The kitchen is older but large and fully equipped and the bathroom has a modern renovated look. Internal laundry is available with storage cupboards and new front load washing machine. The unfurnished bedroom is spacious enough to fit a queen bed, with a large window. Built-in wardrobes are not available. -Internet and Foxtel available but not included in the rent. -Fully equipped apartment all you need is your bedroom items. -Really well-maintained security building, with friendly and respectful neighbours. This is a great apartment in a great location. Really close to be the beach and a 7 mins walk to the station and Cronulla MalI. The room is furnished. There is a full bathroom also an internal laundry and nice balcony. There is a garage available and there is some storage if required. The apartment is a quiet respectful place, no smoking please.
Fall asleep to the sound of waves. Absolute beach front. Opposite Shark Island and Blackwoods Beach (are both out the front). Direct water view as from bedroom. 9 mins walk to Station. Good size bedroom, and plenty of storage. Great location.
