hey, I’m Jirah a 28yr old woman. I’m moving from Adelaide back to Brisbane, where I was born and where all my family are. I’ll be arriving on the 15th of October and am currently packing up my rental and condensing everything into a couple of suitcases. I am very happy to do inspections via video call. I hope to have somewhere I can call home before I arrive. I have a reliable income paid fortnightly. I tend to set up rent through automatic payments and am never late. Graphic design is something I’ve always done on the side. I am hoping to go back to Uni start of next year to study Architecture. You will find me to be respectful, easy-going and tidy. I like to go to bed early and wake up early, after the first couple of weeks I will be out of the house quite a lot. I enjoy my alone time but I’m always up for a chat or coffee when the moment feels right. I love swimming every day, so somewhere with a pool would be ideal. Interests: Climbing, painting, longboarding, guitar, singing, board games, busking, and attending concerts (occasionally). I don’t party but I do smoke (hoping to quit next year). I have a condition called POTs (essentially allergic to gravity 😂) which I am medicated for. These days it only affects me during flare-ups, when I just need to rest for a couple of days.
