I keep busy working 5 days a week, running my own Home &Dogsitting business (I'm out alot over holiday seasons) and looking for a second job at night. I also love spending as much time as I can with my 2 year old mini foxie- he lives at mums in coolum and I visit him regular. I'm quite homely, enjoy cooking all the time and love to share my creations; I keep a healthy, clean and motivated lifestyle keeping happy flow with yoga, plants and drawing. I've also learnt to keep to myself when needed to in share houses-but love being social and hanging out :) Thank- you for looking into my add Carni
Hi there I am looking for someone to share a unit with somewhere around Mooloolaba in January for a couple of months. I have bits of furniture and kitchen appliances, will be happy to sign the lease. Looking around 350 a week so would be 200 each weekly with all costs. The closer to the beach and the more natural light, the better. I love the outdoors - climbing, riding, kayaking, swimming, walks on the beach, hiking, going out for coffee, etc. Get in touch with me if you're interested in teaming up. :)
Maddie and I are looking for 1 or 2 people to start a share house with. We are very sociable girls who love to cook, go to the gym and have very busy lives so you'll no doubt have a quiet house most of the time. We would prefer living with people who are interactive with us but understand personal space too. Feel free to hit us up for a chat if you think you would like to share a home with us!
You will love living in this place for a number of reasons. Firstly the house will be pretty much yours exclusively during the week. I only come home on the weekends. The home has a pool a beautiful outdoor area and is situated only 300 metres away from the beach. Will only rent one room.
Our names are Andrew and Sarah and we are two 20 year olds. I am currently working part time at woolies, and Andrew is a full time uni student studying film and working as a bartender. We are both clean and tidy, and looking for someone who is the same. We are both big music lovers and play a few instruments. We love the beach and are trying to find a place close to one. Both of us are really easy going, have good banter, and love a good beer.
Hi! My name is Sara I am moving from down from Brisbane to transfer to USC, I am currently studying a bachelor of psychology and criminology. My main loves in life are nature, good tunes and my kitten Orion. I am very easy going, tolerant and friendly, looking to move in with open minded and friendly people. I have experience living with people as I went to boarding school and lived out of home last year, my lease runs out early Feb, so if anyone is looking to move around then don't be afraid to hit me up :)
Hey hey! What makes me GREAT to live with?... -I'm clean -Motivated -Very easy to get along with -Don't party -Love my health and fitness -I have a very well behaved black German Shepherd named- BRAX -I work full time -Run my business from my laptop -I'm reliable -Always happy to help out Get to know me
Hi! My name is Julia. I am a full-time student and I also have a part-time job. I am looking for a room. I prefer to live with mature people (24-30 years old), because I am not a big party person. But I am active and social and would like to hang out with my housemates sometimes! I am looking for room without contract or lease, cuz I do not want to feel that I am stuck in the house. However, I plan to stay for a long time. Hope to hear from you soon, my future housemates!;)
Elly and I are a friendly, quiet couple who love bush walking and boating. We are looking for a place to live where my dog would be welcome and with space for a small boat. We can keep to ourselves but also like to have a drink and get to know our housemates. Elly works FIFO as a fauna spotter so is generally away two weeks out of three. I work in environmental restoration around the Sunshine Coast. We're keen to move in to a share house with some chill room mates, or start a new one. Looking forward to hearing from you, please message us with any questions.
22 years old, single and am looking for a room to rent around the Buddina/Birtinya area or Alex Heads/Mooloolaba, I'm currently working full-time in administration at the Nambour General Hospital but will be starting work at the new Kawana Hospital in March-April. I'm pretty social, not looking for a 'party house' but somewhere that's okay with a drink or two on the weekend. I am currently renting a room in Parrearra but I'm trying to find a place I can move into before the lease runs out there in late January.
(My Niece in the pic with me) Looking for some where on the Sunshine Coast to call home. I love Noosa Heads so ideally it would be there, and even it's not there at first, it will be eventually. I am driving up from Sydney on the 28th-30th Dec. Really flexible with move in date after that time. I'm serious about my goals and doing what's important to me, but I like to think I'm a pretty chilled back guy all in all. I'm high energy, so whilst I do enjoy my quiet time, I do love to socialise and have a drink. Would want to be living with someone who is similar. I am working full-time but as I work online, I am untethered from where I need to work. I love to explore and have a good adventure. I need feel like I'm doing something worthwhile with my time. Whether that is going for a hike with friends, working hard at doing what I love or just chilling out.
I'm a Canadian nurse on a one-year working holiday. I have work on a casual basis with a nursing agency and am currently living in Brisbane. I'm hoping to get out to the Sunshine Coast to live and work for a couple of months and see how it goes out there. I'm tidy and respectful, like to socialize but not a hard partier. Looking for a laid-back, healthy beach lifestyle. I love cooking and getting fresh produce from the market. Enjoy biking and getting outside.
Hi..I am a fun loving middle aged woman looking to move to the sunshine coast within the next few weeks..I am clean and tidy, honest, friendly, caring and considerate..I have friends in Buddina, so would prefer living fairly close to that area and be walking distance to the water..I am very easy to get along with and hope someone has a room/ granny flat they would like to rent to me..look forward to meeting you..have a wonderful day
I am a 33 year old vegan who treats home like a sanctuary. After working all day it is just so nice to come home to a peaceful house (coming home to punk music or heavy metal blaring is not my way of life) I am extremely tidy (if I use a plate I wash it straight away) and I'll be there with gloves on if a day in the garden is needed. I have two cats which can make renting for us quite difficult but once again - I am fastidious when it comes to being clean and tidying up after us all. I wake up every morning around 5am so its early to bed for me! Not really interested in TV either so the lounge space will practically be all yours! My boyfriend (48) lives in Brisbane so he will visit some weekends but we will be very active and exploring and out of the house most of the time. I also go to Brisbane some weekends so you will get the opportunity to wander around the house naked :-) Would love to hear from you if you think we would gel!
I'm a 26 year old working full time as a physiotherapist. I enjoy travel, being with friends, the outdoors and exercise. I'm very friendly, clean and considerate. I enjoy sharing with people who like to have a friendly chat at the end of the day and who are up for the occasional social activity together, but who also have their own lives.
Clean, tidy, either keep to myself or mingle. I'm funny easy to get on with. I make candles and soaps. Have my own business i'm trying to get off the ground. I ride and race motorcycles. I have a 20ft old motorhome which will need plenty of parking room, 2 bikes, a small bike trailer and a little car. Currently my race bike a friend is using it. Because of my arm, i've to buy a little automatic car. As I am currently unemployed due to and injured arm, I have no problem paying. I would prefer that all bills are included in the weekly rent. So if you would like to have a happy chappy person to share and like the smells of candles and soaps lol then that's me. Don't drink or smoke. My moved date is not concrete as I maybe able to move earlier and I would prefer to move before the end of January

Hi I'm Stephen, I'm looking to move to the Sunny Coast any time now from Brisbane. Looking for a sea change and to take a backwards step from full time work to concentrate on playing music. I'm quite chill, keep to myself but don't mind socializing, eat healthy, clean and am usually out and about doing something.
French and Swedish 21 years old guy looking for the place to live! Surfer, sporty and enthusiast, I will be the best flatmates possible and help the house with my smile and my good energy. Hope to hear from you!

Hey! My names Shannon and I'm after somewhere on the beautiful sunny coast for around 6 months while I study. I'm a great housemate, clean, up for bevys and also down to chill. Enjoy meeting new people and going on random adventures. I've traveled a bit, especially down the coast to the snow and have done a few overseas trips chasing it. I'm ready for a summer in the sun!
Hi, I grew up on the coast here at Buddina. Have travelled off and on, though the Sunshine Coast is home. The last five years there has been a lot of travel, my furniture is in storage in Kunda Park, where it's been for four years now. It can stay there if I find a suitable furnished room, or can be it extracted. My preference would be an ensuited room with somewhat level access, as I have some mobility challenges.

Hi, my name is Cathrine. I'm 25 years old and initially from Sweden, undertaking my master studies in business at USC. I spent my first semester at campus and now wants to explore other types of accommodation. I like to keep it clean and tidy and prefer to live with likeminded people. I'm not a party animal and consider personal space to be important as well as respecting others. However, I'm very sociable and would love to live with people who'd enjoy a movie, day at the beach or drink together once in a while. Overall, I'm really easygoing. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and when not being busy studying, I like to work out, hang out with friends and spend time outdoors. Furthermore, I love animals, so if my potential flatmates have pets I'm all open for it. I'm back in Sweden now during Christmas so the easiest communication for the moment would be through messages on flatmates.com. Furthermore, the ideal would be to find a place in the beginning of February but there's some flexibility with the dates if necessary. I'm interested in a length of stay for about 6 months or more if things work out great between us :)
Hi :) My name is Izabelle and I'm originally from Sweden but I have lived on the coast for 3,5 years. I am a full-time student doing Naturopathy in Brisbane and I also work as a personal trainer. I am clean, respectful and keen to hang out with my roommates but I also need my own space. I'm a surfer so I spend a lot of my time at the beach :) I live a healthy lifestyle and would like to live with like-minded people, however a drink or two is totally fine as long as I don't live in a party house!. Previous references are available and I'd like to find a long-term place to stay. I need internet and would prefer if bills are included in rent. OBS. NOT MOVING UNTIL END OF FEB
Clean, quiet, respectful, non smoker, easy to get along with and clean up after myself. Would like to make new friends :) prefer to share with females in their early 20's preferably furnished
I'm looking for a housemate that is tidy and reliable to rent an unfurnished room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Buddina. You will have the choice of 2 rooms and will have the main bathroom to yourself. The rooms both have ceiling fans and built in cupboards and there is a large air conditioing unit in the living room. The house is walking distance to the beach, 700m from Kawana shopping world and the bus stop and is not too far away from the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Potential housemates must get approval from real estate.
I currently live in Brisbane Studying Clinical Exercise Physiology, but will be now studying at USC in the new semester. I used to live in Caloundra a year ago but wanted to move back so I'm pretty familiar with the area. Living near the beach again would be sweet
