Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to share a home with. I live alone currently and the bills a lot so sussing out other options. I work full-time from home in financial services and live with my dog, so the place would need to be pet-friendly. My dog is very sweet but needs to be the only animal in the home, so unfortunately no other pets. He is extremely people friendly with adults and kids.
I’m tidy, reliable, and respectful of personal space. Because I work from home, I’m happy to cover a larger portion of the rent to balance out the use of the space. I also dont drink or smoke.
Ideally looking for someone who:
- Is independent and responsible
- Appreciates a quiet and comfortable home environment
- Doesn’t mind the company of a large dog
