Hello everybody. Our house has 1 rooms left in this absolute beut of a pad, just a short walk away from the stones corner cafe strip ( That includes shops with fast food / grocery shopping . So the house is split into 2 levels with each level having its own kitchen and bathroom ( also a toilet on the deck) and set of rooms (3 upstairs and 4 downstairs). Each level is basically the size of a small to average house, with upstairs having bigger and generally nicer rooms, while downstairs has basic rooms but obviously a bit cheaper. Each level has its own (massive) decks to hang out on so the only real 'sharing' of anything will be the rubbish bins and the driveway. (unless of course everyones friends in which case its dinner parties all round on all levels :p Out the back of the house is a big car port and undercover parking for 2 cars and another 2 car spaces (not under cover) All rooms are FULLY FURNISHED.
