Hi I’m Mel! I’m a professional working full time in the city. I’m looking for somewhere nice and close to the city. I’m very neat and tidy and respectful of other people. I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring new places but also enjoy a quiet night in. I can be found baking, outdoors or hanging out at the gym in my spare time. I’m reliable and easy going and enjoy being around other people. I am looking for a private room somewhere near the city and close to a train line. I’m looking for fellow housemates that are clean and tidy and know how to clean up after themselves. I would prefer a quiet and respectful housemate that isn’t up at all hours of the night making loud noises. Always up for brunch or a wine and cheese night with my fellow housemates let’s not be strangers! (Please note that I am not a drug person and would best suit a drug-free household) If you think I would suit your household please message me :)
I am an international exchange student from the UK who will be studying at the University of Melbourne for the next year. I am looking forward to getting stuck into Australian culture - whether that be going to Aussie rules matches, finding quirky bars and cafes and taking part in new sports, like climbing, Frisbee and rowing, but up for suggestions too! I'm very much keen to be part of a community in a house - I can have my own and respect other's personal space, but I would love to live with people that I end up hanging out with, whether it's nights in, nights out or cooking together, as I'd consider myself an amateur foodie. I am respectful, considerate and as I've said like to be involved in the goings on within a house - up for cooking rotas, cleaning rotas and anything else that would make a house run smoothly, but I can also live in a more relaxed environment too.
Hey! We are Jenni and Jack from Glasgow, Scotland (both 24) 😃 We are looking for an accommodation that is located near or in St Kilda. Jack and I have been travelling south east Asia for the last few months and are excited to start our journey in Melbourne. We are fun, warm hearted and confident people who will talk to anyone and everyone when given the opportunity. We have lived together for over two years so know the importance of keeping the place clean and tidy haha! We are looking to get jobs in our professions when working in Melbourne; I am a teacher and Jack is a personal trainer. We both enjoy keeping fit, one likes it more than the other... and cooking meals from scratch is something we both really enjoy. In our flat at home we love hosting get togethers with friends to enjoy food and drinks. We arrive in Melbourne early September and are very excited about it! Please contact us if you have any other questions 😀
Hey, I’m moving to Melbourne for a change been living in Queenstown New Zealand for the past 2 years. Really easy going and always up for a good time 😁 I’m very clean and tidy also an amazing cook
Hard working and down to earth, I don't party, drink or smoke, I'm clean and respectful, appreciate good company but also having my own space. Originally hailing from Perth I've moved over to study at Rmit and looking for a place with someone responsible and honest.
I'm Ben, I'm a chef on Sydney Rd and looking to find cool people to live with because my current housemate is moving overseas :( I'm pretty chilled, I work full time so in my downtime I like to play video games and watch anime. I'm happy to have a beer with my future housemates every now and then but also enjoy my own space.
I recently moved to Melbourne from Wollongong and looking for a share-house/apartment to live. I'm an outgoing jovial person, but not a party animal and will respect your personal space. I work Monday to Friday at Monash Uni as a Research Assistant and over the weekend I spend my time catching up with my friends or any overdue chores/work. I keep my vicinity clean and pay my rent on time.
Hi! I'm Mishika and i'm from Byron Bay. I'm currently studying childcare and working in a child-care centre but i'm looking to make the move to Melbourne mid next year to pursue my love, photography (whilst also probably continuing to work in childcare). I run a music blog with my current roommate called Funk'n'Punk that i do the band/music photography for! So most of my spare time is spent at local gigs, which is what i love most. House-mate wise i'm very calm and easygoing, clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. I currently live with a vegan so i'm used to not cooking or eating meat in the house if that is necessary. I tend to spend my time at home in my room editing photos, listening to music etc. but i'm also always for a chat or to share some tunes. Message me with any more Q's! Thanks!
Hi :) I am not looking for a room ! I am looking for a housemate that we can share a 2 bed apartment near CBD. Thanks
My names Sarika, I’m 19 and I’ve just moved to Melbourne to do a masters in psychology from the UK. Needed a scenery change and because I love travelling so much decided I was going to live out here in Melbourne! I’m incredibly calm, respectful, tidy and I’m love a good conversation (that being said I always respect someone’s privacy). Just looking for somewhere that feels comfortable and homely to me.
I am a designer who is easy to get along with, clean and respectable. I’m also a non-smoker, neat and tidy person who enjoy movie, travel and doing some handmade crafting. Looking for accommodation start form the first week of September. Currently, looking for different design job opportunity and find a clean room to settle down asap
I'm an easy-going 25 year old guy from India, working full time in Melbourne. A non-vegetarian too. My clients are based in Melbourne CBD (I'm a tech consultant), so I'm looking for an accommodation preferably near to CBD or may be near to a train station since I don't have a car yet (I'm totally new to Australia). I'm a smoker, but I am also a clean person. Non-judgmental and understanding. I blend in with people easily. I'm very responsible when it comes to doing my share of the household work, paying rent/bills, etc. I don't have pets but I'm totally fine with them being in the house. I respect your privacy & quiet-time and expect the same from you too. Perks of living with me: 1. I've a couple friends who are pursuing their masters in Melbourne. You get to socialize with them, their friends and so on (on weekends), if you want to. 2. You get an ensemble of recommendations about trending and amazing Movies/TV Series to binge on. 3. A lending ear to your problems and tons of free and good advice whenever you need it. 4. One stop solution to all your PC problems. I love fixing Windows PCs/Laptops. So if you ever got a problem, you know what to do. 5. Exceptional critic and reviewer when it comes to patching up job resumes, blog articles etc. 4. You get to taste a lot of Indian dishes and be a part of several experimental cooking recipes. Don't worry about the spices, I'm versatile :) Don't hesitate to know more.
I am a full time worker and Mat is a student/part time worker, both works as chefs in brunch cafes ! We are respectful, not party type people. Both of us enjoy drinking but in moderate and non smokers. We mostly cook at home on the day we work, still know well how to use kitchen clean and keep the shared space clean after use. When we have dayoffs, we'd love not just to go out and have lunch or dinner outside, but if the weather is sadly cold and rainy, we love to stay in bed, having a netflix-chill-day. We both want to be fit, so, Mat goes to gym and I goes to swimming pool :) However we are not health-geeks more foodies. Plus, we are up for small talk or a glass of wine/beer with anyone at home :) Most importantly, we pay bills and rent ON TIME.
