This fabulous Queenslander home is newly renovated close to Universities, colleges and 2km from the city centre. 3 large bedrooms very clean, tastefully, fully furnished, close to public transport being buses to the city and Southbank 1 minute away. Cafes and restaurants are also 1 minute away. Buranda railway station and bus station is a 5 minute walk. PA hospital, Mater hospital, Lady Cilento childrens hospital and Greenslopes hospital are all a short distance away. There is a large kitchen with full facilities and large deck area with city views. There is 2 toilets in the home one in the main bathroom + 1 separate toilet. The deck area is a great place to sit, chat, share a cuppa, read a book, or work on a laptop. The property is 2km from the city centre. We are close to Shaftston College, QUT Gardens Point, University of Qld and yes the city centre. The home is spotlessly clean. We are looking for 1 more female student or young professional adult to fill this newly renovated, clean property. The 3 rooms are occupied by females only. Warm regards, Ross.
A tidy, easygoing guy working full time in the city as a Consultant. Born and raised here in Brisbane. Usually out and about but I'm pretty quiet when I'm at home; still always down for a bevvy and a chat. Looking to start up a new house with some like-minded people or to find a good fit in an existing household. My move-in dates are flexible to any time after October. I come with some furniture if needed - fridge, washing machine, sofas, TV and a dining room table plus chairs. Feel free to send me a message if you think we'd be a good fit!
Property is a lovely old Queenslander with a good garden and balcony space. Parking is available on and off the street, plenty of under house storage for any extra space that is needed. Air conditioning with in the house itself. Nice and quiet dead end road so no loud cars at any time screeching past the house.
Busy with work in the health field and esoteric study, so I enjoy spare time alone and intellectual conversations. Social, friendly, yet private. I like pets, but don't have any at the moment.
Hey there! I will be moving in mid-feb '20. I am a leather goods maker during my free time, Need to do some hammerings at times. Usually not that noisy when I am sewing and fixing things up. Willing to discuss to my 'working' hour so as not to disturb too much. Having a tough time looking for space to continue with my leatherwork. If anyone is open to it, drop me a message! I love backpacking, scuba diving, rock climbing!
I am an international student from South Africa, I am very adventurous and love trying new things, I am very active and health conscious, I spend most of my time at gym or work, I am currently studying Early Childcare and Education in the city and work part time in a childcare centre. Wayne is unfortunately still in South Africa and will be joining me in Brisbane hopefully before the end of the year. He is a Personal Trainer and will be lookong for a job in the fitness industry once he gets here.
Hey there, i'm Mason! I'm looking for a place to move into close to the city ASAP! I'm currently in a Bachelor's degree and plan to continue studying next year. I'm also working as a Barista which i'm passionate about. I'm a pretty quiet dude, and mostly keep to myself when at home, although I do occasionally go out. When my living space is tidy, my mind is tidy and I prefer to keep them both that way, as I tend to work better on all fronts when my room and apartment is kept clean and organised. I love to listen, and to help people. I'm always up for a chat if you need to talk to somebody.
I am an electrical engineering student from Mackay. I am on a six month project/placement with Energy Queensland and therefore, looking for a flexible living environment close to Newstead. I am an easy going person, who is responsible and reliable. I am happy to socialize but I also respect privacy. Any help would be much appreciated.
I am 24 yro working professional. I am bubbly and love to have a chat while winding down to glass of wine after work, but will also respect your personal space. I am looking for a place to call home and prefer not living with a stranger under the same roof, so hoping to become friends with my new flatmate. :)
Pretty flexible on suburb and living arrangements but would prefer my own bathroom. I work full time as a senior banking/insurance consultant. I am a chilled guy who likes to avoid drama and will share house duties. Happy to socialise if things are happening but also fine to spend most of my time in my room. I am gay and have a small dog. Into going out, coffees, music, enjoy cards, board games/video games, walking the puppy dog. I don’t smoke or do drugs but fine with you doing whatever as long as the house is respected.
I’m a 21-year-old who loves a good adventure. Looking for a new place to call home around end of September/ early October. Ideally looking for someone to team up with!
