Property includes a dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, a rooftop with city views and a second entertaining area near the pool! Ample balcony space with indirect sunlight, meaning it doesn't get too hot in Summer, and also a view of the pool. One dedicated car park in a secure car park and on-street parking also available. Highspeed FTTP NBN has been installed in the building and is easily connected within a week. Anything you could want on Uber eats as well as a servo, Woolworths, Coles, Train station and bus station in walking distance. Available for move in immediately, you are welcome to inspect the property any day of the week, any time of the day! :)
l'm laid back, chill and tidy. I'm looking for a flatmate who enjoys going out, doing the activities on the weekends, love cooking. :)) I'll arrive in Brisbane on 28th May. I'm looking for the accommodation where is not far from UQ. ** I'm Thai and I'm going to Australia for learning English, please apologize for my bad English. I also speak French.
I'm happy, I'm fun, I can cook and I pay my rent on time. Health & Fitness, meat eater, love an adventure <3 *2 Thumbs Up* Have spent 6 months travelling for work, I was previously paying $580/week rent and have impeccable references. Have some financial goals I'd like to achieve so hoping to get a place around $300 including all bills. I have a full household of furniture sitting in a storage shed so ready to furnish a place from scratch. Just as happy getting rid of heaps of my stuff (pretty into minimalism these days) if you've got everything. My son is a teenager, has a part-time job in Greenslopes (yes he gets freebies) is a full-time student at the local high school and is good kid all round, plays football and is off scootering every weekend, he'd love a second player for FIFA. *eye roll* Requests: Air-conditioning A decent kitchen & bathroom
I am a fitness and Pilates instructor relocating to Brisbane. I love being active, outdoors, and going to the beach. I also love a good night in with a glass of wine, or a night out for a few drinks and dinner. I am very clean and tidy.
Hi, My name is Tom, I am a young professional working full-time in Brisbane CBD. I am looking for a short-term stay (up to 6 months) as I am moving to London. Hoping to find a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom studio apartment that's affordable and close to the city for work. If you have a place you'd like me to check out, please do not hesitate to contact me. Cheers, Tom.
So let's start off with with my most noteable trait which is I'm a nerd. I love D&D (If you know that is, maybe we can start a game), I spend majority of my time on my computer. But as much of a shut in as I can be, If you get to know me I'm quite friendly and sometimes talkative. I do currently have a partner but she has her own living arrangements. (Just hope your ok with her visiting.) Also if you worried about finding someone who is slack with getting money on time, don't worry about that with me. (I hate the thought having to be in debt to someone.) Although yes I'm on Centerlink as long as I don't get stuffed up, I'm always on time. For future plans (if you're interested) at the moment I'm getting ready to study a diploma of interactive and digital games in July at South Bank TAFE Queensland. But considering working part time after I get use to studying. Honestly not much more beyond that, just trying to get sorted. Looking for people who can accept me, have a least a bit of a sense of humor (if you couldn't tell by now) and of course, nice and reliable. (Would be amazing to find a fellow nerd, but fret not if you aren't. A place to live, is a place to live, no the less)
Hi, I'm Josh. Very easy going, tidy and quiet. I mostly keep to myself but I do like to chat and drink occasionally. Not into the party scene. I work in Telecommunications and on my days off I like to watch TV and spend time on my computer. I enjoy cooking. I don't have any pets but do like animals.
I'm a 30 year old kiwi export, I work in the city and my lease is coming to an end. I'm clean and tidy but not a neat freak, I'm pretty friendly and always up for a chat but respectful of personal space. I work Monday to Friday and I'm into my yoga and running and I also do free lance makeup work on the side when I get the time (mostly working with people going through cancer treatment, I refuse to take any money - I do it to give people going through a horrible time and survivors a bit of a boost, ) , so I like to keep busy. I'm easy going, love cooking and feeding people - courtesy of my South Eastern European background :D I just want a calm, happy environment with easy going housemates to come home to. Bonus if you have pets at the property - I love animals (don't have any of my own though).
