*AVAILABLE NOW TO START RENTING* Quiet couple. Flexible schedule - require ability to easily come and go from property. Looking for short term accommodation until we sign a new lease unless we find a long term arrangement through Flatmates. I work part-time and will start study in Semester 2 and my girlfriend Alex works casual/part-time, she is starting her TAFE course mid year. We both have active social lives but don't frequently have guests over. Rather we will be out of the house a few evenings per week, either meeting new people at language classes or having drinks with friends. Our previous lease ended Thursday 7 March, so we're needing short term accommodation until we sign a new lease within a couple of weeks, unless we find somewhere through Flatmates quickly that would work long term (6months+). We both have past rental references available. Thank you, Jack & Alexa :D

Available to move in from April 20th ABOUT ME..... - Clean and tidy (very) - Friendly, unless I'm hungry ;) - Respectful - Work 9-5 at a technology startup - Enjoy keeping fit (training for my first marathon and ultramarathon) - In my other spare time I like hiking, climbing, cycling. hitting the beach, going to gigs, chilling at home listening to music or reading - My party days are behind me but I'm still partial to the occasional wine/pint or three - I'm a big believer in having open, respectful interactions with the people around me, especially those I live with HOPING TO FIND.... A clean, calm house with mature roomies. Somewhere to relax and enjoy my downtime, where ppl are happy to chat or just chill in their own space. Prefer unfurnished room but can be flexible.

There’s shops on the ground level. The bustop is literally outside. Its close to both woolies and coles . 7-8 min drive to the city . And anazing city views!
Moved back to Brisbane last year. I'm an easy going person. Love to cook, read, spend time with friends and family, trips to the coast, gym, and love a good night in with a movie and a drink. I'm clean, respectful, fair and sociable. Looking for someone who is the same who has a large room available with a parking space. Cheers
I’m an easy going happy person who loves Netflix, animals and good company. I clean up after myself and I’m happy to be around any pets you may have. I’d love to be around people my age (preferably girls at this stage). I’ve been in Brisbane since January and I’d love to meet some friendly faces. I’m currently studying at Loganlea Tafe, working in Springwood and usually spend most of my time at work, school or keeping to myself studying. I’m not looking for anywhere too high maintenance, too loud (parties etc, though the occasional get together is fine 😉), and preferably somewhere relatively close to the city, for transportation purposes. I do own my own car and have a full open licence, but I do catch the train often. Internet and semi-furnished is a must, as I don’t currently have much to myself (a bed, at minimum) Please feel free to message me!
Hi I'm Liz, I like to think I'm hilarious and easy to live with but at the very least I’m friendly. I work full time as a electronics/software engineer in the city and in my spare time I like to stay active, socialise and cook or bake (I’ll share). I like my living space to be tidy and clean. Can’t live with smokers (I've got fairly bad asthma), and I don’t want to live with a couple. I would also like to have flyscreens on the windows and doors, because I'm personally victimized by mozzies (or be on a floor high enough to be out of reach). Mostly just wanting to team up, since I have most of the furniture we would need for common areas, plus a fridge and washing machine. I’m flexible with suburb as long as there’s a reasonable commute into the city, preferably by train. If you’re keen to know more, let’s catch up for a coffee!
I am a Brisbane resident, Study Fitness and work full time in a security industry. I am very down to earth, easy going, fun and friendly, health freak and super tidy and clean. Hit me up if we can make a good roomie. Cheers
I'm very easy going, like to have a few drinks here and there but nothing crazy. I work full time in recruitment. I am flexible with my move out date. I work a lot, and like to *try* stay reasonably healthy and fit. I am ideally looking for someone with the same mentality. I have no issues regarding gender or ethnicity, and am just looking for somewhere close to the city that I can call home for at least 6 months. Will only look at places with 2 room mates max
I'm easy to get along with, enjoy keeping busy and socialising but appreciate my own time and space and allow others theirs. I work full time and enjoy being creative in my spare time :) I'm clean and tidy, and reliable so paying rent on time wouldn't be any issue.
We live in an old charming house with four rooms, a wild mostly shady garden with a very cosy deck. The house completely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and we have WiFi. Train station is 5 min walking distance, the CBD is very close, and so is West End and St. Lucia (10 min by bike), to South Bank 10 min by foot. There is a big market right next to the house. We would share a big living room (we don't own a TV, but we have a projector and Netflix), with an open kitchen, one bathroom +extra toilet, as well as the garden. The room to rent is the small room shown in the photos. Plus we have another room to share, which includes a piano and a wardrobe you can use.
I'm easy going, tidy and friendly. I enjoy my own space but always keen for a chat. I'm studying Information Systems at QUT. Looking to move within the next week or as soon as possible. Please contact me if you have any questions!
Hi, I'm a French student looking for a place to share with other students, Australian or not. Concerning my lifestyle, I'm easy-going and I like to have common areas clean and tidy. I like spending time with friends and discovering new cultures.
Hey there! My name is Nicole, I'm a 18 year old high school student, studying my last year at school, and also attending one day studying at TAFE. To my friends, and anyone who meets me, says I am friendly, easy-going, and kind. I see myself as a Duchess of Sunshine! I like to focus and study hard, so I try to do my best. I am organized and mostly maintain to myself, I love to cook with old recipes or try some new, so if you like to bake or cook it would be fun to have cooking buddy, I'm mostly a night owl, but I don't make much noise that will disturb you. even though I'm easy going, I am an introvert at first, but then warm up to people. But "Guess what? I have flaws. What are they? Oh, I donno. I sing in the shower. Sometimes I spend too much time volunteering. Occasionally I'll hit somebody with my car. So, sue me -- No, don't sue me, I don't have my license yet... That is opposite the point I'm trying to make." -- (Michael Scott-The Office) ... Anyway I am a responsible student looking for some fun, adventurous flatmates to start new friendships and live in harmony! and also is willing to accept my dog to live with. he is a 3yr old Maltese Cross Shih Tzu, named Max, he may seem as scary loud dog (IDK what is it with small breeds and loud barks??) but he is actually a cuddly cute teddy bear once he gets to know you, he will mostly stay close to me always, but will need a backyard to do his business...
Country girl from the Hunter Valley NSW in Brisbane looking to team up to find an awesome new place! My background is in the wine industry but I work as an Executive Assistant. Love a glass of fab wine or three whilst cooking dinner, I'm a huge foodie which means I need to love yoga just as much! I'm not a party animal but enjoy kicking back with friends, I'm clean and tidy with the exception of Friday nights before heading out to dinner and I have a whole houseful of furniture so you don't need to worry about anything other than your bedroom furniture. I do have two gorgeous kitty cats - Mika and Kimba - who are very well housetrained and just adore cuddles. Ideally a place with green space would be perfect cos I'm over high-rise apartment living. If you think you might be a good fit then let's chat!
Hi there potential flatmates! I'm Anna, 23 and a full time working Speech Therapist. I enjoy socialising, Netflix and a good cheese platter (bonus points if wine is involved). I'm looking to move into a place with 2 or 3 housemates, male or female, who enjoy a chat when free and would be keen for the occasional meal, drink or Netflix/board game night!
I am a 22 year old warm hearted female. I currently live on the Gold Coast but have been offered a full time job in Brisbane. I do keep to myself but I don’t mind the occasional conversation. Not a big party goer, I got that out of my system when I was younger and prefer a quieter household. Very respectful for other people’s space, belongings and pets. I’m looking for something for only 3 months until my friend finishes her lease. Looking forward to hearing from you!
