What's great: the location is amazing, the house is amazing (for inner city living the house is humongous), easy access to public transport, cafes, restaurants, pubs and the MCG. I’ve just been informed my landlord is selling the house in mid-November, so until it’s sold I have no idea if I’ll get to stay on (it’s likely as it’s a knock down and rebuild kinda place and that will take time for permits, etc). The only caveat is that there will be inspections on thursdays and saturdays between mid-October and mid November for 30 minutes (ergo will need to keep room tidy and be scarce for that 30mins) which is why bills are now included in rent (normally about $150-200 per month.) I’d like clean, tidy people who can contribute to keeping the house clean (eg clean as you go). Room is furnished with a queen bed.
