Looking to find a 2-3 bedroom home for at least 6 months minimum, anywhere around heathwood / pallara surroundings our maximum affordability would be $450 a week. Have recently found our home to have mould damage due to a waterproofing issue , our lease ends June but have been told we can move earlier around may if we find something. Applicants: Residing in the property would be Myself Faith, and my son Vincent who is 1 and a half and our cat kyba who sleeps majority of the time or lazes outside in grass. I am currently in between studying community service and mental health to work as a support worker, as I’ve just had a child and am focusing on being a mum right now. Oh and snacks! haha We are hoping for 3 bedrooms hopefully , so we can have a spare room but 2 bedrooms will also do depending. We are searching around the pallara area mainly as this is where we currently live, forest lake and close surroundings are also in the looks. but happy to look at surrounding areas if you have a home available for rent!!
