I’m extremley chilled enjoy going out for a drink here and there. I do bartending in town so work really late and weird hours all the time. I like being out of the house 90% of the time. Not messy in anyway shape or form and never stuff around with rent or bills. :)
Hi there, We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Brompton and have 1 bedroom available -unfurnished. The existing housemate is moving out mid-late October and the room is situated upstairs. It has built in wardrobes and a bathroom to share with one person (male). The house has effective air conditioning/ heating, modern open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a toilet and laundry downstairs. Back yard is a paved area and we have a double garage (currently used by two housemates) as well as sufficient off-street parking in the complex. We have Wi-Fi for extra cost and also currently engage a cleaner every month at a cost of $20pp. Electricity, gas and water bills are not included in rent (roughly $300 per quarter/ per person). The suburb is brilliant and only a 5 min drive from the CBD, walking distance to gyms, Plant 4 (indoor food market), OTR, Foodland, Entertainment Centre tram stop (free tram to city). Sorry, unfortunately no pets allowed Non-smoker only please. Message with any questions :)
Hi, I'm kind of looking for someone to team up with and build a household. A little about me, I have two small dogs who are pretty cool and are with me part time but would prefer someone who doesn't have other pets. Other than that, I think I’m pretty laid back and normal. Love music, beach, indoor plants and loads of other things. I’m just looking for chilled people/person who likes a bit of a laugh when we feel like it and can respect each other’s space and privacy when required. I have no time constraints on when I can move If this sounds of any interest to you send me a message

I'm an artist and an art therapist. All that really means is I like to decorate with origami things, paintings, and terrariums, and I work 4 days a week. I'm in to PC games, reading, making things, cooking, and trying new DIY stuff. I keep to myself and I don't mind sharing a bit of dinner every now and then. Not really into big parties but I don't mind the occasional gathering. I always take responsibility for my mess - you won't be seeing any piles of dirty dishes from me. I think I'd get along best with quiet or bookish types who are self-aware and know what they're about, and have passed that 20's treat-yourself-and-your-friends-badly phase. I'm hoping for a place somewhere west, northwest, or north of the city, so I'll be nicely situated between my girlfriend's house and my work.
I am studying Hospitality at UniSA City West campus. I really like meeting new people and having a chat. I also give enough space when required. I work as a food tour guide which is my part-time job. I have been in Australia for 3 years now so know pretty much how everything functions. I'm very academic oriented so during study periods and busy periods at uni I would usually not be at home or would be locked up in my room studying for hours. However, I also like unwinding with a couple of drinks or just a good dinner with friends. I am clean, quiet and enjoy my own space and respect others' privacy.

Howdy, I work part time and study full time at unisa. In my uni holidays i work full time, have been with the same company for 4yrs. In my free time i play roller derby and spend my days with Maya hiking and discovering new places. I'm pretty easy going, i enjoy a beer and a chat just as much as a nap. I also come in a 2 for 1 package deal. I have a 3yr old hungarian vizsla. She is snuggly and loves attention. Well behaved yet sassy. Sock thief. Looking for someone who is chill and tidy. Need a room in share house, community vibes. Please message me if you wish to meet, feel free to text me if needed :) Melanie.
Do you believe that Apes can be domesticated? Is your Zombie apocalypse plan in need of a serious twerk? Ever wanted to see your reflection on another person's scalp? Well look no further my little snickerdoodle, because I'm your flatmate. Low maintenance, house broken, prompt bill payer, fastidiously organised and can use fastidious correctly in a sentence. So, if I sound like the guy for you, hit like and subscribe... err, drop me a line.
Hi, we are Tyron and Bethanie, two friends (and a cat) who are looking to team-up to start a new rental property. Tyron is 22 years old and is currently studying at uni. When he isn't studying, he is working at a liquor store and practicing making cocktails. In his spare time he loves to relax and play some games, and recently bought a switch. If you like casual drinks and playing smash bros then he's your guy. Bethanie is 21 and studying art. For work she is a swim teacher (no she won't teach you how to swim). When she has some spare time she loves making things, such as candles, and looking after her cat. She might have some projects around the house, so if you're ok with having art here and there, she is the housemate for you. We are looking for housemates that are kind and communicate, just generally decent people. We would love to be able to hang out at the end of a long week together, and have a generally happy and friendly household. As mentioned earlier, we do have a cat (called Moritz), so if you are allergic or aren't a big fan of cats, this might not be the place for you. Hopefully we hear from you soon!
