully to team up with similar full-time workers in their mid 20's to 30's that works regular hours to share a 2-bed 2-bath apartment unit or townhouse located in Greenslopes, Coorparoo, Upper Mt Gravatt, Annerley or surrounding areas. I would like to have the parking space/garage included in the rental, and I'm happy taking the second bedroom/bathroom. Hoping to move in at around end of October or starting November 2025.
