I have a newly painted and renovated large room, high ceilings with ALL utilities and fast Internet included for rent. (*if looking for unfurnished, items can be taken out on request) furnished with a brand new queen bed and more. House is located in an incredibly convenient location across the street and just up the road from a small shopping complex giving you direct access to Coles supermarket, Aust post, Gym and local restaurants plus public transport is a short 5 min walk away and can take you into the city, Frt-Valley or South-bank in 10/15 mins. House itself is an older Queen-slander with great character. X3 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Large car-park, backyard with large Mango tree. All utilities and internet are included in the per week cost. Happy to take in someone who is looking for short or more permanent stay. We are Vegetarian and would prefer someone who doesn't eat meat buts it's not compulsory. We also have a chicken coop behind the house and at times have organic eggs for the house. Great atmosphere, friendly people, social at home and in own groups. Though we do not party and drink all that much as we are so busy, that's more outside the house. We are mostly busy with art projects and work. Best contact is via flat mates PM or my personal email. Thanks
I just arrived in Brisbane and am looking for a room. I'm a Spanish guy who's been living in Germany for the past three years being now on a new adventure. I'm going to stay in Australia for, at least, six months. I'm not the party type so I value a quiet environment especially since I'm gonna be studying and working but I also look forward to meeting new people.
Looking for somewhere to live near the centre of Brisbane but not too close, will be moving for the first time, hoping for social housemates, easy going, wanting a place until February
I work full-time in the Valley and I'm currently completing my postgrad so I am out for long hours most days and looking to live close to the city to minimise the commute. When I am home I like to be reasonably social and enjoy shared meals, wine, chats and banter. Just is important is a bit of me time as well and will happily respect yours. I have lived in share houses before and am very well house trained, mum would be proud! I can appreciate a reasonably tidy household. Always more than happy to do my bit and help out when required. Days off are spent out and about enjoying the outdoors, staying active, visiting family and friends and whipping up some epic home cooked meals.
Hey! I'm listing this team up venture. Hope you love it as much as I do. Gym, pool, media room covered. Own bathroom. A great flatmate who is not only fun, clean, quiet but happens to be in the art world so our walls will be amazing! I bring with me my bed & a comfy king single, beautiful greenery, a desk, 2 TV's, music, 6 seater dinning table, various other home accessories, full kitchen Inc Vitamix blender, shoe display storage, Netflix, Spotify, audible access available. Ideally I would like to live with someone who can both take and crack a joke, enjoys brainstorming solutions to the world's issues over chilled rose. Someone who is instinctively tidy but not in a Hitler way, is able and willing to have fantastic dinner parties and enjoy the fact that I am the founder of a girls only connectivity group... What's that? Simply put a bunch of ladies having laughs. I will be moved out of my current property on June 3 so ideally the end of July for totally moved in date. Happy to consider other properties if they have the right amenities. Thanks for reading, Valentina

Hi Flatmaters Need new place by 14th April 2018 (or April 7th if need be) I'm a professional working full time at Brisbane Tech Park. Chasing a fully-furnished place (preferably bills inclusive of everything), Queen size bed (King is better of course), and with a covered parking spot. Fast internet is extremely important! En-suite bathroom is great. *Don't mind unfurnished room if it's a pleasant place so to speak. During weekdays I am mostly home only at night. On weekends it depends wether I'm out for sports or; having a day trip planned or not, as I love to explore new places and go out for a drive. I don't mind and have lived with both males and females - no dramas. Very clean, neat and considerate - not OCD level but hygiene and being tidy is important for me. Always pay bills on time - I could provide you reference (for both hygiene and payment-wise) from previous home owners I rented with. I am easygoing, like to socialise, and enjoy having conversation over the meal. Regardless I respect the need of private time or study time. End of the day I'm looking to know more people and make friends :) Definitely not looking for a party house, but I also don't want to live with robots. I enjoy sports (Football (soccer), futsal, touch footy) and I am trying to get fit, so if you are into sports and fitness that is a big plus. I do enjoy the odd glass of wine and some drinks over the weekend, also enjoy movies and TV series. Hit me up! Q
30 yr old professional, looking for a place in South Brisbane/West End after returning from a working holiday overseas. Easy going, friendly and enjoy a chat over an occasional drink or meal but am also independent and just as happy doing my own thing. I'm tidy, and respect other people's space, things and need for sleep. A combination of rock climbing and general fitness (gym and cycling) keeps me busy during the week and weekends and also balances a cheese addiction.
I'm a UQ student currently studying science. I live with my friend in Logan but want to find somewhere a bit closer to UQ. I usually keep to myself as most of my studying and hobbies i do on my computer. I'm pretty quiet but i enjoy having a couple of drinks on the weekend. I do Judo out of UQ and would like to do basketball if i find the time. I've only recently moved to Brisbane so i'm likely to just go to random places just to wander I enjoy gaming and watching netflix so a good internet connection is required. I'm a very flexible easy going person. I'm clean as well and leave places as i find them most of the time and aim to do a "house" clean every few weeks.
Hiya, after a year in Adelaide we are moving back to Brisbane! We are an engaged couple (30 & 32 y/o) looking for a room or teamup in inner-suburbs of Brisbane. Looking for a house (with fenced yard) that allows pets (we have 2 amazing staffy x’s who love people). We both work full-time and Luke is also starting his own electrical business on the side. We are really busy during the week and not home often. We are Pub over club people and enjoy the occasional wine or drink. On the weekend you’ll find as at the local cafe getting our daily caffeine fix. This year we are keen to get out and go adventuring around Brisbane more and be a tourist in our own backyard! We are flexible on areas but would love to find a place that has a big outdoor deck/patio for that casual Sunday bbq/wine. We come with almost a full house of furniture if needed. Thanks for looking - get in touch :)
I’m looking to move in somewhere close to Brisbane city with good public transport in close proximity. I work full-time at a law firm in Brisbane. I need the accommodation to be close to work which usually finishes later in the afternoon. I expect to spend some weekends out of Brisbane to be with family and friends. I would prefer an initial arrangement of a short stay (say a couple of months) after which time we can decide whether a renewal is a good option. A person with respect for diversity would go a long way.
Hi there! My name is Sarah and I'm 25 years old. I'm looking to find new housemates and/or a new place, close to the city, and looking to move mid/late-March. I currently work full time in a media agency in the city. During the week I try to go for a run or walk and on the weekends I love to grab a coffee and go shopping, meet up with friends or catch up on Netflix. Thanks!
Hi I'm Faren and I am from Auckland but I have been lucky to call a few cities home with Brisbane being the latest. I would love to find a great place with similar young professionals. I moved to Brisbane for my dream job at the Lady Cilento Children's hospital where I work regular hours during the week. After work I try go to the gym, to a yoga class, go for a river jog or play in a social team. I love to cook a few nights a week followed by a good TV show or book but I also don't say no to a midweek dinner and drinks with friends. On the weekends I love to explore cafes and markets and I am trying to make it to the coast more to get my ocean fix. I'm am a relaxed and friendly person who finds it quite easy to get along with people

Hi there! I'm a 31 year old professional, value my privacy, peace and quiet but open to sharing a meal or glass of wine from time to time. When I'm not at work, I'm out pursuing interests, catching up with friends, running errands or relaxing with a book. When I'm at home, I enjoy my downtime and I'm looking for someone similar, a mature, polite, considerate, responsible, professional who is friendly but is seeking peace and quiet and offering the same. Tidy and house proud is a given :) I lived alone for four years, flexible with move in dates, value open communication and harmony. I'm seeking an extra large room with ensuite (or own bathroom, e.g. a two way) and plenty of storage for clothes etc (a decent sized WIR would be ideal) and fits a med-large desk, chest of drawers etc. I like tidy and clutter-free communal areas. If you have a huge room - please contact me. I'm also keen to team up and find a place inner city (South Brisbane / Gabba vicinity near the Mater would be perfect or around there) as I need to be close to work. Sharing longer term would be great - that being said, I'm open to six months to begin with to see if we are a good fit. If you have any questions or want to chat further, I'd love to hear from you :)
Hi! I´m Ana, a spanish girl studying an English course in Brisbane for 4 months. I´m 31 years old, I'm friendly, tidy, clean and respectful. I would like to find a private room in a non-party share house no more than 30-40 minutes walking to CBD. I like to have my own space time to time but socialize with house mate too, have a beer, talk about whatever, ... Don't hesitate if any question, I´m looking forward to know about you!
Well, I'm a civil engineer and also an English student from Colombia. I’m 31 years old. I've been living here for more than one year. I'm easy going, kind, tidy and respectful. So, I’m looking for the same from my flatmate (s) and a place which I can call my home.
