Hi! I am a Brazilian PhD student moving to Brisbane for an academic research stay. My boyfriend and I will both be Visiting Researchers at Queensland University of Technology, and we are looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained place to call home during our time in Brisbane.

We are looking for accommodation from 5 October 2026 until 30 June 2027. We will arrive in Brisbane on 12 October, but we are happy to start the tenancy and pay rent from 5 October.

We are responsible, respectful and organised, and we are looking for a stable place for the full period of our stay. We value a clean and peaceful home and will take good care of the property.

We are currently overseas, but we have a friend in Brisbane who can attend an inspection on our behalf. We are also happy to arrange a video call and provide information about our academic affiliation and stay in Australia if required.

We are particularly interested in a fixed-term agreement until 30 June 2027.
