Hey Guys. Just a little bit about myself. I am 25, currently looking for work but I definitely will be able to cover rent and bills. I am clean and generally like my space and alone time so you wouldn't have to worry about me bringing over heaps of people all the time. I do however enjoy a nice wine with some good company, or a night out once in a while! I also won't be there half the time so you'd get your privacy half the time whilst I am still paying rent.
Hey guys! I have recently moved back to the Sunshine Coast after slogging it out in Brissy for a few years. Currently on the search for a friendly and relaxed place to call home with like minded individuals in there mid 20's to mid 30's. I am a full-time working professional with no children or pets who lives a pretty laid back lifestyle when not working. I enjoy catching up with friends, jumping out in the ocean, exploring a mountain or two, and keen to get back into a bit of rock climbing. I like to keep a clean and tidy space, often up for a friendly chat or bit of banter but am also mindful of others personal space. I hope to find a place with someone/people who are also friendly and respectful of others. So if I sound like the sort of person who might be a good fit, or you would like to know anything else then please feel free to get in touch. Cheers, Brad.
Hey potential housemates! I'm Tammi. I started full-time work in at the Sunshine Coast in April 2019, and am currently commuting daily from Brisbane. I'm hoping to move up to the Sunny Coast by mid-to-late May as I'll also be needing to work at Gympie one or two times a week from end of May. Me as a housemate: I've been living in sharehouses for over eight years, and am well-versed in share-house etiquette. I pay rent and bills on time, am clean, and do my fair share of the common chores. I am up for a chat/wine/meal/outing, but get that people need their space, and have their own lives. I am otherwise pretty independent. Me and my hobbies: I was born in Norway, but raised in Sydney. I've lived in four Aussie states and have loved what makes each state so unique. I enjoy exploring new towns, going for hikes, camping, bike rides, visiting museums, and cafes, markets etc.. I'm learning Norwegian in my free time, but have a looooong way to go. I'm focused on work this year, and will [better] be studying up in my free time. However, I also would love to get a good fitness foundation/routine; be it with gym, MMA, swimming, F45, a small triathlon, or Muay Thai, so hopefully you won't find me at home on the couch too much! Cheers
I’m a learning and support teacher from Sydney. I am very new to the sunny coast and currently live in Mountain Creek temporarily. I love sport and music and sharing the love of Jesus to young people. I would love to find somewhere I can call home.
Hello!! 🌞 My name is Bree and I am 18 and currently studying at USC, working part time at prouds the jewellers and living with my partner of 4 years Cameron who is a 2nd year apprentice carpenter. We have 6 months worth of rental history and a solid reference who’s happy to confirm this if need be. I ask you please don’t look at our age and dismiss us as we are two easy going yet mature hardworking young people just needing somewhere to stay while we start our lives on the beautiful sunshine coast. We are looking for anything from a room in a share house to going in on a lease with another couple or renting a granny flat or something of the sort. Thankyou!! Hope to meet you soon! Bree and cam
Hi, im Danny. I'm a neat, quiet and respectful flatmate. I enjoy the simple things, sunrises etc....non smoker, not a big drinker, try to jog (shuffle) from time to time. Looking for a place with only 1 or 2 people, own bathroom would be ideal. Thanks.
Just relocated to the Sunshine Coast from NSW! Pretty easy-going, I've done the share-house thing before so know to pull my weight with cleaning/housework etc, respectful of every ones own space, and so on. Not a party animal, but not opposed to casual drinks or a good night out either! I work in aged care, so do shift work, and am a nursing student. I'm reliable and pretty easy to get on with. Ask away if you want to know more!
Hey guys. I've spent 14 years living in Yeppoon (CQ) and now I'm thinking Sunny Coast looks like a nice change of pace. I love the beach town vibe 😁 We can talk about ideas and interests later, but for now I'm looking for a place to chill 4.20, hopefully on the canal, to try my new found kayaking hobby. Talk soon.
** The photo above was uploaded to show how I usually maintain a house. The unit was rented a year ago and the lease was ended last year. Now, I am looking for a place to live for a while. Hello, I am working part-time as of now. USC international student; Graduated last year, working as a nurse, looking for a quiet and private place to settle in. I usually get up very early and may come home late due to my work. If I don't go to work, I stay at home most of the time, relaxing. I am a very organized, tidy and quiet person. I may not be a fun person, but I enjoy and welcome cultural diversity. If anyone has me as one of your tenants, you would not regret it when it comes to house maintenance. I often cook Asian food, which may have strong smell but it won't do any harm on the house. I intend to stay longer if the condition is right for me. I have never missed my rent so far. I prefer a studio or granny flat, but if I can have my own privacy with my own bathroom, I would't mind sharing a house (less than 2 people, female only, bills included on the rate). If you are looking for a person who has an excellent history and experience of house/room maintenance, feel free to contact me. Thank you. Buderim, Sippy Downs, Maroochydore, Kawana, Brightwater, Mooloolaba, or close to those areas are preferred.
Looking for a room to rent around Alex / Mooloolaba / Cotton tree area. I am quiet, clean and respectful and I have lived in share accomodation previously. I am a shift worker at SCUH so looking to share with someone who is considerate of this! Must have undercover parking and I would like to be within walking distance to the beach ideally. I spend my time off travelling, exploring the coast and spending time with my friends. Any questions - just ask!

I’m a beauty therapist working in a luxury day spa in Noosa 4 - 5 days a week. I’m currently living in Maroochydore and would like to stay around that area. Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast. I love doing things with my dog, going to the beach or on walks, spending time with my friends and my family, eating great food and going to the gym when I can. I’m a friendly, respectable person who likes to live in a clean and tidy home. I am very close to my family and spend time with them throughout the week. I like to keep busy and when I’m at home really like my own space to just chill out. I’m quite a sociable person but when I’m at home I just like to do my own thing. That being said I’m always happy to chat. I enjoy watching tv, you’ll find me doing that of a night, I like my reality tv shows and Netflix etc. I’m not a very loud person and am always considerate of others in the house and the time of night/morning it is. If I’m ever to have company it’s never more than 2 and it’s only ever on a Saturday night. I’ll always give a heads up. I have a small pug x cavalier King Charles named Louie. He’s 2 years old and is my best friend. He’s always by my side so to be around an animal lover is a must. Communication is very big with me so there is a flowing and functional household.
Lived out of home since I was 18, I know the drill. Looking for a social house where we can come home from work and watch a movie and cook dinner type thing, I also understand when people need there own space.
