    $300/week27 year old man

[Move date and suburbs are flexible for the right people] Hi everyone, I'm looking for a private room or a Teamup somewhere near public transport or the city. 😌 (Minimum 3 months, max 1-3 years) Ideally, looking for a place where I can be friends with my housemates and hang out occasionally- but I'm okay with simply coexisting, so long as we're comfortable around each other. :) ➖➖1️⃣➖➖ About me... 💁 ⭐ 27, Australian ⭐ Film Student, also dabbling in animation and game design- hoping to work in these fields full-time one day ⭐ Currently working in Disability, volunteering in Mental Health when I have the time/energy ⭐ Super creative, I'm always working on different projects- writing, digital media, arts and crafts... I adore making things, and never run out of projects! (The backlog is insane... my god...) ⭐ Ambiverted- I love to be around people, but also need heaps of downtime.... my commitments use up alot of energy. ⭐ My main interests are movies, games, museums, galleries, exploring the suburbs, creative projects , road trips and spending time with friends. That said, I'm always open to new experiences- you can drag me along to anything that isn't gonna kill me or my wallet~ ➖➖2️⃣➖➖ Why I'm a great housemate... 🏠 ⭐ I'm super super super clean! I know everyone says they're "clean", but I really am! ⭐ I don't mind a little clutter, or if you leave stuff around, as long as it's not dirty! I'm not a neat freak, I just care about hygiene. ⭐ I always take my shoes off, leave dishes sparkling, and clean things up as soon as they get dirty- I'm especially attentive to the kitchen, bathroom and carpets. ⭐ I'm really, really casual- if you're up for a chat, so am I, but I'm also happy if you wanna just come home and collapse on the couch. I get it, it's been a long day. That said, you should totally play board games with me and come along for mini golf. 🤞 ⭐ I'm super friendly, cruisy and non-judgemental- I don't really get offended by anything, as long as you're nice then I'm happy! ⭐ I care about making sure everyone's comfortable at home- your home is your fortress, man. Nobody should need to feel on edge, or feel like they need to put on a mask at home. As long as we're all being nice, keeping the house clean, and respectful of each other's needs- I'm happy for us all to just... do whatever, relax and let our hair down. ⭐ I've been told that I'm good company? I'm a pretty funny guy, as long as I'm not tired or busy people tend to have a great time when I'm around. I like being happy. 🤷 ⭐ I've had some great friendships with former housemates, and while it's not *essential*, I'm hoping to make some new pals whenever I end up next. ➖➖3️⃣➖➖ Anyhow, I suck at writing these, I'm more of a... "meet-up-and-feel-the-vibes" type of person, so if you have any questions please reach out! (If you're interested in a Teamup, I'd be happy to meet over a video call or a coffee run to see how we vibe!) Thanks, -Dureece 😌 ---- Requirements: • No pets (due to allergies 😭) • No shoes inside the house • High standard of cleanliness ✨ • Housemates between 21 to 35y.o. • Maximum 2 housemates, plus me • No drug users (weed is fine, but I won't be joining you- and not in the house please 😷) --- (Max budget of $350 per week for places in the CBD or within 20min, $300 per week for anything further out.)

    Gav

    $300/week29 year old man

Hi folks. My name is Gav (he/him). I am 31 and am a few weeks off graduating a bachelor of social work. I live a pretty simple, quiet life, spending my free time hanging out with my friends, early morning gym sessions, riding bikes, reading, running or pottering about the house with a cuppa. I split my time between caring responsibilities for my Mum in regional Vic, a permanent part time role and other casual roles in the housing and crisis space and seasonal work in the outdoor ed world. I prefer a tidy and calm household vibe with others who are communicative and proactive, and that are generally considerate socially and environmentally. I am personally big on routines so things don't get away from me, thus effective at cleaning communal areas and being on top of other household chores. I enjoy good conversations and sharing meals, but am comfortable in my own space too, which I think amounts to someone who is generally easy to live with. Overall I would prefer a household that is more social than less so. I can contribute houseplants, a few pieces of art, a Vitamix to the household. I'd also love to help folks get into the outdoors and share that experience with em. Currently I have a small, laid back, quiet doggo in my care - Bruno. He is a 5 year old Pomeranian mix, he is not yappy, gets along well with other doggos and I can imagine him living with a confident cat. He is my Mum's dog, its is unclear with her support needs whether she will be able to look after him, or if she can, how long that situation will last. So would like to find a place that is happy with doggos, including a situation where he may come and go a bit. Look forward to hearing back from you. I always try my best to align myself with other LGBTIQA+ folks and communities, am SW positive/informed and covid-aware//vaccinated. Thanks, gav
