I also like the house to be reasonably quiet around bedtime and happy to fit in with fellow house mates' limits. I have experience working in the horticultural industry mowing, brush cutting and gardening and will be happy to contribute to the external maintenance of the property. I have an electric motorbike and a full charge from 0% to 100% equates to about $3.64 ($3.6357112). I am happy to calculate, show/account-for and pay per charge at the house (pay that towards the power bill. It can be cheaper if you have off peak rates).
