We've recently sold our house at Victoria Point, and are looking for short to medium term accommodation while we search for rural property to purchase. We have our own 6 berth caravan, which would be parked onsite, and provide an beds for the family. I'm self-employed, running an Insulation Contracting company based at Capalaba, and my wife works a few days a week at Cleveland in the disability sector. The eldest son, Brandon, works at Chisholm College, Riordan is studying computer science at QUT, and works part time at Sirromet. The eldest daughter, Tiarnay, is in her final year at Carmel College, and works part time at Bounce. The youngest daughter, Makayla, is in year 10 at Carmel. We have a pet dog, named Bailey, who all agree, is a sweetie. We're very quiet people, and I am a handyman, able to repair or construct almost anything, who would be willing to help with maintenance or repairs.
Hello! If you're looking for a semi self contained granny flat and you're an animal lover, we're it! I'll tell you more about us! My partner and I (I'm 19 he's 22) are both living in a rental home in Capalaba with another girl. We've all been living together for just under 2 years now! Unfortunately for us, but fortunately for her shes just recently met a guy and have decided to move out together when our lease ends. So now we're seeking out some room mates haha I'll tell you abit about our house. So we have the main house and then a semi self contained granny flat out the back, which is what we are offering up for rent :) it contains a living area which includes a plentiful amount of cupboards, bedroom with more storage and a wall mount for a Tv, a showeroom/toilet and a carport. There is no kitchen in the granny flat, but you are absolutely more than welcome to use the kitchen inside the main house or our own washing machine :) We have two dogs (kelpies) who are so so loving, but also very very energetic, so please be kind to them as they are both only 1 year old. We have a spare room inside the main house with a double bed which you'd be more then welcome to use for any of your visitors. The price we've set for the granny flat is $250. Our lease ends in 2months, but you are absolutely more then welcome to move in now :) which would mean we would split rent 6 ways until the lease ends, giving you the opportunity to save a little bit of cash, so that would make it approx. $164. When the time comes and we all sign the new lease to the property, you will be required to pay bond, which will be 4 weeks worth of your rent :) I can show you photos of the property on request. Just let me know :) We are very kind, friendly people who enjoy relaxing time but can also appreciate a good party or a few drinks every now and then :) I myself am a musician, who plays an array of instruments (mostly classical music). You won't be able to hear much of my practicing from out the back granny flat as most of my music is softly played classical.
