I have been living independently for years, Although the current rental market has driven me to look for a share house or apartment. I like to keep to myself. I don’t like to make a fuss or inconvenience others (I will tip toe around the house silently) and spend most of, if not all of my time in my room, other than a morning hello or afternoon,”how ya going” I don’t cause much of a ruckus. I do not drink often and when I do it’s not at home. I only smoke cigarettes and only outside as i cant stand the smell lingering. I am very clean and prefer the same in a housemate. I don’t like sharing a bathroom (As i like a clean space) but will if required. I am friendly and can get along with many demographics of people as I’ve been employed in hospitality most of my life. Looking for housemates that are independent but polite My dog is house trained, he gets excited about new people (Guests will have to ignore him initially until he sits). He will expect to be told Goodmorning and a head scratch when you get up, other than that, he lazes around the house or my room between walks, is quiet and pretty polite. Is good with cats that are also good with dogs, although an be a little too much sometimes (energy) to other dogs. Looking forward to hearing from anyone that can provide a room or possibly apartment for rent.
