Hi there, Looking for an unfurnished room to rent. My lease is up in September and have chosen to move closer to the beach. I'm friendly and bubbly and easy to get along with. I'm not a loud or party person. I keep to myself and enjoy me time, but happy to mingle with roomies cooking dinner or a movie. I like to relax with a book or listen to music (headphones if needed). I love to cook and create yummy dishes. Im a great handyman, pretty good with tricks of the trades from working as a construction labourer. I respect others space and belongings, helping out around the house with cleaning, chores and yard maintenance. I like to live in a clean space and with others that keep tidy. Preferably I'd like a spacious room or master bedroom. Not a room to cramp my bed into a corner to be able to walk around. As I have shelves and side tables. 😊
