We are both very friendly and tidy, we like our own privacy but also very enthusiastic about having a drink with housemates. Logan is a full-time mechanic and Bronte studies full-time ballet and contemporary so not home often!

Hi there, my name is Kelly and I am moving down to Sydney from Brisbane as my partner has been moved there for work, and I am looking for a place to live from roughly 1 May 2017. I am mature, easy to get along with, tidy, and respectful. I love to be social when the occasion calls for it; I enjoy going to the gym and keeping active; but I also enjoy having quiet time and doing relaxing activities. I love to cook and I'm a happy go-lucky person with a positive attitude in life. When I arrive in Sydney I will be focusing solidly on settling in to life down there, setting up social circles, finding work and sporting activities etc. In Brisbane I work as a HR Workforce Analyst and am currently on paid leave from my job for 3 months. I'm hoping to find a housemate/s that are easy to get along well with and hopefully share similar interests. If you think I might fit well in to your household, please send me a message!
Hi there! I'm a 33-year-old PhD-student looking for a new flatmate to share a quiet flat close to the sea. The appartment is on the 3rd (top) floor and 1-2 minutes from a beautiful, small park & the sea (which you can see from our balcony :)). Bus station (no. 971) is 2 mins walk and Cronulla train station and mall are 15 mins walk. A washing machine is available in the laundry room downstairs. Internet access is included in the price, and if you have a car: there's a safe spot for it behind the house :) Your room has a bed, a small bedside table, and a table with two chairs (unfortunately, the clothes rack in the picture is not available anymore). The room is available from beginning of May (a little earlier can be negotiated) until the end of April 2018 (but I can arrange to extend that a little). I'm looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean person to share the flat with (and the occasional coffee or glass of wine/cider). Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to come over and take a look at the room/the unit.
Fully renovated, fully furnished besides your bedroom. Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and internet included. My family own the unit so don't have to deal with shitty owners. Full inbuilt wardrobe, Ceiling fan, new carpet, small water views from room, washer and dryer.

It's great spacious modern apartment with high ceilings, lots of light, big kitchen, two baths two balconies. Its close to train and shops and the beach and bay. It's $290 p/w + utilities and bond. I'm signing a 12 month lease so it would be secure. If you think you might be interested send me a message and we will go from there.Cheers, David. I have an apartment in South Cronulla with a spare room available from 1 May. It is convenient to the beach, 500 metres from the train and the main shopping mall of Cronulla. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. It is not a party house. It is a quiet, relaxed, happy non smoking house. Contact me if you're interested in the room.
Hey my names Bree, I am 20 and work part time(feels like full time). Currently living on the Sunshine Coast but I'm moving to Cronulla as soon as I find a place! I come down every 2 weeks so we can easily arrange a time to meet up. Early next year I am going back to university to study business marketing. In my spare time I go to the gym, study, I also go to the beach quite often & don't mind a couple of beverages with friends on the weekend. I consider myself to be very friendly, clean & tidy, responsible, respectful and easy to get along with.
I am a clean, chilled and fun loving person. I like anything to do with fitness. I love putting those trainers on and going for long walks. I am a full time uni student working part time in Miranda.
I'm a clean, tidy housemate who enjoys socialising with the people I live with but I also like my own personal space and respect others' as well. I work full time and enjoy going to the gym and beach. Could always use with another gym buddy too if you're up for it!
I am 45,male and work 6 days 55-60hours usually, I enjoy eating out, intelligent conversations and unwinding with a fishing rod.I will be travelling home weekends and may not be working every week there but am prepared to pay for the room until the job finishes. I am easy going and enjoy my own time which I will find somewhere outside of the unit, I understand that the unit is yours and am prepared to live by your house rules, if for some reason you dislike anything I do I would prefer that you where up front and honest,I live alone and haven't had a flatmate for 20 years.
Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. My lease expires on the first 1st of May so I need a new place (can move earlier). I am currently working in the city as well as in Wollongong. I don't mind the commute so I am looking to either stay in the Wollongong area or move to the Sutherland/Shire area. Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
I work in the construction and mining industries. Currently working 6 days a week in construction industry. I'm willing to partake in any social events that come up. I'm easy going, hard working and into most sports.
I'm from the United States getting my Juris Doctorate in Law at UNSW. I'm quiet, tidy, but social. I played college soccer and am active as well. I can cook and enjoy a drink or two.
Hi there, I have two kids, twins aged 12 who live with me 50% of the time. Healthy but very much a wine and cheese enthusiast. I'm very quiet/loud, very tidy and easy going with a good sense of humour. Self employed. Would ideally like to share with someone who has kids also. Currently have a unit 20 metres from the beach which I'm looking to stay in a share. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a car space.
Hey I'm Ben! 24yr old male Currently working 2 jobs. I'm the most chilled guy you'll ever meet, really easy to get along and hangout with, I'm fairly social and enjoy a drink or two on the weekend but I'll respect your need for space aswell! I also travel as much as I can so you'll have the place to yourself alot of the time :) I can cook! And I will provide pretty much everything, including Foxtel, Netflix, TV's, surround sound, appliances and lots of food... you name it I'll have the fridge and cupboards stocked! Any more questions feel free to message me anytime!
Hey, I'm Michael; I am a friendly and easy to get along with visual arts teacher working in the Sutherland Shire and need to move closer to work from my home in Wollongong. I am a non-smoker, a good cook (or so I've been told), respectful of others' space, not a huge partier but also like to be social and get involved in housemate activities, and have a wealth of trivial knowledge that will aid in winning boardgames. I am looking to move in May, my moving dates are flexible but I am hoping to move sooner rather than later so I can get settled into my work. Looking for 8 or 9 month arrangement or longer if it all works out.
